Best find! We recently moved and came across Karen Willis while looking for a quote. Karen was able to find us a great policy and bundle it with our car insurance. She advised me on all of their services and tailored everything to fit my needs. She then followed up through email and phone to ensure I received everything as agreed. I went ahead and changed my renters to them as well which not only saved me money on the monthly payment for the renters but also a significant % of my car insurance policies. This Agency lied to me, they called to reestablish my policy and, saying that I owed $ 250 dollars and the following month my payment would be $103, I paid the $ 250 dollars and the following month my payments increased, they alleged that I owed more money ... what What happened... is that they did not send the payments for 3 months? I have automatic payments so that these things do not happen, and due to an error in them I accumulated debt for 3 months ...do not trust this agency...--------------------------------------------------------------------------------they Answered and and they tried to justify it due to the pandemic, but this happened before, it was in March...--------------------------------------------------------------and customer services in Spanish is very disrespectful
