If you are looking for honesty and personal service, this is it. I brought in a used vehicle that I was considering purchasing. They brought me into the bay and showed me exactly what they found. They offered to discuss it with the seller (and did). The seller initially denied the issue but wound up confirming it after further research. Ultimately Holly Springs Vehicle Service charged me $0 for the assessment and saved me thousands of dollars in potential repairs.

I had my car towed to Holly Spring Service not ever using them before. They just were so informative and kept me up to date on the work being done. Jenni was so professional and calming as she explained things to me.Thank you and I feel confident in using them again and referring anyone to them. My check engine light came on so I called and they said I could bring it in right away to get diagnosed. It was a semi minor fix so they were able to take it in right away. Excellent customer service, great price, and only took a few hours for everything they had to do to it. Will definitely be coming back here for any car issues and routine oil changes. Took my CRV in for annual inspection. No waiting and I was out in 10 minutes. Staff is always friendly and professional. I recommend HSVS for your auto repair and service.

Accepted my vehicle then allowed it to sit for a week without communication, only to be told to get my UNCHECKED vehicle and be seen elsewhere they’re “backed up”.....So stop taking business and waisting our time. Milk someone else’s clock. Pure fraud. Obviously do not recommend I regret.

Dropped my car off to have the battery checked the night before the service. My car would randomly not start. It was suggested I start with a new battery. I was quoted $244.77 for a battery with a 2 yr warranty for a 2015 Honda Civic. I agreed to have it replaced but told them I felt it was a bit high. The comment I received in writing was “you can come by and get it”. I responded again to please complete the work. I got there to pick it up right before they closed and he told me he missed my written response to complete the work. So I got my keys and no battery. I’m new to the area and was looking for a good place to care for my car. I’m still looking. Won’t go back here.

I of course waited to the last minute for a NC inspection, I called Holly Springs Vehicle Service and asked them if they could fit me in. I was there in 20 minutes and in less than 30 minutes, I was out the door. Great service, great employees, great location. What was also enjoyable, they really like what they do. They were GREAT.....

Firestone down the street tried to sell me a $1k brake job to fix a squeak, HSVS takes one look and tells me all I need are new pads. Got me in and out same day within a few hours of walking in, and I didnt even have an appointment.

Replaced brake pads and did a steering fluid exchange. Appointment was rapidly scheduled, price was very reasonable. I love the way my brakes work now.

I have had all of my cars serviced with HSVS for years. You will get an accurate quote, fair price and quality work. They stand behind everything they do, advise you of possible work that may come up in the future and never recommend un-necessary work.

HSVS was recommended to me from a friend and I decided to go to them.I own a 2005 Toyota 4Runner with 144k miles and a 2007 PT Cruiser Convertible with about 133k.I knew my vehicles needed a lot of work and after weighing the thought of buying a newer vehicle or invest in my paid off vehicles, I decided to invest.Denny went above and beyond my expectations. There were a few tweaks after the repairs and major replacements that took place but I expected that due to all the work that was completed. Each time, they took my vehicles and either fixed the problem, informed me each time what was needed.The one thing Id like to point out. I had new brakes and rotors put on my Toyota about 5 months prior to finding HSVS. Very well known franchise in Fuquay-Varina. After they replaced these items, I had to go back the very next day, my dashboard lit up, took it back and they found they left a bungee cord on my caliber. Had to go back 2 months later, squeaky sound, new break pads needed, yup, they just put them on. Very next day, caliber froze up, so nothing but problems, over $400 for these replacements.Denny discovered that they mismatched my break pads, did not align them correctly and needing a caliber now on my other side. I was furious! Denny took photos, kept the old parts and wrote a letter to the establishment since I contacted their corporate office demanding a full refund. I was ready to fight this. With Pennys help, I was given a full refund from that establishment. They went above and beyond for me. Most places do not want to get involved, but Denny does not like to see people getting taken and he saw that this work previously performed was very poor.Finding a great mechanic and HONEST is very hard to find today. If youre looking for an honest, down to earth, true colors on the table owner to do work on your vehicle, his team will take care of you. I did feel my vehicles were going to call his place their new home but it was expected due to all the work completed. Researching my check engine light delemia, which drove us all nuts. I appreciated his time and assistance in resolving every issue with my vehicles. Thank you HSVS!!
