Sloppy work done here. Gel polish peels off within 24 hours. Had to redo nails THREE TIMES. DO NOT go here. They offered me a refund on the phone when I called after going back twice to get the nails redone. When I got there they said I couldn’t get a refund. They said that they had lied in order to get me to go back to the salon so they could redo for a 3rd time.

I treated myself, my mom, and oldest sister to a pedicure. It was a treat for me & my mom for Mothers day & my sis for her birthday. I loved how they fit us in on such short notice. We were serviced right away & the staff was pleasant. They did a really good job on our feet & my moms eye brows.We will return 😊

I went to do a new set and wax. I was very upset when I got to my car and realized that the nails were uneven and that the woman had burned my lip waxing me. I went back in and she half fixed my nails, I was so upset even after her attempt to fix it. I decided to go elsewhere today for my fill, when the lady removed my paint I had fungus on a finger, which wasnt there two weeks ago. She even mentioned how poorly done my nails were. I had to pay $115 to fix this places mistakes. Not to mention its disgusting, I wasnt planning on going back but now I want to make sure everyone knows that they have done. You dont get fungus in a nail from two weeks wear. I have had acrylic all my life and change them regularly. It was a brand new full set. My face also have a small scare from the burn 3 weeks later.

The first time I went I got a full set, the guys gave me the thinnest nails ever but I went back to get a different kind of service and to give them a second chance, so I got a brow wax. The lady was treating me like I was bothering her and didn’t even wax me right that I almost walked out ! Unprofessional!!!!!!

Do not go there I repeat do not go there, they stealing your money, they charge you after service, when you ask for price they act like they don’t understand after you finished they charge you whatever they feel like to, legal theft. And they place is disgusting 🤮 poor customers service literally trash.

Filthy place! Chairs are old & broke, uncomfortable. I called ahead to make reservations for 3 pedicures, together. They didn’t take my name which should’ve been my first cue. We couldn’t sit together because they didn’t have 3 chairs in a row in operating condition. I should’ve walked out, it’s that horrible of a place. Chairs were sticky, trash cans were full, these people take zero pride in the work place. First time I’ve refused to upgrade to a deluxe or add a manicure. Just couldn’t wait for it to be over. I couldn’t enjoy the pedicure at all, girl did a decent job, nothing good particularly but the polish job is fine. I won’t go back & I certainly would never recommend this place!

I love Lilly she is the best! But the guy who did my feet was not good at all he has my toe nails side ways and then when he finished he knew I wanted my nails done he told me I was going to have to wait 2 hours when I had already been there a while😏

My daughter and I get our nails done every month here. We have a great relationship with our tech. He knows what we like and we are in and out of there in less than an hour. We love him and will not get our nails done anywhere else.My daughter said no one does her nails as good as he does.

I never had a problem with the service, I always go to the same guy. However, today I decided not to get the gel polish as I always do and he decided to charge me to take off the old gel polish. I find that dishonest because when I called on my last visit and asked about the price of removing gel polish, I was told they don’t charge as long as I was getting a mani/pedi gel or regular.

I visited this nail shop on my way to Miami from Louisiana. The service was great! I got a pedicure from a young lady and she took her time prepping my nails and perfecting my shape. There was no wait time at all. I really loved my experience.

Employees are rude and unprofessional and theyre definitely vague about you’re getting charged for. I asked for a simple polish change yet got charged for a whole manicure and a way overpriced one at that. I’ve paid less and gotten much better service other salons.

Shop seemed clean but the nail tech didnt speak English so it was hard to communicate. My daughter was originally quoted $25 for fills and gel polish, they ended up charging her $35. I could have painted them better myself. This place is a rip off and quality is not a concern. They just try to get you out of there as soon as they can.

Prices are not listed, so they appear to charge whatever they think youll be willing to pay. The place has a damp smell and it doesnt look clean. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Not too crazy about the job they did either; could have gotten the same or better for less elsewhere. Will not return.

I went in to get my eyebrows done. I told the lady I just wanted to clean them up. This lady ends up thinning them out so much and still leaving one thicker than the other. When I told the lady she left them too thick, she looked at me and still acted like she didnt hear me.... So upset!! This was a 1 time deal for me. Never again!!!!!

Took my sisters here to get their nails done and the lady did a horrible job. Both of their nails broke off the same night they got it done. The paint job itself was ridiculous, looked they got their nails polished by a 5 year old.

Unskilled at his job. Asked for dip on my natural nails. To soak them he put my 2 hands in a bowl of acetone not the typical foil with cotton. I thought oh well maybe this is faster. 4 dips. Never had that many. Then he used the dremel and I am watching it all come off. I also asked for a manicure to cut my cuticles which he didnt know how to do. So he broke out the dremel and figured hed just sand my skin instead.My fingertips are all glued to my nails, bits and pieces of acrylic chipping away.All nails different lengths.Then I asked for some lotion because my hands were ashy white from sitting in the acetone which he squirted in my hand and I put on myself.I hate paying for services I dont receive. I have to get them redone tomorrow.

Worst pedicures ever. Dirty. Disrespectful employees. They over charge for everything. There is a guy that does really good nails so thats the only reason I go there but I dread it every time. If I can find a good nail tech elsewhere Id never go there again.

