DO NOT GO HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! I hear they delete the bad reviews and only keep the good ones. I paid 50$ for a full set powder set and they did my nails terribly I even spoke with the owner about fixing my nails he told me to come in just to tell me that to fix my nails I would have to pay an additional 20$ and they would not be fixing my nails just painting over them.

My nails turned out perfectly. Prices were reasonable will definitely come back. Lee did exactly what I wanted

Sheila has done my nails the last couple times. she is amazing! super friendly, and her work is beautiful. ive noticed she displays some of her work right by her station as well which is how i knew she is able to do more designs than the other staff.

Worst nail salon in the area. They should go out of business. Horrible customer service. I waited to get my nails fixed from bad polish they put on. I called to get this issue corrected when I arrived I waited while other walk ins were seen after I arrived. Manager has no idea how to run a business. And the workers are equally worse and rude! They don’t even clean in between each customer and the floors and always dirty. I hope they get shut down. They don’t deserve the one star

Nice place however very rushed atmosphere, decent pedi rushed hard filed manicure. Sore fingers days later..I will not return.plus they use dirty as slippers on clean feet when its time for toes to dry..not sanitary at all. I prayed that I would not have a nail infection to remind me of the experience. Please shop around..some of the local salons charge more but you will have a more enjoyable experience..I will next time

Michelle is so nice and this is my second time here and I love their service and how good they do my pedicures. They always accept my 4 year old with me and always do a good job on her as well. Definitely will be coming here regularly.

This place truly sucks. My daughter took her daughter with her & some lil girl who was one of the workers kids stole my granddaughters toy & wouldnt give it back. How sad & unprofessional is this place. They wouldnt even admit that the girl stole the toy like why lie about it. Not only did this happen but their service sucks!

Place looked nice, you just need an appointment to get your nails done.

They ask about shape accuracy, have so many shellac colors to choose from. They saved my nails and my wallet. Just amazing, please do yourself a favor and check them out youll love it!

Don’t expect to get an answer on the phone. I called to make an appointment for 10AM got told come at 10:30AM to just get an attitude and say it was 10am! I was still being patient. Even the ladies next to me experienced them not answering I won’t do business where I’m not respected as a client !

My mom and I went for manicures and pedicures had an appointment at 930, they took us early. I had lee he did a great job on both . It’s been years since I went to them. Glad we went there. Definitely will be back.

The inside of this place was very beautiful but, there was one lady who was awful. I didn’t have her but my mother did and she was rough and rude. My nephew was with us and when we were going to dry our toes, then grabbed my nephews arm so rough and pulled him. Honestly rude Bc my mom asked her to pick a color for her and with a attitude she said,” I’m not going to pick for u, u pick” my mom at that point almost went off. First time there and might be the last. My mother did not want the things they put in between your toes, and she put them there anyways and hurt my mom while doing it. Someone there recommend a lady named Rose or Kim, there a was an older guy there who did mine and he is very gentle and nice. I am really upset and never going back.

My favorite person at Hobart Nails & Spa is Michelle. She is always there and does great nails, and eyebrows. She is great at giving advice, and overall she is a great person. I recommend you guys get her to do your nails or eyebrows.

Tom Tran took great care of me today. He took his time and made me feel so relaxed. Love his work! Ill definitely be back.

Most of the workers are very nice. They just need to do better about getting people in when they have appointments scheduled on time. Other than that. I really like this place and they do a really good job.

Great little nail salon! They fit me in a a last minute walk in and Kim did an amazing job with my pedicure! She didnt rush and paid very close attention detail. I will definitely be back and I will be sure to make an appointment head of time because it was very, very busy, which is a testamentto how wonderful this place is!

I never had someone hold the receipt and a book for me to write on, so they can watch what I wrote.He wouldn’t let go of my receipt after I kept telling him “I got it, I got it, i got it” & he pointed out the tip section before he let go of the book and receipt.I was gonna give him a tip anyways but you make someone want to take back their lil tip standing over them watching, like they’re a child. I can hold and write on my own piece of paper?Even after that I spoke and told everyone goodnight in the salon, not one associate spoke back. Definitely won’t be spending my money here again. Not a great first impression or experience.

This was my first time I went to this salon and I LOVED IT. Service was great and the older man doing my nails looked like he really took his time. My nails turned out great and he was able to do my nails as a walk in customer. ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLACE. Would recommend. My acrylics were $45 (a bit more than some places) but worth every penny !

Came here with messed up nails and requesting they could remove my nails and put a full new set. Wow did he do an AMAZING JOB. I’ve never been so happy with a set! I’ll for sure be coming back and would totally recommend this place to anyone!

My nails came out amazing I originally went there for a pedicure but I changed my mind and got a full set instead. I am super glad I changed my mind. I believe her name was Shelby( if I’m wrong sorry) but she did an amazing job and massaged my hands and took her time. Will definitely be back soon for a fill in. KEEP HER SHES AMAZING !!!

