Meh..... when I initially walked in they were not too concerned and behaved indifferent (I know it is 9:40 in the morning but still)....Service was okay. They did not lotion my hands or feet before applying the nail polish; granted Im aware of COVID 19 but they already did everything else (full set and pedicure) without gloves. I wont be returning to this place

I walk by this place everyday and finally decided to give it a try. I am so glad! This place is nice and its super clean. The ladies working here are so sweet. They are friendly& thorough.

I love this place! They always pamper you! Great place. They try to accommodate every and any customer, no matter how busy they are. Hard working, best acrylics.

The pedicures are fine. Nothing special or particularly stellar. The manicures are atrocious. I had a nail tech who said I didn’t ‘ask’ to have my cuticles cut down.I’m paying $60+ for nails….. of course I want them to look perfect!!! Why didn’t you ask me instead of assuming my answer? I left unhappy and I’ve just decided to never let them touch my hands again. Feet only.

I had a terrific dip manicure and some very interesting conversation, too. Great work. Beautiful nails!! The staff is friendly and take extra precautions to ensure a safe covid-free environment.

Best dip manicure I have ever gotten. My tech did a phenomenal job! The pedicure was also excellent. Loved this salon. Thanks for a pleasant Friday evening pamper session.

Jenny was my nail tech. She took her time doing my nails and came out so pretty she also did my pedicure. After finishing with me she and the rest of the nail technicians sanitized the chairs after each use. Everyone is wearing a mask. And the place look cleans. Will be back!

They acted like they couldnt understand what I wanted and kept trying to force me to get something I did not want. And my nails we uneven.

Never Again !! I went in to do my eyebrows and all they did was burn my eyelid!! The wax was really hot. I felt it when she put it on my skin. The way they work it’s just rushed. Better safe than sorry! Don’t go there if you have sensitive skin.

Horrible! They USED to have decent service with qualified and experienced nail techs but most of them have left the Salon. Now there are a bunch of techs who either dont have the skill set for good work or techs who dont really put much effort or quality into their work. If you read the reviews most if the good reviews were on nail techs that are no longer there!

This is truly an amazing place to get your nails done, I come every time I need to get my nails done. All the employees here really care about your experience here! I just got my nails done today, I am very happy!

My sister and I just did my nails done by the nail technicians, My and Sai they did an amazing job trying to help us with finding the best colors and job i would 100% recommend to new-comers they’re really helpful & nice!!

The employees are all very helpful and kind every time I go. My personal favorite is Kelly. She does the best acrylics and eyebrows! Its worth my far drive there.

Ive been coming to this salon for years. Great staff that is friendly and efficient. Pricing is clearly displayed and one of the few places that leave my feet smooth as butter.

Been going to them and bragging about how good they are for a year. Until today. Ive had enough. I needed one nail fixed and was literally shooed away by the OWNER! He has nail techs sitting doing nothing and told me to come back to get one nail fixed. When I asked why the people doing nothing couldnt fix it I was told to go away. The employees park right in front of the store so customers have to park further. Theyre literally closed very inconvenient times. The one gentleman that in usually go to was not there today and the RUDE owner said he wasnt coming in today even though my nail guy said he was off only on Mondays the last time I came. Im never going back.

I came here the day before I went on a 7 day vacation and got a gel full set and regular pedicure. Lost three nails before I made it back home. Thats a problem to me. Gel full set was $43 and lasted me 3 days. Too expensive not to even last a week. My regular pedicure held up. Please stop encouraging customers to get gel if you know you are not using quality products. Will not be back.

The service is absolutely amazing here. Every worker is super friendly and every time I walk out of Design Nail I walk out with a smile on my face due to how great my nails turn out.

I am so happy that my full set gel nails with Sai and my pedicure is done amazingly with Kevin! I come here every 2 weeks for a year now, I have not been ever disappointed with my results . I recommend everyone to come here!

Ive been going here for over a year for my brow waxes, but unfortunately no longer will. The lady was on the phone while doing my brows and ended up ripping off a layer of my skin on each brow. It was very painful for more than 2 days and the skin wont be the same again there even after healing. Theyre great at shaping, but I wont compromise my skin being ripped off for that.

The nail technicians were nice but, I wasn’t please that my gel nails began chipping 3 days after getting them done.

One employee named lee did my eyebrows super good! At first I was a bit hesitant because of a review I saw but I’m super satisfied with my eyebrows!!

Usually you can get in pretty fast is the plus side. Its not the cleanest. Some of the techs are not very good. I used to get my nails done here years ago but found a better place and was in a blind and went by here. My nails sucked. I was trying to tell them and she tried to take shortcuts to fix it which just made the nails thicker. I went to a different shop the next day to get it fixed basically flushing that money down the toilet.

I went in for a pedicure and got sat down. Feet in water and a massage chair started. Waited for about 30 minutes just to have two other people enter after me sat down and theyre pedicure started before mine. I got up and walked away once the water was cold and a massage and it on the chair (and I did hear that they didnt have an appointment)

For an owner to tell her clients do not come back, no one cant do what you wantafter she destroyed my eyebrows!!! Thats why most of their clients and employees are going to Beautiful Nail!

If I could give it no stars I definitely would. My nails haven’t been painted for 24 hours and the nail polish is chipping off. When the guy was painting my nails he kept getting off the nail and painting my skin. My mom got gel nail polish for her hands and the job was terrible. You can still see her old nail polish on her fingers. My little sister got her nails done today. Coffin acrylic nails and they cut her multiple times in one finger. Terrible terrible service.

Only thing miss jenn nails file my nails to it bleed on my middle finger never will go back there ever again 😡 need to do better

Dont go there. After a manicure I ended in the emergency room due a terrible fungus infection in one of my finger nails . A complaint with Florida Department of Health has been summited.

Worse experience..they did my nails and the same day they kept breaking....and i went back.next day and they tried charging me....and then later the next day another nail broke....DO NOT GO HERE....AND IT SMELLS REALLY BAD INSIDE THE PLACE...
