In our 11 years of selling on Amazon, this is the best service we have used for Amazon prep. The inventory turnaround times have been better than most other services we have utilized. However, the biggest plus is the ability to customize the service to match our needs (they are well equipped to do custom bundles and kits). This customization has really helped our bottom line in an increasingly competitive environment. Hannah, our account manager, has been exemplary with timely responses to both routine prep requests and the occasional glitch.

I have worked with McKenzie Services for several years now for product inspection, warehousing, and shipping and have always been satisfied with their performance. They are quick to reply to emails and phone calls. They are very polite and knowledgeable. And they always respond to my requests. Perhaps they are not the cheapest warehouse and shipping service, but you get great service with them.

Awesome place! Jim really knows that hes doing. Best Amazon prep center Ive seen. They have a software that tracks everything and can show you exactly how much inventory you have or need to send. The process is easily streamlined.
