My experience from the day I called till we completed our business was remarkable.The person that was assigned to our property was Josh Dunaway. He changed all my miserable experiences with other realtors in to pleasant and wonderful event. He was very professional, understanding, thoughtful and kind and very well experienced in what he does. He kept us informed though out the entire process. Me being a Soldier, I had real hard time accomplishing what was necessary because I was 2000 miles away. I guess it was a blessing I got Josh as our agent and felt like I was right there next to my property. I didn’t want to drag this out but I can write another full page how happy I am and how impressed I am on what Josh accomplished in selling our property and took care of business. This company has been a nightmare to work with. When we found existing issues with the place, there was no response when attempting to get the situation remedied. Communication within their company and with the property owners is very poor. Previous tenants customers were coming to our office and acting irrationally, behaving in a very poor manner and there was minimal effort to stop the interaction and no apology when the situation was taken care, and could have been avoided to begin with if the staff would have listened our neighbor tenants when they notified them of having possession of the desires items that this person was seeking. Nothing short of a headache and would not recommend renting or doing business with this company.

Truly the best! With so many choices out there, I encourage everyone to do their homework. However, from my experience, they are a company that prides themselves in honesty, integrity, hard work and always going above and beyond. In my opinion, there really is no other choice.

I cannot say enough good things about the superior service provided by the Coldwell Holtzman real estate and property management team. They give a discount on the management fee if you have 5 or more properties managed by them. They will look out for your best interests and let you know when additional properties come on the market. Jeanne Evans helped me buy a 5 plex from California. Sandy Duggan and Toby handle the day to day repair and maintenance so the properties are always rented. George Holtzman has built a great team. I unconditionally recommend them for all your real estate needs.
