I treated myself to a manicure with nail art on my vacation and could not be happier with my experience at nail talk! The salon was clean, quiet, and on time. My nail artist made my Pinterest design dreams come true! Absolutely love them, and they are still holding up beautifully a week later. I will be returning during my next trip to Hilton Head!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10 out of 10 in love with my nails. I booked here on my vacation after breaking one of my acrylics. I viewed the Instagram and booked with them through there. I have never had a better experience with a nail salon on whim. I booked with Quinn. She is an amazing artist and they are incredibly professional. The salon is beautiful and o got to enjoy my fill in in a relaxing environment with amazing people. I would recommend and I will be coming here every year on my vacation.

First of all I already know this Nail salon cause I live in yacht cove and I’ve been wanting to have a manicure in this salon and I did it today. Mina did a really good job and the price is really affordable. And they are welcoming and on time. So so happy it’s just 5 mins away from my house I can just walk or take my bike with me on my days off. Very nice!

Included are pictures of what I asked for and what I got,and also the state of my nails nearly a month later. I visited this salon while I was on vacation August 20, 2021 and still today I’ve been trying to take them off! I have no idea what glue or acrylic they used for sure but my real nails surely came right off! Not to mention that I didn’t get what I asked for and I was charged $95!!!!! I literally walked out of there crying, tried to take them off then, nothing.. I cut them cause they were just not good and they were hurting and even after they still wouldn’t come off!!!! Now I have messed up nails and have to figure out how im going to take the other ones off cause acetone isn’t even working...and my nails are now permanently damaged.

On vacation majority of my nails had broken off. After searching online for one near by I chose nail talk. They we’re definitely friendly. I chose to do a regular acrylic full set minus one nail. It wasn’t the worst experience I’ve ever had I just felt as though it was very rushed through. I don’t usually complain and I definitely try not to, but I did specifically ask for coffin when I walked in. I have my one nail that wasn’t replaced as coffin but all the new ones are boxed nails. Again they were super nice, just seemed a bit rushed while there. It took a little less then 40 minutes for a full set. I’m usually there for about 50-60 minutes for a fill alone.Maybe my experience would’ve been better if I wasn’t a walk-in. Definitely wasn’t anywhere close to what I’m used to when getting a manicure.

Oh my gracious. Remember when you could go just about anywhere and get some extra perks added to your service like hot stone massage and paraffin wax? In my home area of CLT, you can’t even pay extra for those if you want them, so coming here and getting the Heavenly pedicure was absolutely worth every penny. Mina really took her time, and honestly even the callous removal was done with care. It’s not a fancy space, but I felt really pampered, and the staff were all professionals. I can’t wait to come back next time. Even my eyebrow shaping came out beautifully, and it didn’t hurt at all. Highly recommend. You can book online, and they’ll still treat you like a regular local customer.

Eric and Quinn and their staff absolutely provided every service from manis to pedis for my wedding day for my whole wedding party. They even opened their doors earlier than normal to accommodate all of us.Highly recommend Nail Talk to anyone in HHI.

BEST nail salon experience ever! I went to get my nails done for my wedding along with 4 other family members. We were all walk-ins and they gladly accepted us even with them being busy! They helped us all find the perfect colors!

Ive been to a couple places on the island and this is my favorite so far. I had a great experience! Stacy did my pedicure and Mina did my acrylics. Both did great work! Ill definitely be back.

The staff were so warm and welcoming! Even though our appointment time was 30min before closing, we were not rushed and got the same treatment as if we were the first there. The manager did my feet himself and he was very aware (he saw I had an ingrown nail and safely removed it), polite (he saw I had cut my own toenails jaggedly and had politely asked if I wanted a certain shape or if I wanted him to even the nails out), and concise ( I switched from French tips to solid nail, gave a vague description, and he was able to nail the color completely!). Im so happy with my toes. I will definitely come back for more!

We are on vacation and I set out to find a salon when I came across Nail Talk Spa... it was a whole new pedicure experience like I’ve never had before. I was welcomed by such a friendly staff, it was very clean, and just overall a very relaxing atmosphere. This was not the worst experience, that goes to a place I walked out of in Fort Worth. The place was clean and everyone was polite.The price for what I received was way too high. I went for one of the more expensive pedicures, with the hot stone massage, and the tech just lightly rubbed the cooled stones up and down my legs a couple times. Half the time my tech was looking away from my feet while working on them with a file, one time making me indicate discomfort. One of the staff members redirected my tech several times, she had the wrong product...twice. Super average experience. Not a dirty place, not a horrible place, just not good. I am so puzzled by their Best of Hilton Head awards that they claim. I didnt see that specific award up on the wall, only on their personal description.

Worst Gel manicure I’ve ever had. It started chipping within 48 hours and continued for the next week. I lost entire nails. My pedicure was subpar. I had to ask for my calluses to be removed and for my big toes to be redone. I would not recommend.

