I discovered this place within the last year and my mom and I are hooked. The ladies are so sweet, diligent, and professional. Weve had great experiences, everyone is so sweet. Prices are reasonable, definitely coming back again.

Got my nails done less than a week ago and one already fell off. You can tell they are all holding on for dear life and are all going to fall off soon. They did the design perfectly, but I paid over $100 for my nails and toes but the quality is horrible.

I never get my nails done, like never. I came here with a girlfriend of mine for a nice treat yo self day. Im so glad she chose this spot. They did a fantastic job on my nails. Theyre nice, friendly, offer the best customer service ever. I wish I took a picture of my nails before. Just know, as someone who hates getting their nails done, I would definitely still come back here.

I am super duper picky about my nail salons. I had yet to find a good one in town. Im not exaggerating when I say this place is the best! I got in immediately on a Saturday. The customer service is unmatched. Manicures come with a shoulder massage and moisturizing treatments. And to top it all off, a gel manicure was only $40. This place rocked my socks off, good job yall!!

Everyone there was very attentive. I got a free drink while I was getting a pedicure! She did a great job considering I have really tiny toes and tinier toe nails! It wasnt the awkward silence that you sometimes get with services like this. She was very personable and I felt very comfortable with her from the get-go!

I made an appointment via phone for a dipping powder. They were very nice and professional on the phone which I appreciated. Upon showing up, I could tell that all the tables were filled but they still greeted me friendly and gave me a bottle water. There were just some dipping colors but I was able to find one that I ideally wanted. The technician did an incredible job! She worked quickly but with precision. She would occasionally pause and asked me if everything was okay, which is nice because not a lot of manicurist do that.I was happy and pleasantly pleased with the results of my dipping powder and would gladly come back again.

Pathetic place dont visit. They overcharge. Theyre very rude and argue with you 😜☺️. Wont return

Cute little nail salon in town. Very sweet team of nail technicians, great customer service, and overall a very positive environment. Most importantly the technicians dont talk to each other three chairs away like a lot of salons do. Their colors are all the latest and greatest so you can always find something cute or chic. The work is clean and lasts at least 3 weeks.

This place has been my go to salon for the past 3.5 years- clean and friendly staff. The manager is very talented and consistent. I can be very particular about my nails and he actually takes the time to listen. I have never had an issue.

Honestly, its pretty difficult for a nail salon to get 5 stars because of their service or the many employees that they have. But this place is honestly my top #1 nail salon(also because I live so close by so the convenience is definitely a plus!) I also have never waited past my appointment time and that is probably the reason why I havent stopped coming here as well. Love that.

The lady refused to do nail designs, said she didnt have time for that. Then tried to charge me 30.00 for gelpilidh on top of the fill. Bad customer service and highway robbery.

Went in for a polish change on my toes on 6/8. I asked the lady if I could get a simple flower on my big toe, the lady providing my services snapped at me with attitude saying she doesn’t have time for that. I got white polish on my toes, the layers of nail polish were not applied evenly on each of my toes so some of are darker than others. I truly felt that I was not treated equally than those who were receiving a full pedicure even though I was a paying customer. Will not use this company again and will not recommend to my friends. Was not worth $15.

Great pedi services with so many options! Everywhere Ive ever gone for a pedi typically will briefly massage your shins and feet, maybe give you an average stone massage but this place really worked some magic! They even give you the option to extend the massage which was amazing especially after a long stressful week.

I had been looking to find a place that was a bit closer to home. I was very nervous trying to find a new location since I had been going to another place before Covid. A friend of mine recommended this place and I looked at a couple pictures and liked it. I called Friday morning hoping Id be able to go in that same day. Thankfully they were able to make time for me. Both ladies helping my mom and me were super nice and welcoming. My nails came out even better than I had pictured in my mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for Dipping Nails or even regular gel manicure. They really pay attention to detail and make sure you like the turnout. I will definitely be going back for a fresh set.

