Used this store less than an hour ago.I had to get a wedding present to my niece (a $400 set of cookware that was on her Wish List).Didnt have a box big enough, so I knew that Id be paying for packaging. That, plus the weight and distance, told me that Id probably be dropping $100.Well, it was less than $100, and the young woman who assisted me was very courteous and professional.I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I am so impressed with this store! They packed my grandma’s 8-place-setting dish set to be mailed cross country and it all arrived safe and beautifully wrapped. Everyone was very kind and prompt as they wrapped the 2 laundry baskets full of dishes and had it out the next day. Thank you for keeping my Granada’s dishes safe!

Doing business in the year 2021 AD, scanning QR codes... One would expect Wi-Fi in the store, at least to download a QR code if you are arent getting reception. We recommend that you take a screen shot of your QR code with the description of the item (if applicable) to prevent these issues from happening.That figures to put the onus on the customer to resolve the problem, rather than easily fix the problem by creating a guest Wi-Fi. Bro, I came to return an amazon item and they said I needed a different box. 20 dollar box was needed... what a big rip off. Ran rite aid and got it for 6 dollars. xD they said it was due to their box being better but idk they seemed pretty much the same especially the one I brought in the first time it was way more durable than the one they tried selling me for 20 dollars. This place is trash. Stay away would be my only advice.

Had 2 boxs to send out, prepaid shipping. They said I needed a different box & tried to charge $26 for 2 small boxes and 10$ for tape. I told them that price gouging is illegal and went next door to the rite aid and got the same stuff for less then 10$. What the heck happened to this location?? It use to be nice. 3 people standing around doing nothing WHY!! They charge more to employ people doing nothing.Not going here anymore.***responding to your explanation****The 10$ tape was hanging on the wall not being used by them to pack anything. It is $3.49 Next-door at the rite-aid. No excuse here.

After a couple bad experiences, I am finished with this place. They had a sign posted about only 6 customers at a time (Covid) that the two employess completely ignored. The line kept growing with no acknowledgement from the employees. I only needed to drop off a package that was labeled and ready to ship. The clerk said my label was inadequate and refused to print me another because I wasnt paying. He was slow, rude and determined to be unhelpful. Sadly I have to give them one star because you cannot post a review with zero stars.

I just need to return an item. I figured it would need a different box. I was right. I figured a box would cost 4 maybe 5 dollars at most. When I ring out the cashier says that will 15 almost 16 dollars. I was shocked. I quickly said for one box, the shipping is covered. She said yes just the box. Still floored I responded that it may help if you tell people the products cost and what it includes. The gentleman pipes up and say the price included all packing materials. Now I laugh my box was placed in a box which was then topped when the RETURN AUTHORIZATIOn that I provided to which she did add a lot of air and a little tape. I look at the gentleman and what packing? He just ignored me and they both went back to work. I paid and left without another word. Seriously 16 dollars for a small box

Every single time I come here not only do I have to wait 20 minutes or longer but then the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. Especially the middle-aged dark haired man that wants to take his unhappiness out on everyone else!!!!

Under new management, the manager Praveen is terrible. He often will quote one price then say oh it’s much higher because he typed in the full address and suddenly 20 dollars higher!!!! Today he tried to charge 22 cents to print a label instead of scanning the prepaid label.This guys nickel and dimes everyone and is a scam artist instead of the previous management that was extremely helpful.I advise no one to go here despite the convenience. FedEx is right down the street and they are highly friendly there and professional.Never again.While the email link provided below is provided it links back to store and not corporate UPS. I’ve noted that and sent a scathing response back to the corporate office about the terrible performance associated with this store. If someone from Corporate wishes to pursue conversation you have my public info to further converse.

Every time I walk in here to ship something there is a long line that moves incredibly slow. If business is that good they should hire more people. The franchise changed hands last year and Ive noticed a decline in customer service since the new owners took over. Ill try to avoid going to this store in the future.

We use the UPS Store often and have had excellent service each time. The staff is welcoming and easy to deal with. Their computer system saves our addressee information so we no longer need to make out our own address labels for packages we send. We also can monitor package delivery progress on line by using the number they give us at checkout.

Id like to thank Teresa Bonn for her wonderful support. I had to get a complex process completed, needed a notary public, and also figure out mailing for official documents. Teresa came quickly to my rescue, and the task was completed in a short amount of time. Thanks so much Teresa! You are a valuable asset to The UPS Store! I hope they know that! This place has horrible customer service. I sent my UPS package to this location instead of missing the home delivery that required a signature (wine). They called to say the package was ready for pickup and said nothing else. When I went in to pick it up, I found out they wanted two pieces of ID and wanted to charge me an additional $5 (I had already paid the shipping charges). They said nothing about this when they called.I sent the package to a UPS Store to avoid multiple delivery attempts, which saves UPS time and money. But then they charge $5 to pick it up! Why?The store manager was very rude. They only take certain types of ID. She explained that their two ID requirement is on their web site. Why would I need to look at their web site if I wasn’t told to bring in two IDs? When I pointed out how ridiculous this is, she quipped, “It’s not my policy.” Then she made photo copies of my IDs (why?) and printed out a contract/agreement that I had to sign. This is all just to pick up my package???Meanwhile, her two trainees had many questions about their customers and the line grew very large, reaching the door. But she told them that she needed to go to the back room to get things done. What about the huge line of customers?It’s clear that the UPS Stores should not be used to pick up packages. Use FedEx. One ID. No fee. No contracts. Just in and out quickly.

