Really nice group of people, very professional and kind. I had a few issues with my teeth. They made me feel comfortable about the situation and their ability to correct the problem. The staff put together and plan with costs of each procedure. I was very pleased to have them in my corner .

Decided to visit Smile Hilliard due to a recommendation from a coworker. So glad I chose them! Very nice and professional staff. Brooke was wonderful to have as my hygienist for my routine checkup and cleaning. Super sweet and answered any questions I had regarding proper care. Dr.Sanyk addressed some concerns of mine regarding my smile/teeth health, and set up a pretty affordable treatment plan. I know Ill be in good hands when I go back for my treatment, and for my future routine visits!

I am so glad I found Smile Hilliard! My regular dentist retired after Covid and I needed a new dentist and Ive heard a ton of great things online about Smile Hilliard and they are all true! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease right away. Jen is AWESOME and and did all of my x-rays and cleaning and I met with Dr. Henderson and she was just as awesome! They talked me through the details of my x-rays and helped answer any questions I had right away. They also helped me set up a dental plan for my next cleanings and talked me through my insurance and the process, so I felt very comforted in knowing exactly what to expect in the future.I highly recommend Smile Hilliard if you are looking for a dentist in the area!

A fantastic dental experience! From the clean modern facility to the bright colors and cheerful staff my new patient visit to Smile Hilliard was great. I received maybe the most thorough (and overdue) cleaning, had a comprehensive exam and had all of my questions addressed. While its not easy to look forward to going to the dentist the team at Smile Hilliard will take care of you.

I have a very extensive dental history and had been switching to Smile Hilliard after being with the same dentist since my teens. I was worried I would be judged based on my history but Dr. Sanyk and the wonderful technicians didnt bat an eye. They even squeezed me in when I was nervous I had cavities while pregnant and the staff is extremely helpful with paperwork and any billing questions. I feel blessed to have found this dentist!

Look, I haven’t been to the dentist for around 5 years because adulting is hard and it was never a priority. Recently, I broke a tooth and it’s caused some pain and there’s been some weird sensations going on in my mouth. I heard about Smile Hilliard from a friend, and I’m like seriously amazed! From the start, I was greeted by Darian by name as soon as I walked in the door, and she explained so well how to get checked in. From there, Jen came up and got me and helped ease any anxiety I had (which is more than I’d like to admit). She got to know me and my history both within the dental world and beyond, which was so comforting. She also took time and was thorough with everything she explained . Niki came in to help and was super friendly and helpful and I could tell she’s got a great sense of humor! Dr. Henderson was so welcoming and seems like and relaxed and calming person! While there, I also had an interaction with Ashley and Tera literally in passing and they were so pleasant as well! I finally ended my appointment with Zel and she took such great consideration in how she explained the treatment plan and financial options! This place is like a big family and welcomed me and made me feel so at home. It was easy to tell that there is so much care and passion within this office and I can’t wait to get back and get a smile that I’m really proud of! Thank you to everyone at Smile Hilliard!

This was my first time at Smile Hilliard and I was blown away! Every single team member was beyond nice and showed that they really cared and had an interest in me as a person(not just my dental health). My technician was Brooke and she was absolutely the best!! She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She made sure to explain what she was doing every step of the way and ensured I was ok with everything. I have never had such an awesome dental experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

Theyve also been just as friendly on every visit Ive had in the last 6 years. Brooke did a great job as usual on my most recent visit yesterday. We have been going to Smile Hilliard since we moved to Hilliard 3 years ago. We decided on this dentist because of the reviews we read online. I can honestly say that they truly deserve all of the 5 star reviews they have received! We have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes and the staff is such a pleasure!! They work to keep their patients as comfortable as possible during the entire visit. I would recommend anyone to Smile Hilliard and I am so happy that we picked them for our family!

I havent been to the dentist in a long time, not something Im real proud of so not going to put the years, so I was not excited to go. But I had a back tooth in pain. My whole experience with Smile Hilliard was so great, they are professional from front desk to dental assistant to dentist. They did everything possible to make me at ease. Terra and Dr Henderson were amazing, very skilled. I would recommend to anyone, and I will try to keep my dental work routine from now on!

