The customer service at this location was top notch! At the time there were challenges that were out of their control and the team behind the counter handled every person with care and empathy. They worked diligently to try and accommodate every need and request. I feel that Enterprise should do more to support their team and make sure they have the resources they need.

I always rent a car with my local Enterprise Rental Car in Hollywood Hills Florida. It is easy, convenient and the customer service that I get is outstanding. The cars are very clean and drop off is a breeze also.It is the only rental car company that I now use. I made the reservation online the night before I needed the car!

We are having the worse experience at the start of our road trip because we were given a car that had the license tag expiring in the middle of our rental. Not only was there a mistake done in the local level but when escalated to corporate and in trying to resolve what seems like a simple problem none of the other branches nor corporate office have been able to resolve this. We have been on the phone with enterprise for over 7 hours now. Have driven 1 hour outside of where we are to talk to a local branch and nothing has been done. I keep calling this location and no one answers - currently on hold for 45 and counting. This is beyond ridiculous for such a big corporation.UPDATE::: we drove to get another enterprise (in Kissimmee) that explained that all tags will be expired and that we need to wait until the end of the month to do a swap but that we are safe and won’t be ticketed. This one man solve in 5 minutes what none of the other 5 representatives on the phone yesterday and in the Orlando international airport could. :::

There is three Enterprise locations in 441. From Hard Rock Hotel to Miami Gardens. This is the best location. Their service is superb!!! They dont give you a hard time. They have the actual car you reserve. Very 😊

I’ve been renting from enterprise for many years. Normally they are a good company, but this branch is very bad! If you can avoid it you should, very bad service all around but specifically they want to charge me $100 cleaning fee for absolutely no reason especially considering that in their on hold message they specifically Enhance the fact that they sanitize the vehicle for Covid! Yes it’s true I rented a minivan with the family and we left a minimal amount of garbage in the car, but isn’t that standard practice when returning a rental car since it needs to be cleaned in any case?!?!

The car we got was good and comfortable for our trip. That was the good part. But, I was outraged to have to pay an Uber $80 for a 15 minute drive from the airport to pick up the car when your advertising says “we’ll pick you up.” Very disappointed when I called to the agent at the pick up facility. She was very snippy with me when I asked her why she couldn’t pick us up. There were no cars available at the airport enterprise or we would have gotten the vehicle there. Poor customer service and not living up to your motto. Enterprise owes us for the ridiculous Uber fare.

I rented a car at the Hollywood location in Florida customer service was not that professional.I got a 2019 Nissan VersaThe car was smell like mold really bad.Very old model wasn’t expected to get it for the price I paid for it. My car got locked yesterday I couldn’t get it to open for like 1 hour I was waiting outside in very hot weather till someone will come and unlock it.I had very bad experience I’ll never rent a car again was the first and the last time.

I’ve rented here several times and never had any issues before. My pick up went really well no issues whatsoever. However when I returned the car I experienced an issue I never experienced before renting a car from anywhere. I was asked if I tinted the car because it had tints and they said none of their cars have tints . I had said no you guys rented it to me like that and the employee continued to ask me repeatedly the same question and said it’s not possible for the car to have tints because our cars don’t come like that . The employee told me to wait a minute so they can confirm that I didn’t tint the car and the whole return process took awhile when I was in a rush to leave because my ride was waiting on me . So they finally come back and tell me everything was fine and I could leave . I would’ve figured they had something in there system on the car that it was tinted but I guess they didn’t. Had they done that this problem would’ve never happened and I would’ve left satisfied . Hopefully they fixed the problem and wrote a note about the car being tinted in their system so this situation never happens again .

