I used Go Go Shuttle Waikiki Hotel Shuttle for my trips from and to the airport. They were prompt, professional and courteous. Texts and emails to let you know that your car is ready was just perfect. The car was clean and comfortable and the complimentary water was a nice touch.

I had booked All Go Go Shuttle Waikiki Hotel Shuttle for my business trip. I traveled with my friends to Airport twice and booked with Go Go Shuttle Waikiki Hotel Shuttle. Both times, the driver was good and on time. Overall, the service was great.

We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel, our driver was super nice and very friendly. Same driver picked us up on our return. Always on time..Ty for your service.

Called the day before to confirm as per instructions. Person on line confirmed. Waited next day no pick up. Called again said I wasn’t on schedule. Person on phone rude and dismissive and said do you want the shuttle or not. I said I was going to be late and he rudely stated tickets canceled have not refunded money.

Horrible! Expect a 30% processing fee regardless of whether you or they cancel on you. I prebooked and they charge you before the service is ever given, then they canceled me and took their 30%. Awful and felt ripped off before ever setting foot in Honolulu.

Incredibly unprofessional. The driver coming from the airport to our hotel was nice, no complaints there. The “manager” older gentleman who answers the phones is extremely rude. We called the day before our flight to go home to confirm our shuttle pick up time/place. He told us we could not pick what time our shuttle comes, and he insisted we need to be at the airport 3 hours early. This is after we emailed the company the times we wanted to be picked up. How does that work? He told us we do not get to pick what time we go to the airport as an explanation. I’ve never heard of that before. The way he talked to us was super infuriating, he hung up on us as well. Honestly I wish we had done Uber because dealing with that on vacation is not worth the cheap shuttle service. No thanks!

Experienced the same as Chris. Coming from the airport was okay. But a scam if you bought and already paid for your return trip. Never had the courtesy to check the lobby or went through the hotel driveway to ask. Who knows, if the driver was even there. Told me that they called several times, but no record on my phone. Called several times for re-pick up and never answered. Might as well take a taxi return no hassles.

After being 30 minutes late to pick us up for our flight not only was the driver cocky but he was rude and based his level of respect of his CUSTOMERS on their military rank. At this point you are working for the community and your customers, treat them with respect or get out of the business.DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.

We have used this service several time over the past two year and never had a bad experience. The price is very reasonable and the personal have always been polite and professional. We will ocntinue our use of the service.

DO NOT USE. Incredibly unprofessional service. Took our money for a return trip on arrival to Honolulu, subsequently never picked us up for the return trip. Didn’t respond to several calls, emails or text messages. Well and truly a scam. 1 star as there isn’t an option for 0 stars!

45 minutes late picking us up from the airport but that driver was very nice. Going back our driver was texting and talking on his phone frequently and almost ran a red light. Very rude when I opened the van door for another pickup. Told me it requires attention of which he was paying none of. Awful customer service by that driver.

These guys were super nice and professional. Was leary due to lack of reviews but was a pleasant experience. My wife and I purchased a round trip to a Waikiki beach hotel to airport with Lei greeting. Total cost was $55. They even gave us a upgraded Lei at no extra cost! Cant beat the price and total experience. Will definitely use this shuttle service again!

First of all, they couldn’t get our charges and our pick up times correct. They had to call REPEATEDLY! He never seemed to know when and where he was to pick up! Almost as if it’s being run out of a garage!! After being 30 minutes LATE for pick up to go to the airport, the driver was an absolute JERK! Wanting to base his respect on rank... respect is respect! And when you are working for the public the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS RIGHT!! Then because WE were upset that HE was late and being disrespectful, he tried to say he was not going to transport us! They already had our money! We had to pay round trip when we were picked up from airport and transported to our hotel! If you want poor customer service and RUDE PEOPLE... hire these! If not you’d be better off paying an Uber or using Roberts!!!

These people were rude they expected my sister and I to climb a wall, the driver wouldnt pull around to the parking lot. Literally a WALL then he curses at my sister and I because we didnt want to climb over a wall with our luggage. We used them from the airport to the car rental, the driver didnt know where he was going and I gave him the address 3 times.