I have had a LOT of issues with my teeth, gums, and jaw that left me extremely anxious about going to the dentist. When my insurance changed, I put off finding a new one for WAY too long. A couple friends recommended Smile Hilliard so I gave them a try. It was REALLY easy to contact them online (which was really helpful with my anxiety).Not surprisingly my dental issues were still a problem. Dr. Sanyk and her staff are amazing. When I need them, they are always there. I walk in and feel like I am being helped, not talked down to. My insurance changed again, but this time I was able to stay thanks to their in-house program. I wont go anywhere else!

Let’s face it, Dental anxiety is a true Acute condition for alot of people. I used to be one of those people due to past experiences, my stomach would be in knotts the night before my appointment, However, Dr. Sanyk is by far the best DENTIST around, She is very thorough and actually takes time with you to explain everything. My appointment as a New Patient was exceptional. She is completely honest when it comes to your treatment plan and the best options for you! Dr Sanyk went above and beyond at my appointment:) The office staff is very Pleasant and kind. I switched to Smile Hilliard after reading the reviews and being less than enthused with my previous dentist. I also at the time scheduled my husband an appointment and let the front desk know he hadn’t been in MANY years due to a very unpleasant experience many years ago and he quite honestly was very nervous and not thrilled to go. The staff were so welcoming, polite, kind and most importantly- gentle during both of our cleanings. My husband no longer hates the dentist, he happily goes and every time I go it’s like I’m back with old friends. The staff truly care about you, your family and your dental health. I love the comfortable (seriously they are) chairs, the tv with my choice of Netflix or Hulu and the teeth whitening that I get at every visit! 10/10 recommend- tell them I sent you, they truly appreciate a customer referral and experience!

I love that they have TV you can watch while you go through your appointment. The only complaint I have is that they used to have Saturday appointments and they got rid of those.

They are so thorough and timely and just a well oiled machine. They are also friendly and helpful. No complaints!

I used to dread going to the dentists office as a kid. Dr. Sanyk and her staff (especially Brooke) are very nice and welcoming. I get excited going to Smile because I know my teeth are going to be cared for with the most diligence. Today, I had a filling done and am very appreciative of how proactive Dr. Sanyk is with cavities. Nonetheless, I went to my orthodontist right after and my orthodontist admired Dr. Sanyks work, specifically stating it was, a beautiful filling. Thanks Dr. Sanyk! :)

Let me first say, I am terrified of the dentist. TERRIFIED!!! But I put on my big girl pants and went to the dentist. Smile Hilliard was the GREATEST experience Ive ever had at the dentist. From the sweet young lady who answered the phone to the young lady who did my registration and calmed me down. Then my hygienist who had me laughing in feeling comfortable in no time while explaining everything she was doing along the way. She was gentle during my cleaning and showed sincere concern about my tooth health. The Dr was absolutely wonderful and explained everything that was going on with my teeth and gums, the care plan to fix those problems and compassion about the cost it would be to achieve the results I needed. KUDOS TO THIS WONDERFUL PRACTICE!!!!

A couple weeks I broke a tooth in half - OUCH! Dr. Henderson was able to get me in the next day to get a temporary crown put on and I got my new one today. It looks great and feels just like my old tooth. Did I say Im a total dentalphobe? Ive been going to Smile Hilliard for a several years now because they make me feel safe and comfortable coming to the dentist. I LOVE THEM!! The staff up front explain your insurance thoroughly so you know up front about the cost before the work is performed. I highly recommend Smile Hilliard and Dr. Sanyk and Dr. Henderson both!

This was my first time and I was very pleased. Prompt, efficient, well planned out process for COVID-19 protection. The staff all knew their process and everything moved like clockwork. Brooke, the Hygienist did an excellent job of explaining what we would be doing and the initial assessment was very thorough. X-rays, pictures, note taking and then on to cleaning, fluoride. The doctor was ride there to do her exam and then the whitening process was explained. Payment and billing happened without any delay and we were on our way. I am a new patient to Smile Hilliard.  Their excellent service started with my initial call to make my first appointment.  The scheduling person was able to quickly find my insurance and answer my questions.  I arrived at their very new, modern, and clean facility and greeted by a friendly receptionist that took my information and helped me through their computer system registration process quick and easy.  They gave me a thorough exam complete with very modern camera and x-ray equipment.   Their team clearly promotes great customer service and ensuring the patient knows what’s going on and ensure the patient is informed throughout the process.  Cleaning was excellent, and they showed me the before pictures and where I can focus on key areas for better brushing and flossing.   In addition to cleaning, they filled a cavity. They ensured I was comfortable and well numbed.  I found the process to be very patient focused.

