Was having a hard time with my home insurance renewal. Got into a phone call with Al Medina (recommended by my neighbor) and was like speaking to an old friend, great friendly service, absolutely professional and the best of all prices available. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The most crooked agency in Broward County. They cancelled our policy because they didn’t see anyone at home. They do not follow up on any communication. Canceling a policy with them is extremely slow and painful. Call anyone else. Do not waste your time or money with Allied.

I called for a quote and the representative I spoke to was Juan Carlos Solano, was extremely unprofessional and even picked up a personal phone call in which I was able to hear the whole conversation. Gave attitude and even told me himself, the quote was too high but he’ll email it to me anyways and hung up. HORRIBLE experience.

Then there had been an issue of miscommunication regarding coverage and premiums to the point I was going to shop for a new provider. Our company has been with Allied since 2008. Personal and Commercial I must say. I can honestly say to anyone looking for personal or commercial insurance, that they really are the VERY best! I have been able to get results from this company with speed, more options, and most important the accuracy is on point. Price should be the least when it comes to coverage for any kind when you want it done RIGHT. However, we have had this 1 company for 10 years. The 1 time I left this company I had to return, because it was very difficult to find a company that delivers: personnel and professionalism!
