It was recommended to us by mission foods employees at first they were super nice I guess to get our business but as soon as we ask why we were charge for an auto club fee their excuse was sorry I forgot to mention it. Once I decided to cancel my policy I used their text message system and didnt got a response finally decided to call and the representative was very rude about it. Even after asking to cancel my account still got hit for the monthly fee email them again and no response..

I finally switched my auto over to Danash and I am so thankful I did. The customer service is like no other. Danash sat down with me and explained all the coverages on my policy, which up to that point I had no clue what I was even paying for. For the first time I did not base my decision solely on price but on the fact that I had an agent who cared about me and was making sure I had the proper coverages. I love that if I have a problem or question, I can call her and speak to her each time versus calling a service center and never speaking to the same person. My experience in obtaining clarifications & recommendations on our personal auto policy renewal from Ms. Valencia was nothing short of exceptional. Crystal exceeded all expectations exemplifying what a consummate professional truly is. She was courteous, conscientious, competent, maintaining complete composure while under duress for I was disturbed with the renewal. She offered suggestions & solutions that reduced our premium, including the AAA Roadwise Training Program for seniors (NOT FUN!) which certainly differed increases. In addition, after driving for 51 years I never fathomed the plethora of changes, potential perils & amazing safety innovations to which we were oblivious. This Certification should be mandatory for all drivers not just seniors! In closing, give this young lady a well deserved raise & retain a quality employee. I had Allstate renters insurance last year. I paid for a full year! After my year was over they renewed my policy without my consent. They sent me to collection for $27 dollars. I called the office i spoke to Florencia, she said she was going to talk to the manager and get back to me, i’ve been trying to get of hold of her for over a week now. She doesn’t return my calls. I will never use Allstate ever again.

We have used this company for over 10 years. There have been no issues until this year.Insurance issue was reported on April and new policies were to be taken care of before August.Constant excuses, new employees, lack of responses. Ended up with no insurance on a property through the threat of last weeks Cat 5 hurricane because of them!!!Now dealing with the same issue on a 2nd property...Very shocked and disappointed that Allstate has dropped the ball.

10 years with this agency, my home insurance went up 80% called the agent and a Jenny told me she would review my policy and get back with me. It seems the renew has additions like medical that I did not have before. I guess they think because I have escrow they can change the policy to a more expensive one because the payment is coming from my bank. Be aware. Called back today and again am waiting. I guess I am doing them a favor by being a loyal 10 year client. What is going on!!!!????

This was the worst experience I ever had buying insurance or matter of fact buying anything over the phone. they are very nonchalant about filling in paperwork and make a lot of mistakes. when I had questions about paperwork that they are e mailing me to fill out they couldnt explain and didnt call back their phone system didnt work so you couldnt get in touch with them . when you would leave a message they wouldnt call back.. i had three reps trying to work with me and they all didn;t know anything about the paperwork allstate sent from the home office to fill out. Im still not sure if they have all that they need for me to have insurance after I paid them 1200. they are a complete mess and I give them a zero out of five stars. I am surprised they stay in business with their level of customer service and knowledge in regards to filling out e mail paperwork and applications over the phone.

My experience is specific to Janice Espinal. I had several pros and cons in amending my home owners policy, I made several changes midstream, Janice handled it like a pro. No attitude, just 110% help. Never worked with anyone in all my years better than Janice except the owner of the agency back in the 1990s, Valerie Verbek. Janice was the benchmark for young agents. I just dropped this rating to 1 star, as since Janice has left, I cant get any reliable help anymore, sad but true, I do get stories, but stories dont do me any good.

Worst customer service, after 17 years drop them for thieves... Get a quote and they charge $250 more than the quote. They apologized but couldnt correct the mistake they blame it on a training error. Switch to Geico save more and got more perks. Wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy...