The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I’ve been in for several procedures and Dr. Johnson and Danielle have been very good explaining what was going on and what to expect. I am happy that I found Smile Hilliard.

I’m so glad to see Dr. Sanyk’s office is open again. It was very easy to follow the new procedures and I was in and out in no time. It feels great to have clean teeth and to hear no cavities! I’ll be back in 6 months. 🦷

Had my first appointment here recently, and was very very pleased with the entire experience. Very friendly team, very nice office. Everyone I interacted with was friendly & helpful, I loved how everything was explained clearly and how digital everything was. The available extra amenities are a nice touch. Will definitely be becoming a regular patient here after that first visit.

I managed to break a temporary crown and Dr. Sanyk made it so easy to schedule a visit with her even though the office isn’t open. I was able to do so through text and got in the next day. I’m very thankful to have such a dedicated doctor!

I got a deep cleaning about a year ago at another place, had a bad experience and never went back for the other half. Really needed some work done now. So went to Smile Hilliard on a recommendation. Just had my first deep cleaning there (still have the other half of my mouth) and it was infinitely better. The people there seem to genuinely care for their patients and listen. I was really impressed and would definitely reccomend!

EDIT: Dear God, this place is like a cult; like a girlfriend that doesnt get the hint youre not into her.In my previous review (which has to be truncated for length), I mentioned a few concerns I had, which Dr. Henderson went over with me at a later visit. She seemed very sincere and friendly when addressing them, and it was much appreciated. She finished the work and asked when Id like to make another appointment. I told her my hours were cut at work (a truth), and that I wasnt sure when Id have the money to do the next step in the plan.TWO DAYS LATER I get a reminder to set up an appointment. A few days after that, a phone call. Then more emails (and maybe more calls, but I wouldnt know because I blocked their number). Then, about three months after my last appointment, I wake up to a SCHEDULE CONFIRMATION email...they completely made up an appointment for me.Im sure they honestly mean to be friendly, and like I said, pretty much everyone there is nice, but come on, just let me go already. I know it hurts now, but after they pick up the pieces and their heart heals, Im sure theyll find that perfect patient that will erase all the memories of me, and what could have been. Im just ready to see other dentists.

For someone who is not super fond of the dentist office- I was pleasantly surprised by my visit! I felt so welcomed and at ease yesterday during my visit. The professionalism was stellar... and most importantly I was given a great consultation on my dental health, leaving well informed and better than when I walked in. I will not be dreading my second visit to this office :)

Update: I no longer use this clinic because of some rude man employed there. Initial I had great experiences at the clinic dealing with the women there, they were very polite, professional and friendly. I had an interaction with a gentleman who works there via email over insurance information, that was was so disrespectful I decided to find another clinic for dental care.✍🏽First impression, it’s a hidden gem! Do not be fooled by the store front. This is a well ran, very professional, and efficient operation.The facility is clean, modern, technological up to date and the whole place has a clear, well thought out customer centric business plan. They have clearly embraced technology as far as communication, payment systems, top of the line dental tools and registration.Services🤔: clear and articulate, financial plans were explained thoroughly, as well as expectations. The willingness to accommodate my needs on short notice was surprising.Staff👏🏽👌🏽: very pleasant, well versed, knowledgeable and upfront about insurance plans, pricing and information. I showed up 3 minutes before my appointment and was in a chair being seen very quickly. As a diversity champion I was surprised, delighted and impressed that it appeared to be majority women employed and operated.Bottom line👨🏽‍💻: first impression is a lasting impression. I would recommend 😁 Smile Hilliard for to meet any dental needs.

My first time coming here & Im glad I did because it turned out the place I visited the day before didnt diagnose the fact that I had an infection.The staff certainly fits the name of the practice, they were all smiling & Brooke gave me a tour of the office and did a great job taking care of what needed to be done and set up a great plan with Dr. Sanyk.Im not a huge fan of the dentist but would highly recommend this office in Hilliard.

Cannot believe how much of a scam this dentist is. First time I had ever been there and they claimed i had all these issues. Went to a nice family owned dentist and they said I had none of those problems. Not only that but they will not stop calling on both my work and cell phone. The patients who do go there probably do not realize it. Dentists have gotten their licenses taken away for doing this stuff. They also charge almost 400 dollars for a cavity... who would pay that. Would rate zero stars if I could.