I was next in line for over twenty minutes trying to drop off a package and label that was ready to go.The person at the counter was asking for a miracle (to overnight something after that pickup had already occurred), and the employee was incapable of delivering a hard no. The line got nine deep before people started walking out. I finally gave up and took my business elsewhere once I heard that they were waiting on a reply from a manager and subsequently started rehashing the details instead of helping the line of customers now extending all the way to the door.

I have shipped personal and commercial items with these people and they are just the best! One time my (very heavy) package came apart in the store. The clerk got me a new box, cut it to size, and repacked the shipment for me. They are fast, competent and nice. Highest marks.

I usually do not have to wait very long to be helped. They keep records of all of my shipments and it gives me piece of mind to use their services. I once had the US Postal Service lose a package of mine and they did nothing to rectify the situation and when I tried to use the insurance on it I got no where and it all had to be a complete loss.

Great caring customer service! Theresa was super helpful and very kind. She had multiple customers coming in while helping me with fingerprinting and was able to efficiently multitask to take care of all our needs in a very quick and smooth manner. I was very impressed. Thanks again!

I’d rather go to the DMV. Every time I go there is confusion, rude service and inefficiency. I was in on 12/9/19 and besides waiting a lifetime I was disrespected by Michael, your clerk. Please teach him customer service skills and how to have good hygiene and a professional appearance when working with the public. He took his frustration with the previous customer out on me and his uniform shirt was filthy while he did it.

This store needs employees that know their system and they need to care about the customers. I waited in line for a very long time. The people in front of me seemed upset when I walked in. Must have been longer for them. I had an issue with my mobile barcode and he had no solutions for me. He was put out and inconvenienced that I was there. Today I went to another UPS store. That store quickly had a creative solution. The other store was a joy and a breeze.

I have been to this UPS location multiple times these past two weeks, with time sensitive legal documents. I always come in stressed and leave relaxed because of the service I am provided. I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Teresa AND Kate. THEY ARE BOTH INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND RESOURCEFUL!! I am sad to say, but I am shocked by exceptional service. They carefully review what I need notarized and faxed/or copied, check for errors and help me fix them. I am so used to people just telling me to come back when I have fixed my mistakes. NOPE, not them. Also, I usually come in right before closing time. They never stress about the time nor do they check their watches. They work with me till my papers are 100% perfect. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. I highly recommend these two girls to anyone needing UPS type service.

I was at the store 10 minutes ago and they tried to charge me $1 dollar Plus $0.10 to print their own shipping label. This is exactly why I use FedEx. They dont charge to use their own computers like UPS and then charge you to print something such as a label which is their own shipping label absolutely stunning. I wouldnt be here except I have to return something from Amazon and Amazon uses UPS Im absolutely baffled

Terrible customer service! Called to see if they still finger printed at that location .The woman cuts me off and told me to go through another website to make an appointment. I spent forever trying to make an appointment for that location, just to find out that they dont finger print there any more! It would have been amazing if she would have mentioned, oh yeah we dont do that anymore! Went into the location to see if they had the scanner up there myself only to be greeted by a smart a** kid at the counter and the woman who told me to make my app through the website. When I try find the logic behind giving me the info to set up an appointment at this location for a service they no longer provide all I got was a blanke stare and and a kid with a smirk. Like I had to ask why not just say sorry for the confusion or Im really sorry about that. No instead she just wants to say I referred you to the site. Thats great and all but wasnt asking for the site I was inquiring about a service youapparently dont provide at this location any more . The way they acted towards me was completely unprofessional. I asked for a corporate number the kid gave me a card that did not have it on there. When I asked for his name he went on to lecture me that he didnt need to give me one then he went as if to point to a name tag and said oh yeah I dont have one .I just left at that point, they had no intention of making things right with a simple apology. I will never use this place again as I have. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and lack of interest in mistakes they make. Serious intervention in customer service needed!!!!!

Needs knowledgeable staff. Went to mail a care package and the man working there did not seem to know how to put things in a box took twenty minutes and also seemed confused with how to open the security gate and how to find and use a stapler.

I paid for next day delivery last Thursday and here it finally is Monday morning and I had to drive 300 miles so that I can get this time sensitive materials to my crew. Which is the reason I paid extra not to have to do this myself. As expected I am not a satisfied customer. I know that it’s not this independent location’s fault for the late package but to add insult to injury they charged me $5 as a drop off fee. Not interested in at least hearing about the situation, they stood on the grounds of “not our problem” and tried in no shape or form to provide some pathetic resemblance of customer service. Opportunity missed by the staff to change my mind about my experience. But I guess they can afford to do that their customers.

