Main owner was really rude, when I had questions about my new policy what I started last week. He hang up on me by saying Im running a business here not information center ??!! There is no corporate main number to ask questions, so who else is answering questions if NOT my local agent?? If Im not ready to PAY then Im not a client?? Good luck running your business that way.
