After 2 years with them, I only needed them 1 time and they were not responsive, living my need in limbo when I several times reached out to their customer service more than 20x and no one ever answered the phone. I ended up paying the tow out of my pocket. Now I am requesting the cancellation of my policy and they are demanding that I present proof of new insurance in order to proceed with the cancellation, I dont have to present any proof to you of anything. If you are new customer, beware, they will do anything to get you in and make it impossible to get out!