I was greeted by all the young ladies at the front desk, we shook hands and we introduced ourselves. Jenny the hygienist was wonderful, helpful, and informative. Dr Sanyk was great as well, helpful to me (and the staff), and was so nice. I’m happy to go back in a few weeks for a follow up visit. A wonderful experience overall, I left well informed, and I’m recommending Smile Hilliard to EVERYONE!

I visited Smile Hilliard for the first time yesterday. Each of the staff was very friendly and helpful. My teeth have never been as thoroughly documented with pictures and x-rays. The hygienist was thorough and informative; the dentist was also very personable and seems very competent. Smile Hilliard will be my dentist going forward.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice little office near Old Hilliard. I went in for a cleaning and had x-rays and pictures taken on their high tech equipment. They showed me all of the pictures and x-rays and walked me through each one, explaining in detail how each individual tooth looks. Every one of the staff members there are extremely nice and I look forward to seeing them again in six months. I would recommend Smile Hilliard to anyone.

I have had very poor experiences in the past with Dental offices. In the past with other offices I received no education, there was a different staff every time i came in, and the doctor always ran late. But that was not the case at all with Smile. The staff was very polite and helpful. I was fully educated and shown what my issues were and how to improve them. I was beyond impressed with their services and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I arrived and was lead through the introductory process by a kind young lady Darian. Quickly called back into a room where i met Taylor, a quick witted and fun person who told me exactly what to expect. She helped make my visit enjoyable. She is the best person to have in the situation. Doctor canek (spelling) was informative and gave me options. I chose what i wanted to do. This will be the only dentists office i visit. I am not at all surprised at the 5 star review. I used to work for Dr. Sanyk, and I’ve always told others about her new practice, and how much I trusted her and respected her while I worked under her. After obtaining new insurance and losing my previous dentist, I looked her up. I was given an appointment with her associate Dr. Henderson. From the first visit I was impressed. I needed some work done, and was promptly scheduled. I am so pleased with the care my husband (yes, I even got the husband to agree to an appointment) and I have received, and my son will have his first dental cleaning with this office when the time comes. Thank you Smile Hilliard! I happily make my trek to your office from Orient, OH, and it is well worth the 45 minute commute.

Another visit to Smile Hilliard and another GREAT experience! My 6 month check up was like going for coffee with friends, except there was no coffee and I had a full dental exam by the dentist herself as well as the cleaning and exam by the hygienist! They are ALL so friendly and yet professional. I really do encourage anyone to give them a try, you wont regret it!

I felt very welcome from the beginning. I love that as a new client I received a tour of the office and got to meet everyone. My hygienist was so nice and pleasant. I was very impressed with the ease of the x-rays and super impressed with the photos of my teeth! In fact, I loved the place and the staff so much I have decided to use them as my childrens dentist.

I arrived to my appointment a month early (my error) however the staff quickly accommodated me and fit me into the schedule. I was taken back in less than 5 minutes after filling out my electronic new patient paperwork which was very easy. All staff members were VERY friendly. I was given a tour of the office and everything was explained prior to it being performed on me. You get the feeling the staff genuinely cares about their patients. The office is very clean, clinical and technologically advanced. They offer a Netflix or Hulu show of your choice during procedures. I was even offered ear plugs for comfort. They take close up, high resolution pictures of your teeth and show them to you as they describe your treatment plan. A pictures worth a thousand words and really helps you understand WHY the treatment recommended is necessary. Very impressed, they do a great job of taking the anxiety out of the dentist. Would recommend to friends and family without hesitation. I found my new permanent dentist.

Take it from someone that has a true phobia of the dentist...This place and these people are AMAZING! I have had a phobia for many years and have put off many appointments. After just one appointment (and now there have been a few) with Smile Hilliard, I am comfortable with my appointments and my smile. Smile Hilliard is the best dental care practice I have ever been to. The entire staff puts you at easy and makes your comfort a priority. I have experienced dental anxiety for most of my life but at Smile Hilliard I don’t feel nervous going to the dentist anymore. Thank you Dr. Sanyk and staff!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Smile Hillard!! Honestly I am not a big fan of going to the dentist and cannot explain how happy i am to have found a dentist that is fantastic! The staff was amazing! Debbie at the front desk was friendly and courteous and got me checked in quickly. Jenni took all of my x-rays, very professional and was great with answering all of my questions. Dr. Sanyk is very gentle and very very knowledgeable. It is great to have a dentist that will listen to your questions and take the time to really explain what is going on and the best way to fix it. I for once will be looking forward to going to my next appointment in six mos!! Thanks to all at Smile Hilliard :) :)

Though my husband and I have only been going here for a short while, the entire staff is absolutely amazing. They are all very kind and considerate to the needs of the patients. They listened to my concerns and were extremely helpful with next steps. After I had a frenectomy done and it didnt heal quite right Dr. Sanyk saw me very quickly and even took care of it that day. I have never had more confidence in going to the dentist as I do now with Smile Hilliard. I would 100% recommend them.

