This is the third or fourth time I have had all of the carpets in my house cleaned by A plus carpet cleaning. They are always on time, efficient, responsive to my request to schedule service and professional. My carpets are cleaned to my satisfaction including removal of minor stains. There is no odor from the cleaning. Great service. I highly recommend.

I unfortunately wasn’t able to use their carpet cleaning services, but I wanted to leave a review for just how professional and wonderful it was communicating with them. I called to try to schedule to have them come clean my carpets and the very kind receptionist spent so much time trying to squeeze me in anywhere she could before we had to be moved out by. We had a short window of time to work with so it wasn’t by any means their fault, but I was so appreciative of how hard she worked to try to get us worked in. Even when she couldn’t, she took the time to find us a referral in the area. Feels rare to have these interactions nowadays and I really appreciated it!

Had them clean the townhouse that I was moving out of. The communication was great and made the process very easy. They were very flexible with setting up a time and they made sure to take good care in keeping the hardwood and tile floors that I had mopped clean. A+ Carpeting did a phenomenal job with our project. We needed our carpets stretched, cleaned, and our floor boards resecured to eliminate squeaks we were hearing throughout our second floor. They got us on the schedule immediately around the holidays which was appreciated. The project proved to be a little more challenging than originally expected but they powered through and got the job done with the highest of quality and timeliness. Very friendly and attentive team of folks that I would recommend to anyone.

Hired them to clean the ducts in my newly purchased house. Newly purchased, not newly built. I assume the ducts hadn’t been cleaned since the 70’s so they desperately needed some attention. No more odor or debris after A+!was done!! I highly recommend them. You may find cheap offers/companies in your weekly mailers, but their quality isn’t the same. Believe me...I tried a $99 special company in previous home and they accomplished nothing. A+ has a superior vacuum that will truly clean your ducts.
