I wish I could give a negative review. Dr. Rothwell just performed a cleaning and exam on a patient and made no comment or record of any issues. Eight days later, the patient had extreme pain and swelling from a tooth on the left side of his jaw. The swelling was almost impairing his vision. Patient was immediately sent to a specialist after a second emergency visit to Dr. Rothwell where he found out (from the specialist) that he needed a root canal in one tooth and to have another tooth extracted. How was none of this detected in her examination only eight days earlier? I would seriously suggest you look elsewhere for a dentist.

I could tell from the moment I walked in the door that they were very focused on my health and the quality of my visit. They took extra precautions to keep the office clean and they wore protective masks and other gear - constantly changing gloves and tools throughout my cleaning. There was a brand new, still sealed in plastic, ink pen for me to sign in with that they disposed of when I was done. Dr. Rothwell is not just your average Dentist. She is extremely thorough and personable. She takes great pride in her work of general and cosmetic dentistry. Her staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way. Im sad I could only give her 5 stars. 10 would be more fitting!

State of the art equipment, great staff, superb PPE, very professional and welcoming.Both doctors provide excellent and very high quality dentistry. You’ll be very happy with your choice!

Dr. Rothwell is very professional and explains everything clearly. She is also extremely caring and respectful. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff is so thoughtful. They were so gracious to make sure I was covered with a blanket so I would not be cold. They take Dentistry to a whole new level. Dr. Rothwell is the most compassionate doctor I have met. I am so thankful I was in good hands.

This was my first visit to Dr. Rothwell’s office, and I was very impressed. The office was lovely, the premises were very clean, and the entire staff was so helpful. Extra measures were being taken to keep things safe and sanitary during the Covid-19 pandemic...masks, sanitary wipes, hand-washing. Dr. Rothwell, herself, was very personable and actually took time to get to know me. I highly recommend her and her services.

Dr. Rothwell is amazing! She is so gentle and kind and a GREAT dentist! I have gone to her to get three fillings redone from a previous dentist who did a very bad job and she has fixed every single one and done an amazing job and the experience was much less traumatic and painful because she really makes sure you are numb and comfortable. They have a chair massager they give you a blanket they offer a nitrous oxide it’s just a much more comfortable experience with better results than any other dentist! Five out of five stars!

Absolute scam. Had to go back 4x in a week. They told me I needed a crown WHEN I ALREADY HAD ONE. Recommended an illegal upgrade. My filling fell out a week after I got it. Constant pain in my teeth. Unpolished fillings. Dont answer my calls. Unprofessional staff. The list goes on...... on. So many lies from Bonnie Rothwell. My insurance and myself are working on removing their contract. Theyre negligent!

Dr. Rothwell has been my dentist for about 2 years. She and her small staff are simply amazing. The office is clean and comfortable and they make every effort to make you, the patient feel like you are their top priority, and you are. It is a small practice and this seems intentional, as the attention to detail is evident in every facet of the office.Dr. Rothwell is one of the only restorative dentists in the area that I know of and I found her by searching the web for a restorative dentist. I travel from Savannah, GA to Hilton Head for her work, and it is worth my time and effort and money. Dr. Rothwell always seems to be up on the latest techniques and is constantly trying to improve her work by furthering her education at conferences She is as much a sculptor and artist as she is dentist and deserves high praise for her work. I highly recommend her without any reservation!