I got a manicure and pedicure with gel polish and they look great! They got me a last minute appointment 45 minutes before they closed and they didnt rush at all and stayed after closing to finish my nails. It was very clean and they appeared to be following all COVID guidelines. The only bad thing I can say is that she didnt scrub my feet long enough.

If I could give a 10 Star rating for this salon, I would. My husband and I went to this salon today. We we staying in Hilton Head Island for our vacation. I needed my nails done as my gel was chipping and I could not wait until I returned home to get them done. My husband never had a pedicure and I wanted his first experience to be great. (He got the CBD pedicure and a regular pedicure.) The customer service was AWESOME from each staff person. The salon was clean, which is another BIG plus during these COVID times. I had Kathryn who did my Heavenly pedicure and Quinn who did my gel manicure. These ladies were top notch nail technicians. All the staff here take their time to ensure the client they are working with has their personal attention and they leave happy. They do not rush their services because someone is waiting. (Even though most make appointments, which I highly recommend). I did not get the name of the young lady that took care of my husband, but she made sure his first experience was TRULY memorable. He could not stop talking about how good his feet felt and how great his nails look. This is a FIRST CLASS salon. Oh did I mention they offer a selection of drinks (water, soda, or wine- Say What!!! I will come back when I vacation on the island again.

Honestly this was probably one of my worst nail experiences. We came in with a three person group, and while they did get us in in a timely manner, one girl finished two gel manicures in the time our third person got hers. The one lady was very unprofessional, stopping in the middle of putting gel nail polish on to get up and answer the phone, then kept forgetting to turn the light on. She kept giggling every time I reminded her I was sitting there doing nothing. One of our guests also got a very bad infection under her nail. Gel polish chipped off within 4 days. Lastly they were just simply rude. While picking colors I asked another worker that came to grab some polish if she could help me find the color I was looking for(which they told us to find ourselves) and she rolled her eyes and told me to ask someone else, turned her back and walked away. Overall pretty disappointed in the whole experience and will never be back.

Excellent service and amazing talent for nails! I have been here twice and each nail technician was detailed and precise. Courteous and friendly staff! I live in Chicago and this was the best dip manicure Ive ever had. They helped me pick the color I wanted and shaped my nails perfectly. Beyond thrilled with this salon and will absolutely be back when I am in town again!!!

Best Nails! I have been getting my nails done for 6 years all over the country and this is my favorite place. I Have tried everything you can do and they can do it all and it always turn out great! Just got my nails done for V-Day and they are my favorite ones Ive ever had done! They also have friendly service!

I went in for a dip fill and a simple smiley face and my nails were not even shaped. Had to go to another place and get them fixed.

I recently moved here and I am looking for a nail salon. I chose this salon because of the Reader’s Choice Award. Checked prices, services and made an appointment for pedicure and underarm wax. The pedicure was fine and the girl was very sweet. She then moved me to an “area” for the underarm wax. It literally was a room off the front of the salon that is under construction. She did a good job on the wax but the whole time I am thinking how dirty this is. And thank goodness I did not schedule a bikini wax. There are three big windows along with the person waiting for their appointment had a clear view into the area. When I went to pay they charged me and additional $10 for the wax - listed as $20 online. I picked a $35 pedicure and with a $20 wax should be $55. Well they charged $65. As I said, I am looking for a nail salon and this will not be the one I chose-not clean and overcharge on the first visit.

On vacation and needed a full set of acrylic nails. Came to this place due to the good reviews. They were right!! Stephen started earlier than my appointment time and did a fantastic job in record time! I am very particular and haven’t been this pleased in years! Wish he was in my hometown, my nail tech does a descent job but takes twice as long. Highly recommend! Steve is the best!

This nail salon is so nice!!!! I came down to Hilton Head for a friends wedding. I needed a good place to get a new set of acrylics and they were able to get me in at the last minute. They also accommodated me when I needed to push my appointment back two hours due to travel delays.I went in with a set of semi-broken acrylics, so I asked if I could get a new set entirely. She removed them and replaced them with new tips like a pro. I explained to her that I wanted them to look natural and asked for acrylics with a clear coat. She told me that she could do me one better and she mixed the white and pink acrylic together to create a BEAUTIFUL natural look. She filed the nails to be coffin shaped, and the final look is EVERYTHING that I wanted. I cant say enough good things!Nothing short of a classy and tasteful nail salon, and the employees are so friendly. I received top-notch nail service. Such a good experience. If I were a local, you best believe I would keep coming back.

I won’t go to another nail place ever again! This place is so clean, and the staff is always so sweet & professional! I get the dip powder manicure & it lasts me forever (I’m in healthcare so I have to wash my hands a whole lot)..I love it! I’ve had Eric 2 times now & hope to continue to use him as my technician! Love this place!

This salon was amazing! We called the night before and were able to schedule 8 pedicures for the next day. They were so accommodating! We did not have to wait for anything and the services were amazing. The free paraffin wax with the deluxe pedicure was so cool! Would recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing!!! We are on vacation and have never we been to Hilton Head before so I didnt know what nail salon to go to! So glad I found this one! Eric was amazing!!! Super friendly and gave me a list of go to places for my family while were here!! Not to mention my nails.. he did amazing! He was spot on with helping choose a color I love (so much so, I took a picture to ask my salon for it when I get back home) and he did an incredible job - I was in and out in no time and my nails are absolutely gorgeous!!!Thank Eric!

