This company is so professional and service oriented. The attention to whatever your issue is makes you feel like you are a valuable and important client. I have used other companies but none compare with Heritage in response, service, treatment, professionalism and price!!!

After 9yrs of good service we moved to a different address, then the problems started. We paid for a bond for a new house, but Heritage never send the document. We noticed that for them to came and spry we had to call them first, in the past they always called us to set an appointment. I called them MANY times to request the bond, and I always got the answering machine: they NEVER returned my calls. Our house is for sale at this moment, and I have to contract a different company to get the bond, so they pocketed the fee without providing any service. What a shame!!!!

I have been using Heritage for almost 7 years and they have proven to be unreliable with respect to calling and scheduling appointments. They used to schedule me on a 3 month cycle but no more. I gave up on them and moved on to a different company. They DO NOT call you back when you leave a message.
