I am from Georgia and had a “nail emergency.” They were awesome to repair it for me and did a great job! Wonderful staff and customer service. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Paid top dollar for SNS, very thin, already chipped after several days, asked to have toe and hand color match, got orange red on toes, pink on hands. NOT MATCHED at all. Not sure how they have 5 star ratings...asking for my $ back for manicure. Very disappointed.

My set was rushed and it looked horrible i do not recommend this place AT ALL .

My daughter & I have gone to IN regularly for nearly a year. Had a positive experience until this week. We both had appointments, came in & got put in the chairs, feet in eater, etc. 45 minutes later still sitting people came in after we did, got service immediately. After 45 minutes we gave up & left. Won’t be back. Too many other places for pedicures.

I made an appointment and still had to wait which was fine I didn’t mind that part the part I minded was that I needed a simple nail take off and manicure and the guy doing my nails took my nails off and didn’t bother too put a nail color on my nails after specifying that I needed a nail color on top of my nail hardener and my eyebrows done as well simply stated when I made the appointment, but he slapped on my nail hardening nail polish then began to do someone else’s pedicure. Without my eyebrows even being done or manicure finished I left HAHA joke is on them, I live on the island and could have been a potential regular for them. Too bad so sad.

Went based on a recommendation from the Nextdoor app. Not impressed. Called to make an appointment but still had to wait. My mani was done while I was sitting in the pedicure chair making the experience feel rushed. My friend got cut during her mani and the tech acted like she didnt notice. Did not bother to use cuticle softener, fingernails were filed crooked and left with rough edges and I was not impressed with with cleanliness.

It was certainly not a spa treatment, and I will not return. The technician could have been a robot... spending less than 20 minutes on. Mani pedi. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. That is not a spa. The model was more like a drive thru car wash. My nails were cut and barely filed...very rough. The polish that I received and waited in the pedi chair for 10 to dry, is a mess. Cut cuticle, bled! If was his desire to make $3.25per minute, then he was the winner

I made an appointment having never gone there. Mani Pedi done with excellent gentle care. The place is clean as a doctors office technicians are all very kind and friendly.

I got a manicure and a pedicure. The man doing my nails seemed rushed. He cut three of my cuticules. Woke up this morning to two of them still bleeding. The paint on my toes got all over the place. It just wasnt worth 50$ It was my first time ever going to a nail place so i wasnt sure how to handle it. I left the man a tip anyways, I just wont be doing the whole nails thing anymore.

This was my first visit to Island Nails Spa and I was very impressed with their technicians and quality of their service. I had a pedicure with Julie and a powder dip manicure with Tina. Both ladies did a superb job.... both my toes and fingers look fantastic. I highly recommend this establishment.

I wasnot happy with the services I Received yesterday. Nail technician cut my feet till I was bleeding with the electric file. Toes not files evenly. I will not be going back unless tracey is there. Nail technician needs more practice.

Fantastic pedicures and VERY family friendly. My two young daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our spa day together at Island Nails Spa and will absolutely come again on our next trip to Hilton Head. Thanks again for such an amazing, and relaxing, time!

Pedicure was good but we booked for 3 people - 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. We had to wait until the pedicures were done before they even started on my daughters manicure, so we were there over 2 hours. Dipping - wasnt great and one nail already came off 😒 People were nice but unfortunately, not a good experience for us.

I moved here from New Jersey and found Island Nails and got a good pedicure and great powder manicure!

My husband and I were looking to get pedicures together and I called Island Nails they got us in right away! Both techs took their time and engaged in conversation with us. Was honestly one of the best services I’ve had in a long time! Next time we visit Hilton Head we will be coming back

The spa itself is welcoming and beautiful! They take reservations and have complementary drinks!!! I went with my sister and mom as a spa day, the staff was so wonderful with all of our questions. Very relaxing and fun environment. Karol was very helpful for my indecisive behavior, I ended up getting a dip polish and they looked fantastic. Mom and Sister also had wonderful experiences and we will definitely come back

My SIL and I visited Island Nails during a girl’s weekend getaway. The nail salon was clean, super friendly staff, just an all around great experience! We will be back!

I have been here several times, the employees are all professional and engaging, the services will done. I find my visits relaxing and walk out with beautiful nails.

My husband and I went in for pedicures. The salon was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. They did a good job on the actual pedicures but we were a little disappointed with the massages. My husband’s leg and foot massage was very brief and weak compared to the service that we are used to from other salons. My massage was good, just too brief.

I am so pleased I have found this nail spa. It is tastefully decorated, the massage chairs are great, and the staff is professional and courteous. I am very picky about my nails and have gone to many nail salons on the island being a native islander. They do a fantastic job!

Best nail salon I have been to in years. Friendly staff and they took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect. I accidentally broke a nail two days after getting them done and they took me in quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this salon!

Friendly enough, but could be better. They do offer complimentary beverages.

Tim at Island Nails and Spa is the best! I used to go to him at another nail salon and I’m so happy he is at a salon closer to me now. He does quality work, doesn’t rush through and my nails always last. I highly recommend him.

Very positive experience today as a walk-in customer getting a pedicure. Staff was courteous, professional, and efficient, and salon was extremely clean. Rates were reasonable for a variety of options. Glad we chose Island Nail Spa over other salons in the area.

I just had a mani-pedi. My nails were filed bad. I was not happy overall. When I went to pay I was told $49.00. I questioned the amount I am use to paying at the most for a mani-pedi $40.00 and was told they raised their prices because of the pandemic. It just was not worth the price at all.

I had a broken nail and needed a fill also.....over a thousand miles from home and they did a wonderful job of getting me in. They have a great relaxing atmosphere and so sweet. Had a wonderful time and my nails look fantastic!!!!!! If they had more than 5 star raitings.....they would be atleast a Ten star in my book!!!