I was not at all happy with this experience. Having rented cars from a variety of companies in the past, I expected to have the requirement of returning the tank full of gas. We didnt notice till we left the rental location that it was 3/4 full. It did nor stop us for returning with a full tank, expecting credit (we didnt get any). The biggest problem was that while away in Georgia, we had a flat. Its something I can take care with my eyes closed. The problem-NO SPARE TIRE!! That is correct, no spare tire was included in the Grand Caravan, We had to waste 4 hours while a tow truck came, brought us a replacement vehicle and then towed the original car away. I never heard of such a thing, that spare tires are no longer included. The gas issue was a minor issue, but I cant image what would have happened if we suffered aflat tire on the highway in the middle of nowhere! At the least, we should have been informed of this omission.

Un happy with the service. Have a corporate rate but the agent did not want to honor the body shop rate even with the owner of the body shop calling ahead of time. Checked online prices and it clearly showed they were giving me the same price and not honoring the corporate rate. Had to leave and find other means of transportation and I Would not recommend this location.

Got a car that was not washed and it looked dirty inside. We had to keep the windows open for an hour because there was a strong smell of cologne/perfume. When we came back, I asked to be taken back home. I thought that wouldn’t be a big deal because I live in the area. They refused stating it was too busy to do that. There were barely any customers and two girls to take care of them for drop-offs, which was done fast. I saw a girl asking the other to take me, and the other said “nope, it is too busy”. Had to call an Uber. The first time I have ever felt Enterprise gave me such a poor service

I just moved to Florida and needed to rent a vehicle. At first, I was told that I needed a valid Florida license to rent a vehicle. Okay. I went and got one. I come back to rent again. This time with the same information that I had to submit to the DMV ( my leasing agreement, my old license, my proof of citizenship, etc. ). Only to be told that my address is NOT coming up on her iPad so therefore I had to produce a utility bill, my pay stub and proof of insurance with my new address. I explained to her that because I just moved here, my insurance wouldn’t have my new address but I can show my leasing agreement, my pay stub, and everything else. She said that I couldn’t get a rental unless all my information had my new address. At this point, I’m convinced that this is how unprofessional ALL enterprise employees are.

I was told by the rep when I rented the car that if I returned my car prior to the week rental that I would be refunded aprox $102 a day. When I returned one day early I was refunded $18. According to rep, the 6&7 day are free on a weekly rental. So I only received a tax refund. This was explained incorrectly and for $18 I would of kept the car and did not have a friend take me to the airport. I wanted to save $102.Other than that, car drove great for 1700 miles. One way rental.

Recent experience was poor. I got stuck at a light and returned the car 3 minutes late to the Hollywood FL location on SR 7. The young woman poked her head out and said they were closed and refused to take the car back. I arrived at 7:23 the next morning, they open at 7:30 and returned the car. They charged me for the day. There is no way that car was going to be rented between 3:03 and 7:30 the next day. They now had the ability to rent that car and get paid twice for that day. Very poor business decision. That rental represented 40 days of rental this year with them. I will never do business with Enterprise again.

I rented a car from the hollywood location 2 Fridays ago and just tried to return it on Saturday. I rented it at 3pm and tried to return it at 3pm but they closed their gates early and would not let me in and said to return it at the airport or pay another day. I replied that it is exactly 3pm and they were rude and said that the gate is locked and they already turned off their computers so I was out of luck. I previously had always had a good experience using this company, but I can honestly say I will never do business with them again. The attitude and the fact that they closed before 3pm was unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this company. I made an appointment online to speed up the process but when I arrived at Enterprise with only 1 person ahead of me they had me waiting outside for 45 minutes. Nobody said anything to me as Im standing there for quite some time. So I knock on the window to get someones attention. Finally she sent someone out to me but still waited for a long time. Then tells me that the SUV I ordered was damaged and they didnt have any others except for a Nissan Altima which was so uncomfortable way to small. They didnt do anything to make up for this vehicle that we requested. Bad business no customer appreciation so so disappointed!!

