I reserved a car on line and had no problem to pick it up 2 days later. I had a better price here then to pick the same car in an airport. Staff was polite and offered me a better car, when our economy one wasnt available. Nice car fast service

I arrived at the time the office opened on Saturday and there were two (2) other people in front of me whom I had to wait for them to complete their contracts.There was only one customer service agent working and she was pleasant and professional with every one she served.She even asked me if I had a rental in place when I walked in and I said Yes and I asked her if my contract was ready as Im a Gold Member. Unfortunately it wasnt but I was more than pleasantly surprised that because the smaller car I had reserved was not available I was provided a Camry at the same low price!When I returned the vehicle I was also met with another agent who was really pleasant and greeted me; all the while serving other customers.Excellent location across from the Diplomat & TRULY GREAT STAFF to deal with!

This not a damn Hertz its an enterprise GPS took us to the wrong location! Even the street view shows that its clear as day an enterprise rental facility

One staff member says there are no cars left. Another staff member says we have a mini van and a pathfinder. The location is wrong on maps. I would just avoid renting from this place at all costs.

I never got my deposit back