Disappointing experienceI went to Nail Talk and Spa on August 10th for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I was served by a lady, but I don’t remember her name (she was from Hong Kong). Both were poorly done: very imprecise and full of faults. The very bad thing was the fact that the OPI gel nail polish changed color after 1 day, turning from Rubin to yellow. I’ve been using this brand for many years, and never happened such a thing with any color.In addition, while preparing my nails for the removal of the old nail polish, the lady didn’t realize that she was dropping acetone on my Lilly Pulitzer flip flops, ruining them badlyI went back to the shop and the manager removed and applied again the same color. The job was nicely done, very precise. Unfortunately, the color changed again after 2 days.I didn’t go back to complain because I didn’t want to have the third gel removal in 3 days, and so irreparably ruin my nails.The sanitizing was not appropriate for the COVID guidelines and very superficial ( i.e. they sanitized the chairs but they didn’t sanitize the inside of the UV gel lamp).I’ve thrown 62$ +tip + flip flop in the garbage.

Steven and his wife did excellent jobs on our pedicures for our anniversary. We had to wait a bit due to appointments but they were so sweet and we enjoyed beverages and nice massage chairs as we waited. We will definitely be back the next time. Stevens massage skills are AMAZING!

My sister and I came here while we were in HH for the weekend. They did an excellent job. We each got a gel manicure and spa pedicure and they have held up great so far!

The nail quality is always great. The dip lasts and no chipping at all. This is one of the only places that I find my nails consistently stay unchipped and looking good for 2 to 3+ weeks. Im not sure if its technique or quality of products used or both but I will go back again and again.

I am a horrible nail biter and managed to stop for a little over a week. I went in and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. I got a dip manicure with tips to extend the little nail I had. I love this place! One of my friends used to work here and that’s why i started going. They always do an incredible job and my nails look fresh and very pretty. The quality is great and they take their time to ensure expert service! It’s never too expensive, and the atmosphere is great too. definitely worth the time!

I went here for the first time today & absolutely loved it! I walked in and they were pretty busy and I was in a chair in minutes! The lady did a great job on my nails they look amazing and she took her time but had me out in a reasonable time! I was very impressed with how professional & friendly everybody was! I 100% recommend checking this place out! Definitely my new go to! I’m never impressed with my nails when I leave a nail salon but today I am in love!

My nails came out very bumpy and uneven. Not worth the money.

I had a good pedicure. The milk and honey was great. The extra massage was nice. What I didn’t like was that my daughter came with me and they were just going to paint her toenails. I asked her give her a full pedicure. She filled the tub with water and rinsed her feet. She then rubbed lotion on her feet and painted her toenails. Nothing was trimmed or cuticles pushed back. They charged a full $25 for that. I feel like we were overcharged for what she received.

Truly the BEST manicure and pedicure experience Ive ever had!! Cleaner than any salon Ive been to, the attention to detail is amazing, and the staff is so sweet! I just found my new spot!! You wont be disappointed here!

My experience was awesome. Made an appointment, was able to find a gorgeous color on their wall, then opted for the super fancy gold pedicure that comes with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. They offered me a free drink so I chose a Red wine, which was fantastic. The guy who did my foot/leg massage was just amazing - he asked to make sure I was comfortable and made adjustments based on my feedback. It was super relaxing, and I came out looking and feeling FANCY. This is officially my favorite nail salon.

We are on Vacation in Hilton Head and were in desperate need of a mani pedi. Because of Covid & compromised immune issues we couldn’t go into the salon so Eric & his team came to our home after hours to help us out. Very professional! For a last minute booking for 2 Adults & a child they did amazing! Very friendly & flexible. Went to this nail salon to get a pedicure after reading some great google reviews. After asking for a basic pedicure, the lady did not file my toe nails, cut my cuticles, scrub calluses, etc. She then proceeded to paint my toenails not getting polish on all of the nails and topped the polish off with a base coat layer. The owner ended up touching up my polish and taking only $5 off services, but I was very displeased with my experience and will definitely not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

This is by far the BEST place I have ever received any service from,very neat and clean and amazing staff.

I called before going to this salon for two reasons-first, to check pricing and second, to check on availability of appts. The price I was quoted for the services received were not the same. I was so shocked at check-out that I didn’t say anything. After thinking about it for 24 hours I decided to call and mention it to the owner. Sadly, it wasn’t resolved so I won’t be going back. So many other great salons on the island who are reputable. Thank goodness!

Exceeded my expectations! Place is very clean and the customer service is outstanding. Very welcoming and attentive. The managers attention to detail is superb. Ladies if you’re looking for dipping powder. He knows his stuff! But you can’t go wrong with either technician. They know how to deliver.