Ive never been to nail salon so this was my first time because my friend invited me. I didnt know what to except but I asked for marble acrylic nails and they gave me exactly what I asked for! Cant wait to come back and get my nails done again! :-)

Disappointed I wasted money on this. If you want someone to paint your nails and put your feet in water go for it. They aren’t going to actually exfoliate your heels or take care of your cuticles. It felt very much like they just went through the motions and rushed. Fasted pedicure I’ve ever had.Great at painting nails, but the rest was sad! Maybe it was a bad day for them. Who knows. Save your money 💰

Me and my family went there to get 3 pedicures and 3 manicures. We called the day before and made an appointment and everything was fine, until we actually got there. The lady that tried to help us said they didn’t have a nail chart?? I didn’t understand that because every single nail place I have gone to there is a nail chart. I know it helps to visualize the color you are getting, rather than picking it blindly! I been getting my nails and feet done for loooong time so I know about these things! Anyways to top it off the lady said that it was gonna be $80 just to do my fingers with gel!!! What?? And to do my feet it was gonna be $65 bucks! That’s $145 just to take care of myself! That did NOT include taking care of my mother or my mothers best friend!! That’s pitiful and really pathetic! They knew we were tourists and in my opinion took advantage of our situation, AND was using us to break our pocketbooks because there were 3 of us! I have never felt so cheated and manipulated! We ended up goin to a place called Tiffany’s Spa and they were amazing!! AND they only charged $48 to do feet and $53 to do hands and guess what…they had a nail chart! Soo if ur on vacation or actually live here, don’t use these people, they don’t know what they’re doing and they are just gonna rip you off and try to take your money!!! DONT DO IT!!! STAY AWAY!!! Just my 10 cents, enter and ur own risk! Go to Tiffany’s Spa!! They are amazing people and actually know how to price getting a mani and pedi 😊

The manager did my white gel manicure & it is honestly one of the best white gel manicures Ive gotten. The white is so opaque w/ color. She did a great job taking her time & making sure I was happy with the shape & how the color looked.

I was disappointed at the lack of personal interaction from the employees there. The only words spoken to me were, roll up pant legs. I did not receive a leg or foot massage and no lotion was offered for my dry legs and feet.

Very unsanitary. They reused all nail tools from other visits and didn’t clean them after after use on us. Guy was watching TV while painting nails. We called ahead as a appointment of pedicures for three and there were only two workers. All nail polish was cracked and old.

Went today with my sister for a manicure and pedicure for our 1pm appointments. We were prepared to wait a little with just reopening. Got to our chairs 30 minutes late. Began my pedicure (less than 5 hours later and I have chipped paint). For my sister, they left her sitting there. When I asked, they said they only had one tech that did acrylics, and she was doing a pedicure. When done, the lady moved to begin another pedicure on a gentleman that had just arrived a few minutes prior. At this point, we had been there for and hour and fifteen minutes. When I asked again and said something, the lady argued with me and said this man was waiting too and had 2pm appointment, everyone was having to wait, and she was sorry. Other techs were available to do the pedicure. After arguing for 5 minutes (stopping the enjoyment of my own pedicure), she said she would do a favor and allow my sister to come back later for an appointment and do them for free. She tried to say when we went to make the appointment she had no more today, come tomorrow. At my insistence she said she could do 8pm. She called at 6:30 to say customers came in late and she needed to cancel the 8pm. With that kind of customer service and bad job on the services provided, I would look elsewhere!

What I like about this place is its cleanliness. There is still that acetone smell but not overpowering. However, the best part about this place that people fail to notice is that most of the tools they use are disposables like the buffer and nail files. Also, they autoclave the nail clippers, nipper and other tools which is great so its one-time use for every customer. Will def be back if Im in the area.

We just had the absolute worse treatment! Im in disbelief how we were just treated. I made an appointment for color change for my 3 daughters and I. When I walked in, on time for our appointment, there was only one person, who gave us attitude and stated they dont do that many services at this time. Then, why were my appointments approved?? This was totally unprofessional. One daughter ended up getting her hands done. The service was terrible, her nails look like some child did it. What a waist of my time and money. Wish 0 stars was an option

I decided I needed a pedicure one evening at 6 when most places are closed or closing at 7. This was the only place willing to take me and Im so glad Ive discovered this place! The staff was really nice and friendly, they offered me some soda and did a great job will my pedicure. Ill be coming back here for sure!

