I just rented from them and am so pleased with the service! He helped me find the lowest rate and got me the chairs delivered early because we needed them right away (even though our reservation wasn’t until the next day). Everyone I spoke with was super nice too. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Ordered the “exclusive package” online about a week out from our trip, to be delivered to our condo by 10am. It is now noon and they haven’t arrived or made any attempt to contact us. All the phone numbers on their site and order email are either disconnected or take you to a voicemail that is full, so there is no way to talk to someone. Possibly a scam company, just hoping we can get our money back.

Our last beach day was ruined! When I reserved the equipment, we rented it for a week. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday with pick up on Saturday evening. They picked up the equipment on Friday evening. I called numerous times and left messages. I NEVER received a call back!The equipment was there when we arrived and it was in good shape and what we ordered.I would recommend trying another rental company.

Love Hilton Head and Keens beach rentals made it even more affordable and enjoyable. Very easy to rent items instead of buying umbrellas and chairs while down there!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They Completely Flaked Out on us! Called a week in advance to book the $100 Package which they were supposedly supposed to deliver to our door then pick up on the beach at weeks end. Lady who answered hemmed & hawed that she couldnt easily get back to our Time Share. Finally she realized she was confusing ours w/ something else. I asked if she needed a Credit Card deposit she said no. I said we wanted a Skim Board too. She said they havent had those in years even tho their website mentions em multiple times! We set up a rental regardless. The DAY BEFORE we were to arrive the lady called and said they didnt have enough inventory in stock to supply us and to call another rental place! I left a mssg for her that I was confused why because she had a whole week to visit Sams Club or Wal-Mart or whatever to replenish her stock. She never called back! What sort of Rinky Dink business are they running? Avoid at all costs!