Horrible experience at this location. Need training and custom care. The lot is a Mess even the car almost empty in gas. Manager too busy, and not to be bothered. Seems none of them happy with their jobs cause show not caring for customers. Keyshana needs training cause what she said holding the SUV for me, there is the picture for the proof and now Duane and Jimmie said NOT and gave me a small car. Why we do reservations!!!! First n last for sure at this placeToo many frustrated customers and list of bad reviews and whats enterprise doing?????? Need to train or do something. The representatives at the local branch at state road 7 after Hollywood Blvd were rude. When I ask to speak with the manager at no time did he apologize for the rudeness or his rep. All he shared was their cars has be stolen and therefore I have to get the 3rd degree in so many words. The vehicle was left dirty, there was a used diaper in the trunk that I bought to Fatimahs (rep) attention during the initial walk through of the dirty vehicle. When I asked for the vehicle to be cleaned, all the was done was the washing of outside and floor mats removed. But, yet Enterprise strives theirselves on customer service...still waiting for the Regional Manager to call...RA1JMVVV

I really like this Enterprise location. Its very convenient to my house he recently moved to this location which was a great decision. This location is more modern and larger.there was enough staff to handle the patrons. And everybody was extremely nice and helpful, almost to a fault. This location needs a receptionist. There were so many phone calls while I was checking in which the people at the desk who are also helping people in line have to answer. They are very patient and pleasant to the people on the phone who ask many, many questions. Sometimes ridiculous questions. Taking that time takes away from the people who have come in to the location to pick up a car. Customer service should not be multitasked. I needed a car for an extended period of time due to a car accident and they were on top of calling me each day before my rental was about to expire. This Enterprise does pick you up, however, the pickup is a 3-mile radius.

I picked up the Premium car and it was filthy . I asked the employee if this was cleaned, she said yes with 409, I needed the car that day so had no choice! I spent the next hour when I got home cleaning this vehicle. With Covid, this was very disappointing. Enterprise has a “Complete Clean Pledge” which they display on the rear view mirror and apparently has fallen in deaf ears by their own employees.They tried to make it right with a partial refund, which was nice, but asked me what I thought was fair?Be wary is all I am saying

Over all I was happy with the whole thing. I just wish everyone who worked for enterprise was on the same page regarding upgrades and stuff like that. I had issues with a rental in Calif last year, to make up for all the issues, the manager emailed me a free upgrade and 1 free day. When I made this reservation I was told to reserve the car I wanted so that when the time came, they would have the car. Went to the location a couple days early so I could bring the upgrade paperwork and make sure everything was ok. At the location I was told, 1. the upgrade was only good up to a full size car. 2. I needed to reserve the car a level below and they would up grade it when I came in. So of course when I came to pick up the car, the one I really wanted was not on the lot. I did get an upgrade to a full size Vehicle Toyota Camry. Not sure how that rates as a full size but O well. Anyway, when the rental was done and I returned the car, I reminded them I also had a free day. One of the Managers said we dont honor other locations coupons for free days. Fortunately, the guy helping me applied the free day so I didnt have to complain to much. I really like enterprise, I rent from you when ever I need to rent, but it seems to me your prices are starting to get a little high compared to Budget and some others.

My experience was two fold. The Miami Gardens location, 18000 NW 2 Avenue, closest to me was terrible. Mgr was insulting and condescending. He refused to answer questions about why the car is never available when I arrive for my reservation, why I was never asked about my employer on the prior 2 reservations but was asked to disclose this in front of other renters out in the open that day. He shoved my license and credit card back at me and refused to rent me the vehicle and woshed me to have a nice day. When i asked to speak to a manager, he said that was him and walked away dismissing me. I had to walk 3 blocks back home while recovering from a recent pelvic fracture and a meniscus knee injury from an accident. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. I rate this branch 1 star out of 5 stars. This was not my first poor experience over the past couple of months. The first 2 were poor; however, this one was far worst. To the point that one of the renters, a perfect stranger having heard the exchange offered me a ride to the airport to pick up a vehicle there.Upon my return home, I made another reservation with the Hollywoods Hills branch, at 2090 N. State Road 7. There they explain why there was a wait and delay in renti renting vehicles was due to a hortage of vehicles, best time of day to pickup a car if I wanted to avoid the wait and generally why changes in corporate policy during Covid made my Enterprise experience more challenging and far different than my past experiences. They were open and trandparent. I rate this branch 5 stars on a scale of 1-5. I will be traveling the extra distance to rent from this location in the future until such a time that i purchase a replacement vehicle for my personal use.