I went in on 4/2/2020 mailed a package via the USPS. 10 days later I had to contact the post office because the package wasnt actually shipped. The UPS store didnt do their part. I went back to this UPS store the employee I spoke to wasnt helpful at all!! She just told me to come back on Thursday when a supervisor was there. I have contacted their corporate office via email.

Not happy with this store, I did my Amazon returns here. I went to Khols store to do my Amazon returns and I get a notice on my Amazon app that my return has been in the process. Never got a notice from the ups store on my Amazon app that my return was in process. Now ups is charging to do a Amazon return.

I have had good customer service at this store, however, I have had problems sending 2 packages and afterward they were not received by the person who was supposed to receive them.The first time the package was found in the store and the UPS deliver person just did not pick up everything that was in the bucket.The second time it was a cell phone that was not ordered and it was being returned to TMobile. Unfortunately T Mobile did not receive it. Through the UPS system we were able to locate the tracking number from the product I first received and I was able to give that to T Mobile. BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR TRACKING RECEIPT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE TOSSING IT. I didnt have it and wish I had kept it. Luckily we know the number and the number on the phone so if it is ever used, T MOBILE will know it and be able to track who is using it.I also received nicely printed cards from this store so if you are careful this is a good store to use. USE CAUTION!

I so appreciate the staff at the Hillsboro UPS store. EVERY time I visit, they are friendly and efficient. I was in a few days ago to have some materials bound into books and the ladies could not have been more helpful. They gave me useful suggestions, finished my order in a timely manner (quite a feat considering the holiday rush) and the cost was much less than I expected. I would definitely recommend this store for any printing or shipping needs. Thank you ladies!

Everyone was nice even though they were crazy busy. They made a mistake with my address due to the zip code belonging to 2 different cities. I was shipping home baked cookies which ended up sitting in the store for 2 days. I took the package back and received a refund. Later the store owner offered to over night a fresh batch of cookies for me to make up for the mistake---saving Christmas.

I LOVE the Hillsboro UPS Store!!! Every time I walk through the doors I am greeted with a warm friendly smile. This store is my location for my home office needs. It can be hard running a business from your home and its nice to know I can always count on the friendly and knowledgeable staff to help me with my business needs! Even during the holiday season when they are super busy shipping everyones Christmas gifts, they always help get the job done. Tried to get the zip code and verify adddress for a shipment for one of their customers by calling the UPS store. Instead of getting that information for a business paying them for a mailbox to receive mail, I was rebuffed and they could not verify anything. All I wanted to know is if XYZ company was there and the zip code so we could send a Fedex package out to your paying customer. We were provided the address and Fedex said the zip code was wrong. I then asked for a manager, becuase surely it was not as if I was asking for HIPPA information or the like right? EASY PEESY or so I thought. the manager then says they have a contract with their customers that they cannot give information out without a subpeona. Ive been in business for over two decades and shipped roughly 300,000 packages and NEVER heard a response like this.YOURE A MAILBOX SERVICE-NOT THE NSA! I was not asking you for a name, their phone #, I wanted to know the zip code of the box holder which I provided the box # so we could send the Fedex package. Congrats, your customer does not get his package because of your response and I will certainly convey that to him when he wonders why he never received it. I started my business utilizing a Pony Mailbox in the 1990s and they were wonderful to deal with-your business operates as if you do not care to service your customer that needs his Fedex delivery! /rant

I absolutely love going to this store. I have a small business which requires me to ship packages of various sizes and to various locations on the regular, and the staff at this location has saved my rear on more than a few occasions.The holidays are a very busy season for me, and the employees at the Tualatin Valley/Hillsboro UPS have made what could have been a nightmare into a very easy and painless experience. The prices are good, and Ive always had my products make it to my customers with no problems. When I think about it, 75% of my office supplies come from here, too!I can confidently recommend for anyone to take their business to this store. As a business owner who has gone through a number of shipping stores in their day, Katie and the rest of the Tualatin Valley/Hillsboro UPS Stores fine employees are by far my favorite to work with.

I dropped off a package here at April 4th and needed my package to get to Syracuse, NY by April 8th. I had filled out the required form correctly. Two days later on April 6th I found the same package in my mail box! The employee named Jennifer had inputted my address as the shipping address. Returning to the store, Kate, another employee did her best to resolve the situation. She had my package shipped USPS 1 Day Priority but my package arrived in New York on April 10th.It was nice of them to try fix the problem without any additional cost to me. However my package was time-sensitive and likely would have arrived on time if Jennifer didnt have my package sent directly back to me.

Then both employees do not have a customer, the 2nd employee asks same question, I say yes and they rake person behind me. I walked out as nothing I would say would have been productive.