Been here a few times now and they are always punctual, super hygienic and provide great services. They took about 30 mins on pedis and 30 on manis and where very attentive to details.

The tech did a amazing pedicure but at sometime during the pedicure she injured my toe to the point it’s bruised. It was sore when I left but this morning very bruised

Today was my very first time at the spa and it was very nice. I got a pedicure and a full set. The woman who did my pedicure I think her name was Lonny she took her time she was very thorough and took her time. I’d have to say that was one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time. Monica did a good job on my nails she was very nice and friendly and quick. I will be coming back again you guys did an outstanding job. Thank you!

They did a fantastic job with my pedicure and manicure!!! The salon was very clean and the employees were very friendly!!! I am incredibly pleased with the way my nails turned out and will be back!!! This means a lot especially since i live is 45mins south!!!!

They will overcharge if you’re not careful. We were over charged by 16 dollars and when confronted they wanted to argue how wrong we were when the price was clearly on their menu. They just lost two loyal customers.

Today was my first time at Hobart Salon. I’ve been getting gel nails for nearly 20yrs and have never liked a salon as much as this one. The tech was professional & very courteous. The salon is really pretty, welcoming & clean. They have the best selection in gel polish I’ve ever seen! Hoping the product is as great as everything else. If the product is as good as anywhere else I’ve gone, I will be a lifetime customer. VERY VERY SATISFIED

Paid for upgraded pedi - the description from the service menu did not match service provided- would have got the same amount of massage with the standard pedi, no orange 🍊 slices in soak like menu describes, toenails are not filed even - will not go backGood selection of colors but everything seems to have an up charge- also usually pay 10-15 extra for gel polish on toes they charge 20 - so many other places to go this is a skip!!!

The nail salon is beautiful it’s just the quality and on of the ladies were very rude to me and she was very rough on my nails. The pedicure lady was nice but after a few days the top coat of the clear nail polish on my toes start to peel and come off. Then my full set was terrible. After less than a week they started to loosen up and pop off. Nice establishment but not so good quality

They have great service and i love the way they greet you. They are very polite and respectful and overall it’s a very lovely atmosphere!

I asked for a shaped brow and to not have much taken off. My eyebrows are now half the size and are skinnier than ever. The tech completely disregarded what I wanted and just did what she thought would look good.

I went for the first time yesterday, a guy did my pedi it seemed a little rushed but the foot massage was lovely. He also did my gel nails and eyebrows but seemed to also keep his eye on ppl who escape without paying idk if thts just their experience but he went after a lady tht stepped out and went to her car 🤷🏾‍♀️ for some water. The only thing that bothered me is he wanted to charge me $7.00 per nail (4 nails) bc I wanted chrome polish on those 4 to match my baby shower decor, thats steep so I declined the chrome polish.

Very gentle. I am senior citizen and cant have hard massage etc. Really nice people.wish they could speak a little more English but they understood what I wanted.

Loved this place I am a last minute person, so on Sunday when I called, they said they were open I was on my way, I wasnt expecting to find a placed that I liked so much, the employees are awesome and great at what they do, I am very happy and am definitely coming back!!

Ive been here quite a few times, very clean. I dont like the new sign in thing tho. I felt it made appointment times slower. Pedicure ; the woman I had was way too hard with massage feet and legs. Ive had this before and I prefer not to have her take care of me. Shes very nice, does great job except runs Way too hard. Overall, nice salon. I think a bit too expensive compared to others.

It’s been a rough couple of days, my 6 yr old dog was attacked and killed by a coyote . I’ve spent the last few days on the couch depressed . I came to get my nails done to feel normal for a bit . The owner Kim was so kind, she allowed me to bring my 3 month old puppy in to sit with me while I got my nails done. She did such a great job with my ombré nails and allowed me to mix colors . I felt better for the time that I was there . It’s amazing what kindness does . I will always come here to get my nails done . ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time going and I brought my mother also the staff were so nice and professional we were apprehensive due to the Covid virus but everyone maintained distance and wore mask I received a pedicure from Mrs Rose she was so sweet and took her time she really made me feel welcomed in the salon Michelle did also she did my full set and it came out better than the picture I felt so relaxed and calm even when I left my experience was so good

I really wanted to like this place, but the manicure I got was awful and it’s been less than a week and already chipped. I got the Cat Eye Gel... This should’ve lasted at least 2 weeks. Pedicure was good.

She took her time doing my pedicure i didnt feel rushed the chair was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing

The shop is very clean and spacious. They have plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure tables. They have a variety of colors to choose from whether its regular polish or gel. My gel/no chip nails lasted a whole month with NO CHIP in them whatsoever. My toes with regular polish also stayed the same for a whole month. I got a pedicure and my feet came out looking nice and fresh.

The nice lady who did my nails took off most of my cuticle with the drill file. Its now very painful and bleeding. Really hoping it doesnt get infected. Nails turned out too thick in the end. I dont think I will be going back here, sorry.