As a Platinum VIP and longtime customer who has spend around $100,000 with Enterprise over the years, I am about fed up. First, the company inconveniences long term renters by requiring monthly visits to branches to renew contracts unlike in the past when it was done telephonically. But yesterday, at this branch, I was asked to provide 3 personal references to renew my long term rental which the representative told me is new policy. I, of course, refused because I am a Platinum VIP and I later learned that such is the policy for those who are paying in cash or with a debit card, not one like me who pays with a credit card. If you dont get it together with your horrible customer service changes, I will end my 15 year association with Enterprise and select another company.

No consideration and overbooked. I cannot wait until a company ubertize the rental car industry to know that your vehicle is available and onsite and to streamline the availability. They are so inconsiderate! This is ridiculous! I have a 12 pm pickup reservations the staff calls pick at 11 am to tell me they have no cars available to push my pickup time to 2 pm.

The speed at which each client is attended too is also great, no hrs of waiting to get the ride, no hours of waiting to find what is most desirable to rent and also smiley, client oriente staff.. Extremely poor customer service. Manager of the Hollywood, 441 location very rude. They have the vehicle available for rental on the site, when its time pick up they tell you they only have other types of vehicle., and want you to take vehicle off their hands that no one else seems to wants to rent.Called customers service the, situation never resolved. I took my business to Toyota rental, on 441 in Hollywood and was 100% satisfied with the service. They did not have the vehicle I needed, the got it from another location, and called me when it was ready. Thats service and thats where I will continue to spend my money. Would not recommend this location.

If there was an option for no stars I would choose that. One of the people working on the day we went in was very kind, but it seemed like he didnt have many options on how to fix the problem. We reserved a vehicle days in advance and were given a smaller vehicle than we needed. They offered us a minivan instead or we could wait to see what came in. The person that was not waiting on us was very rude and was accusing myself and my fiancee of damage that we did not do and generally had a bad attitude. When we went to return. The vehicle early we are being charged the same amount of money for half the days in the wrong car. Long story short I have contacted the office to make this right and been treated very poorly. I have furthermore sent out an email to a higher manager and no received any response. The people at enterprise are aware that we had to travel and do these rentals because of a death in my family, but even that does not seem to keep them from being rude and having such awful customer service. I hope that if anyone them are dealing with what we are that they are treated far kinder than they have treated us. I am simply trying to resolve this, but I kept being put on hold and nothing is being taken care of. On top of it all they are just trying to blame everyone else as apposed to making this right. After this experience I am not sure I ever want to rent a car again.An update: 2 months later nothing resolved and looks like this will keep going. DO NOT RENT HERE. Find another more reputable company to work with.

But not listening to my wife made me part of the storyI will keep this update on june 16th i called enterprise again for a follow-up on this case i spoke with Julia wich she said shes the store manager we were on a recorded line where she told me that i wont get a refund because the car was returned to a different location far from where the store is located when i told her i had spoke to an enterprise representative before i do so she said it dont matter and she trying to get slick saying it past 5 hours after the drop off time these hours can not be refunded also i must charge for a drop off fee for the location that i left the car . and here is the guide i received from the representative : you have option to leave the car at your convenient location thats ok for you and we will waived any fee that applied )) the car was returned to the west palm beach airport because of their stupidity and did not want to serve me after i get there a few minutes after the store was about to close . i even recorded them inside till a chubby dude came outside and tell me to drop it somewhere else at an airport or something because if i leave it at the place anything that happen is on my responsibility. I think with all my proof that i collected i will run a lawsuit against this one location . this store is taking advantage of people and the do things to get away with it .. Hard time corona virus they dont care

