STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Three words: Professional, Efficient, and Flexible. Maurice made the whole process smooth. I love that I was kept informed/updated as my car was being serviced. No confusion, all logic, laid out explanations with visuals (for us visual learners), and top notch care.

I Appreciated they fit me in with an appt for oil change, inspection and replacing a taillight as I was going to be driving out of town. Service was really fast, price reasonable and waiting room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back when my car needs service or repair!

I showed up in the morning without an appointment and they were still able to work me in their schedule (considering how busy they were). They fixed my car in a timely manner. First time using Meineke and this location. I’ve been in the area for a long time and have used a lot of car shops. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection so basic stuff. I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling and the communication they provide. I’ll be going back.Returned to this location to replace rotors, brake pads, and flush brake system. My appointment was at 11am and they got right to work even with a full garage. Mo that runs the front of the house is friendly and knowledgeable.

Super friendly and helpful! They worked me in when they could for a state inspection that I desperately needed. When it was ready they were still really friendly when I came up panting a minute or two after closing to get my car (I had to walk there in the hot sun after work 🌞). I will definitely go there again and recommend others! They won a new customer!

I made an appointment for inspection and oil change. Maurice and his team were on time and waiting for me when I showed up. His team were courteous and professional. It was a no-surprise no-nonsense visit. They finished the work pretty quickly while I waited in the clean, spacious lobby. The waiting area was well-ventilated and the other customers wore masks indoors too. I’ve done business with Maurice for years. Then he opened his own shop in Holly Springs. He and his team are are courteous and prompt. Never being upsold….straight shooter. I always use them for inspections, oil changes, tire rotations and alignments. I’ve even bought tires there at quite a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I went to get my car inspected and was told that my flex pipe was leaking and needed to be repaired. I called meineke and spoke to Daniel who explained everything to me in detail and had my car inspected and ready to go in a day! Would definitely recommend this place!

Scheduled an appointment for our vehicles annual inspection. The manager was friendly and nice getting me checked in for our service. The staff took care of our car inspection quickly and got me back on the road in a timely fashion.

A little pricier than what my usual mechanic estimated it for but I believe it was worth it for what I got. They did a check on the majority of my car, and found issues unrelated to the appointment just to give me a heads up. He was also extremely kind, professional, and was willing to finish my car after close. It was definitely worth it and I plan on coming back again.

Had an amazing experience at the Meineke, that was very clean and organized!They went above and beyond to take care of multiple issues with my vehicle quickly and at a fair price. Very personable and didnt feel like I was being sold on anything. They gave me a heads up on future issues and things that didnt need replacing now but may wear out in the next year which was very helpful!Came across as very knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair, they now have a customer for life!

I have been to Meineke a few times over the past few months for tire issues and oil changes. Customer service is great. Quick service and always accommodating.

Maurice and team are great. Ive had great experiences here on multiple occasions with both of our vehicles. Oil changes are quick, complete and the tire rotation as a part of the package keeps our cars running smoothly. Brake pad replacement pricing was fair and Ive never felt pressured for add-on service recommendations. I appreciate the sincere customer service and transparency with updates and recommendations. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of expertise and service coming from a locally franchised shop. Sorry to say the years have me suspicious of mechanics in general, and the tactics they sometimes use to generate revenues can be questionable at best.This was not the case here. The owner is sharp, trustworthy, efficient, and confidently kind. They fixed the brakes on one car and the a/c not blowing air on another. It was quick with an appointment and very reasonably priced.Thank you for changing my old perception!

Im 40, been driving since 1996, and this was the easiest, fastest, friendliest, and most professional state inspection I have ever had. Maurice handled it with care. The crew was ready on time (actually I arrived 10 min early for my appointment and they already had a bay for me), and the service was at great value, and was quality work. We were done on time, actually well before on time. I had time to get another coffee before work and still arrive early. Above all, Im SO glad they could help me during COVID times. This is a very essential business!

Highly disappointed with this franchise. Jan. 9th my husband and I had a pre-purchase done on a vehicle we were interested in buying. The pre-purchase inspection stated our vehicle was in great condition and we should definitely buy it. So we did! After purchasing the vehicle, as of yesterday Jan. 30th we learned that we received inaccurate information about the vehicle’s power steering (we thought we only needed a flush service) costing us $2,000 to get the entire component fixed, which means of vehicle FAILED NC inspection. This means we are now unable to move forward with registering our vehicle, getting the license plate, and having a peace of mind as we have an infant daughter as well. My family and I have experienced an unfortunate disservice. Nothing personal to the people of this car shop, we spoke to the owner earlier today and shared this would be shared publicly. Im just sharing my experience and I hope this Meineke gets better for the sake of others.Go to Fuquay-Varina’s Meineke! They care about their customers and their well-being there in FV.Adding in more details as of today - 2/27/2020: That provided Customer Service line is a joke! The agents who answer the phones keep giving me the run around and saying that my complaint has reached the Corporate office, yet Ive received no further communication. Its going on March now!

Nice people and do good work but I am dissatisfied with the fact they have coupons on their individual site that was not honored... Meineke Corp and store both stayed they know nothing about the coupons but they continue to advertise the coupon on their web at both levels.

Fantastic Shop, Great service, could not be happier with repair. The manager, Maurice, has been in the car repair business for a while. Always courteous, friendly, and honest. If something isnt done right, hell make sure it gets done the right way. When my car wasnt starting, the mechanic, Jason, took me in the back, walked me through his process, and diagnosed exactly what it was that needed to be fixed. A quick repair and my car is running stronger than ever before. Will come here again if another issue arises.

Terrible service. The car Carr knowledge in that shop is very limited. I clearly stated that my light bulb turns on and off randomly. They dropped the bumper to look at and said it was the light bulb that was blown, I said are you sure? Because it turns on and off, it can’t be the light bulb. Moe, the owner said it was. So I bought one for $120 to not be able to get fixed after they tried and wanted to charge and extra $60 to get my old one back on so I can return the other. Needless to say, never going back.
