I bought a house full of tile and they came and color sealed the dark and dirty grout so that now it’s bright and beautiful. Our technician Scott N. was detailed, professional and so helpful. Now I recommend this to everyone.

I am extremely happy I called Stanley steamer.We needed to have our bedroom carpet s cleaned in our new home and they did a phenomenal job. They look better than when they were put in just 5 months ago. I scheduled on Wednesday and they were here Friday morning. John was fast & efficient. Also very friendly and professional. At the last minute I asked John if he could do an area rug as well and he did. Thank you John & Stanley steamer, we are ready for our house warming party.

I am very impressed with the Stanley Steemer operation. It was easy to book an appointment. Go online, select services, approve pricing, select desired date/time and youre done. Email remainders and text updates including a map of Scott and Devon approaching. Two professional men, polite and capable. They did the assigned work. No issues. Everything looked great when they were done. Honestly dont know what more I could have asked. Im already planning my next service.

My only complaint is the price. It was 100.00 more than what I was quoted. Online offers a two room special and I am not sure I received that. The gentleman that came was extremely professional, fast and friendly. He just left but as far as I can tell everything looks and smells great

My bunny has been throwing a fit lately with the new baby and peeing everywhere. Justin from Stanley Steamer was very knowledgeable and really helped me out! He got the stains up, from both the bunny and the baby, and taught me a lot about how I can spot treat them between cleanings. Justin was so nice and professional and was extremely helpful. Window of 8am to 1pm - arrived at 8am on the dot. I switched up what I wanted done and he was able to accommodate that no problem. We have multiple dogs and a stinky carpet and when he left it looked (and smelled!) as good as the day we moved in.

They arrived on time. They were tidy, quick, and my carpets look great. I was charged the exact amount I was quoted - no hidden fees!

The gentleman were very professional, they were knowledgeable, they let me know what the game plan was, the cost, and other discounts I could take advantage of. It was quick and easy. The technician offered some additional protection for my sectional at a reasonable price. Theres still a slight smell on one of my area rugs if you put your nose right up to it, but its a definite improvement. Would use again.

Matt was out technician. He had trouble with his equipment so he had to wait for someone to bring another van. He was patient and polite firing the wait. When he started, I felt like he took extra time to get 2 very dirty areas clean. He had told me that he couldnt promise that they would come out because one was a high traffic area and the other was under the fan of a computer. I was shocked to see the computer area perfect and the high traffic area was clean but I could tell it was the fibers that were worn out. Great job.

We desperately needed to have pervasive cat urine stains and odors removed from tile and grout left by the previous owner of this house. Bradon H. was our technician and he explained that the natural stone and grout had been sealed with something, locking in the stains - and while he wouldnt be able to remove the stains, he *would* be able to eliminate the odor. He did a fantastic job removing the odor and the areas smelled clean and fresh. I was skeptical that the odors would come back - but now a week later - there is no hint of the nauseating cat urine smell. Bradon H. was also on time, courteous, efficient and personable.

I contacted Stanley Steamer online. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and in a timely fashion. Kori arrived on time, did a walk through with me, gave me a price estimate, cleaned my carpets, rugs and furniture as well as cleaned the grout in my shower and cleaned and sealed the grout on the bathroom floor. Whew! The bill was very clearly itemized, the price was very reasonable and the work was done efficiently and everything was done well. John came in to help near the end. He and Kori moved my very heavy dining room table back onto its rug. When I suddenly realized that I had wanted to turn the rug around, Kori and John moved the table off the rug, turned the carpet around and put the table back on the rug. And it was all done with a smile. It was a pleasure to have these two working in my house. Thank you, Stanley Steamer!

The customer service team is great. They never have an automated system. You call their phone number and it goes to a real person. They were courteous and professional. Came on time. Super easy to work with. There was a small area that didn’t get cleaned on their first trip over and they came back ON A SATURDAY to give it another go. That’s great service on all fronts.

Cristian came to our home and was absolutely wonderful. Took into account COVID 19 protocols and was extremely respectful. We have used this company a few times, however, he was the only one to ask if we were satisfied with the job done and if we wanted him to go over a particular section (we have dogs) again. He also help set up our spigot adapter that we had struggled with outside so our hose could work properly. Our carpets look brand new and we are thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Our technician was great - very professional and fast. We moved a lot out of the way but didn’t realize they don’t move larger pieces like beds. We ended up doing that and then our tech was great at cleaning the new areas we exposed. Due to my husband’s dust mite allergy, we wanted to get everything cleaned.

Was having them do the job more expensive than renting a machine and doing it myself?