I had rented 3 different vehicles at different location but same county. Came to this one and the guy never once mentioned to me how much the deposit was going to be. But since the other places where charging $50 deposit, I din’t think it would be any different . But once I checked my account they had charged $150, that’s $100 more and the guy just said well, we charge by region? What? We are in the same county ? Why would you charge more . Any ways not happy that I wasn’t told from the beginning. Not cool

The Enterprise Car rental in Hollywood in SR 7, has terrible customer service. We reserved a car two weeks in advance and when my elderly parents arrived there was no car available. Apparently they realized that the car had for them was in recall when it arrived on the lot. Ok that is completely understood. But can someone explain to me how a car rental place has no other cars to give to customers should a specific car size not be available. Their solution was to give my parents a van. Wrong solution. The manager was absolutely useless. Her nasty attitude to my elderly parents was disrespectful. She responded by telling the that they needed to wait for WHENEVER a car came in for them. Not the way to show customer service. She was not helpful or respectful.The only redeeming part of this situation were Duane and a new employee. Duane understood the situation and did all he could to provide exceptional service within his capacity. The new employee was also willing to help by offering to take my parents food shopping because they just arrived to Florida they were hungry. They need a car to do the food shopping.I had to call customer service to give a complaint and my parents got a car within 2 hours. I had to make a complaint to get service? Not acceptable. Their dedication to their customers is lacking. I will no longer go to Enterprise for my car rental needs.Be cautious when renting from this location.

My issue is similar to others that I have seen. I feel like this location was deceptive with their pricing. I rented a vehicle for 2 weeks not knowing how long it would take a body shop to repair my personal vehicle. I was advised if I returned it early I would only be charged for the time I actually rented the vehicle. They gave me a weekly rate of $185 however I only kept the car for 5 days. They did not tell me that whether I kept the car for 5 days or 7 days, the amount would be the same. When I called back to inquire about the charge all they could say was, Im sorry, the guy you dealt with was new. Thats not my problem! Wheres the ownership and accountability for your inadequately trained personnel? What should have cost me only $26/day, cost me $37/day. Wont be doing business with Enterprise any longer!

Customer service is horrible! I reserved an SUV, and when I arrived they told me if I paid debit they would not give it to me only if paid by credit card. Manager was not helpful, car was not ready, nor clean, and it smelled like cigarettes. This place is very unprofessional, first and last time renting from here. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Renewal: Curb side experience was poor (COVID-19). They came right up to the window standing over you. They had their mask on but wasnt trying to be 6 feet apart. Didnt have to be that close, practically inside the window.

The decal on the vehicle was expired and I had to drive all the way back to the Enterprise location, which was about 30 minutes away to get the new decal. It was very inconvenient. The staff was very apologetic but it was still an inconvenience to me.

Been renting from this location for some time now. Was instructed to do one thing by an employee and was then charge for the exact thing I was told I wouldnt be charged for. I will never rent from Enterprise again. The manager of the store looked me dead in my eyes and told me there was nothing he could do. I have been renting from this location for 3+ years when I need a rental. From small to large trucks. They have seen a lot of money from me and made me feel super tiny when we were discussing the difference of $50. And to add insult to injury, I was basically labeled a liar in front of a lobby full of people. Disgusted with this location and continue to refer people to my good friends at Hertz. Dont rent from here.

I reserved a SUV 2 months in advance for the day after Christmas. Got there and was told the rental went to someone else that was there earlier. Was offered a minivan instead. That wasnt an option and I advised them I was not leaving without an SUV. I was upset to say the least but within 10 was told one was located and would be there shortly. It was an upgrade from what I reserved. Understanding that the holidays are crazy and patience is low for many, as upset as I was getting loud and obnoxious wouldnt have helped. The manager apologized and I left with a better rental than I reserved. Im going back and with fingers crossed, hope all goes smoother next time.

First time renting from there have an issue a last minute they cancel my rental without give an option to get it from any other office after argue the situation they give a different car but at least did not have to cancel the trip.