I went here to do mani/pedi for me and fullset/pedi for my daughter. The lady kept insisting I get gel. I kept telling her no just a regular full set and pedi she kept saying gel. I was starting to get frustrated then the owners son I believe he is starts shouting getting upset with me. My daughter really needed her fullset for tomorrow as far as the other services I am doing elsewhere. Prices are high too compared to other places. I will update with how my daughters look. My experience was mediocre at best, I received a acrylic powder fill-in and was told I got a gel fill with powder ... ladies gel is cured with a lamp UV/LED be it dip powder or a full gel extension which is a “gel” formula NOT POWDER!! If you have decided on “dip powder “ that too must be cured in a UV/LED lamp being that it is gel. If you’re having you nails done with both monomer and a powder this is an acrylic extension no matter the product line. Acrylics and Gel are not the same..being a nail tech I’m trained in BOTH GEL AND ACRYLIC so I know the difference(John the tech did know I was a nail technician I’m on vacation). Then from a customer standpoint my cuticles are flooded the e-filing that was performed left me with a few cuts, my square shape is not crisp, and I had to for him to make them even. I did not get them polished cause (will polish with my own product)so I cannot comment on the Product application but foundation is KEY AND THESE ARENT THE GREATEST not to mention I was charged for gel and I received acrylic. I do not live in FLORIDA this resulted in me having to go into a nearby shop. While in this shop I seen 2 clients return from the day prior to address issues with the service rendered. I would suggest you support another establishment client to client and nail tech to client! Be blessed

They applied the acrylic application too thick and for That it made my nails hurt. And cause of them I needed removal, & my nails bleed afterwards

This is my second time going. What a mistake. The first time I went the final product was nothing less than mediocre. The lady that was doing my nails kept being pushy and trying to get me to add additionals to my bill. I understand she is trying to make sales but seriously. How many times do I have to say no thank you just acrylic and regular polish today. I gave the benefit of the doubt and against better judgement went for a second time. what looked decent in the lighting of the salaon was a disaster in the sunlight. Since I had errands to run I didnt have time to go back. How is it that its been less then 24hr and I already have two cracked nails? This leads me to believe that their products are low quality.The service was over priced at 16.00. The price wouldnt have been a big deal if the final product was better but this isnt acceptable! This place was a disaster. Never going back again. If there where stars with a negative next to it it would be a negative star.

I just called and this young dude, the youngest one in there, the only one that speaks correct and clear english, answered the phone. Never knew this guy was nasty like that. Ive asked to speak with Kim to make an appintment for tomorrow. (By her own request) ...Thought this dude was smart. Disgusting. Just an fyi to those paying for gel polish covered acrylic. Youre getting ripped off. Gel nails are not the same as gel polish. Do your homework. I really tried to like this nail salon, although at times they do a good job on my nails, but the service is horrible. They have roaches number 1, secondly the technicians are rude, thirdly they argue back and forth in front of the customers, and 4th they are over charging all around the area fill ins for one hand is $12 for gel uv nail they charged me $18, $21 for a full set of fill in on gel nails in all other surrounding nail salons but they charged me $30 and my length was short. they charged way back the to much with a horrible service, price gouging should be reported. I will never in a million years go back there. After I explained that the price was way too much for a fill in, he didnt care about me being a long term customer and I told him I will not be back he didnt care as long as he got my 83.00 and I tipped really good. so I spent $100 for fill ins. Do not go to this place its not worth it!!!!!

This place is a fungal infection waiting to happen! I went un for a quick mani and polish change, the nail tech was soo concerned with everything else that was going on in the salon except my nails. Needless to say... he cut me, I tried to be as calm as possible, but he then asked me to go wash my hands, I did; when ilI returned to the station, I started showing him the remaining cuticles, h told me rhat it was fine... grabbed my hand and started polishing my nail. Boiling inside, I asked him to stop, and I walked over to the who I assumed to be the manager. I showed him my nails, and he exclaimed that they were fine. I told him that I didnt like them, would he mind removing the polish. He immediately started yelling at me and telling me to get out, accusing me of not wanting to pay, saying that he knew who I was... Id never met the man before... Id only been there once before years ago. Everyone was in shock as this whole thing unfolded in front of a group of people. I left with tears in my eyes; too embarrassed to say anything.Being that they dont have a proper station to wax brows....I also witness them using the same stick on 3 different clients while waxing their eyebrows. Completely unsanitary!Stay as far away as possible! There a few really good salons in the area, please do yourself the favor, and choose one of them.By far the worst customer service I have ever recieved by any human being in the service industry. Went for a fill-in and 3 repairs and also toes repainted-- the lady charged me for the price of a full set and pedicure--not to mention I tipped her. They argue in front of customers--with foul language and it was kids in there!! Its dirty, they overcharge you and here it is not even two days later--my pinky nail came off!! Stay the hell away from this place!! Wish I read the reviews first. Smh. I went to Lin Nails to have my toes repainted and filed correctly because they (T&T) didnt do it right the first time. The worst experience, the first time I went they charged me 40 dollars for the nails and today I went and for refining and they wanted to charge me 45 because I was missing one, the nail fold is supposed to be half of the complete set very unprofessional and .the Chinese who wounded me today, fajiendo with the one that charged, a bad service, and you end up and send a price, for me a crap of place and then I was told by a girl who saw me leave insulted that I take ongos on the feet a crap of place and thieves.