For my pedicure I got the deluxe treatment but they have plenty different types to chose from.The technician on my feet did a great job. She was gentle and handled my feet with care. The technician who was doing my nails also did a good job. Im definitely be a regular here.

Ive got deluxe pedicure, and they did a great job. It was a bit crowded and was just opened on Saturday morning, probably its better to call in advance. The complementary drink was so good. This place is amazing, highly recommend.

I also look for nail places that are sanitary and this place was great! They use sterilized tools that come out of a bag. I noticed they also have the bowls for the pedicures lined with a plastic bag for easy cleanup.

This is the only place I ever go and Ive always had a great experience! The lady who works the front desk is very friendly, and helpful. As far as the technicians go, Ive floated around with just about everyone that works there as I rarely ever make appointments and Ive always left totally satisfied with their work.

Ive found my nail place after being here for over a year! Had my pedicure done and they gave an amazing massage and didnt wake me to prompt me to move my feet like a lot of places do. Being a nurse... I think I recognize a good foot rub anywhere and she is my lady!

I searched Google and came across this place which was 10 minutes from our timeshare. The staff there were friendly and highly skilled. I love how clean the place is. I would highly recommend trying a pedicure there with the foot mask.

I only gave one star because there is no way to leave 0! Two of us had appointments for one o’clock. My friend waited 30 minutes for her pedicure (which chipped before she left the salon!) After I waited an hour and 15 minutes for the one person who can do acrylics, she took someone who had a 2 o’clock appointment before me and said she wouldn’t do my nails at all that day. After much discussion she offered to do the manicure for free at 8 o’clock that night. Then she called at 7:45 and canceled!! This was the most frustrating and unprofessional salon I’ve ever encountered!

Just had my pedicure done for the first time at this salon, and they were so amazing. Lady did my toes, and she was such a great nail tech. She really took her time, made sure everything was even, and was super sweet as well. Thats always a plus. I will definitely be back.

Really take the time to make you feel special and the way you like it. Offered me drinks and made my pedicure experience so much better. Due to the small amount of staff...you must call ahead of time. But no matter how busy or booked they are...they always make you feel special and take time to do their best work. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done here, but i felt very unwelcome. I wish from the start the lady told me she didn’t have time for me. I asked her to do a design and she said no, which was fine. Then she proceeded to take off my nails which i had on prior (stickers) and tell me to come back later because she didn’t have time. I wish she would have looked at my nails before she started soaking them off. It was a major inconvenience to me, and i’m overall very unpleased. I’m sure this salon would have been great but the situation should have been better accessed because it was a COMPLETE waste of time..

We came to have our nails done on Nov 24. We received the worst service I have ever experienced. My niece, mom, grandmother and myself all came to get our nails done. My niece wanted S and S. The outcome was terrible and after politely asking her to correct it she lost her temper. She cussed and yelled at all of us. Not once did we say anything demeaning or raise our voice. My family owns a hair salon and I know would never want anyone to leave the salon disappointed in a service we just paid $50 for. I have never received service or been treated this way before. After leaving the salon and walking towards our car we were approached by several other business owners (in that plaza) who let us know we were not the first to have this experience here. We are nice people who are not hard to please. My mother got a manicure/pedicure and was very pleased with hers. Hopefully this was a one-time situation and others will not have this same experience. It was terrible!

Love the service and experience here and I love that you can put tips on credit cards here. Its always annoying to me to have to have cash to tip because Im the girl who doesnt carry cash. This visit I happened to, and it was convenient due to the fact that I needed to tip two nail techs. But I will go to a salon based on that fact alone.

This is my old faithful. I found this place when I started a new job almost 2 years ago and needed a new nail tech. I have my preferred techs but literally EVERYBODY is good. They take their time on pedicures, can do any type of nails, are very friendly, and the shop is clean and sanitary. They use new utensils out of the wrap for each client and line their pedicure basins before and after each client.

I came to Hilton Head Island for Christmas and found this salon because I didnt have time to do my nails at home. The salon was in the Bi-Lo shopping center across from Coligny Plaza. I made an appointment and tried the dipping powder. The lady who did the dipping powder did a very lovely job. I love it! The salon was very clean and nice. The music was very calm. I will definitely come back next year and recommend this salon to everyone!
