I sent my wife and mother in-law on a girls getaway. We are usually budget travelers, but for this trip I booked them 1st class, they stayed at the nicest resort, and I booked Apple Transportation as an airport car service. Both drivers were friendly and professional, and the cars were clean and well kept, and very red!! Apple was a great choice and Im glad I found them!! Will definitely use them again if we come back to the island!

Great, safe & dependable car service. Got a ride from HH airport to our place. Then scheduled them the next day for a return back to the airport. Both drivers (John the first day & Jimmy today) were fantastic! Professional, friendly & pointed out a few historical areas on the island. Highly recommend

Scheduled a pickup for 5:30 am to Savannah Airport. Dispatch was able to book appointment, despite not being open until 7:30. Very glad they could accommodate our need! Dispatch called the night before to confirm the pickup. Driver arrived on time. Vehicle was clean and driver was very polite and professional. Got us to the airport without issue for a reasonable price for service.

Called to get a ride. I asked if they were a taxi service on Hilton Head Island. He said yes. I tell him where I am & where Im going. He then states he has no taxis available. So I ask You are a taxi service with no taxis available. I didnt understand his answer, so I asked again. He saysWhich part didnt you understand & hangs up. Horrible customer service. He could have just said that first, rather than have me give him my ride info. Totally rude like many of the people around Hilton Head area. Dont use this service. Not giving people like this your business is the only way they will learn. Customer Service means acting like an adult, which many people around here dont do. I also feel that because I have a northern accent, they get rude quicker. Take from that what you will.

I called to schedule with Apple 2 days prior, after reading the good reviews. Jim arrived right on time, and provided a very safe and pleasant ride to Hilton Head airport. Not sure of the going rate, but $40 from Sea Pines to airport for a very dependable ride seemed good to us. Coming down we had a bad experience with a different company that did not show up, and one very questionable Uber ride in a car with no AC. So I would highly recommend calling Apple.

Great service. The dispatch and drivers were very nice! It’s busy down here with no rental cars available and they did an awesome job!!

I have used Apple a few times over my stay at Hilton Head and Jim and Joe were great. Had a longer drive into Savannah and Joe pointed out several attractions along the way. Even made recommendations for food and we were not disappointed. Also, both were on time for pick up. If Apple didnt pick us up at the airport when we arrived, we would have lost without them.

I had a similar experience as Jordan. Very professional and on time. Our rental car reservation feel through and fortunately Apple Transportation was there to help us get where we needed to go. Our driver was early and very nice. I highly recommend their service.

We had an emergency and needed to get to the airport extremely early. We called first thing and they sent a driver within 20 minutes. Great service! Thank you Apple Transportation!

Transportation on HHI all week from Uber and Lyft was virtually non-existent. The concierge at our hotel recommended this service. We had a very positive experience with Apple Transportation and Jim our driver was exceptional! We traveled from the Westin in Port Royal on Hilton Head to Savannah airport. The route was efficient, scenic and JimProvided lots of local history... BONUS!!On time. Good price. Clean car. Courteous service.

Was extremely rude when asked about the price and said to not call back then hung up.

The operator stated a price triple then Uber/Lyft before even picking me up. I then asked him “how and could he explained.” He said “that’s the price, but forget it”, and then hung up abruptly.

Rude customer service.