Everyone is very friendly and warm. From free WiFi and bottles of water to the Dentist herself. My first visit was scary because I hadnt been to the dentist in YEARS and thought for sure all my teeth were falling out of my head. Jenny the Hygienist was awesome. Always making sure I was comfortable and understood what was going on in my mouth. And points for her, I never saw the needle for the multiple, hardly felt shots she gave me. Did I mention the Tvs? One in each room with all the shows you could ever watch. So smart. Ive had to reschedule multiple times and theyve always been very accommodating to my schedule. Even calling when they have an earlier opening. Top notch! Keep you the good work!

I just moved to the area and was in need of a new dentist, and my appointment today was a wonderful experience!! Everyone in the office had a smile on their face, and Dr. Sanyk was very thorough in describing what she was doing and looking for, as well as discussing what the x-rays showed. Im so happy that I happened upon this place and recommend her to anyone else looking for a dentist!!

I found Smile Hilliard by following Dr. Henderson from her previous practice. What an amazing dental office this is! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by everyone with a friendly smile, Hello Gail and a handshake. I felt at ease immediately. Their electronic forms are great. No more filling out endless forms. Everything is done on a keyboard. I am very skittish around dentists due to a bad experience once. Dr. Henderson is the kind of dentist that people like me need. She is kind, patient and understanding. She waits until she knows I am completely comfortable before proceeding any procedure. I cant say enough good things about her. The complete staff is also just as amazing. Jessica cleaned my teeth and educated me on the correct way to floss. Who knew? I thought I did. I made it a personal goal to floss every day until my next cleaning and so far so good. She made that hour (yes, an hour) fly by. My teeth were shiny and clean. Everyone in this office is above standard. I recommend them whenever I can. Thank you Smile Hilliard!

By far, my favorite dentist. My toddler son and I both have had great experiences. The staff is extremely friendly, the decor is great; the service is fast and affordable; and my teeth feel amazing. I highly recommend this location for the whole family!

This was my second visit for a regular cleaning and check up. Both times everyone was so friendly and professional. My husband and I both think this is the best dentist office we have ever been to.

The ladies that greet you upfront, the hygienist & Doctor are all very welcoming, knowledgeable & informative I’m always nervous about dentist visits because I haven’t had the best dental care in the past, but they were very thorough with their examinations & oral care, always explaining everything along the way I would recommend this dentist office

This place is super rad!! As a new patient, I was greeted by all 3 wonderful ladies at the front desk with a smile and handshake and it made me feel so welcome. I knew it was meant to be from the beginning because my dental hygienists name is Brooke too! She was so kind and had a smile on her face the whole time which made my time there so much better! I never felt like I was being judged by anybody and they answered all of my stupid questions very thoroughly and with a smile. I had a hard time parting with my kid dentist, but Im glad they kicked me out because I found this place!! Dr. Sanyk is absolutely amazing, the whole staff is amazing and very efficient! Im really excited to continue my dental care with Smile Hilliard! You guys rock!

I hate going to the dentist. Didnt go for 7 years and knew I needed a lot of work done. The staff has been absolutely amazing. Always friendly and with smiles. You feel welcomed and cared about from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I recently had a root canal, and it went really well. Dr. Henderon and Taylor did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and at ease. The procedure went great. Dr. Henderson even called me a couple days later to see how I was feeling, along with a personlized card in the mail. Smile Hilliard really care about you and your health. I highly recommend giving this place a chance. They are the absolute best!

I hadnt been in the dentist in a few years due to moving around a lot and not really enjoying the dentist. As a kid, I was always super nervous about going to the dentist. This was my best dental experience ever! My dental hygientist was very nice and made the experience relaxing. The dentist there was also very kind and reassuring. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dental clinic!

In over 22 years I never looked forward to seeing a dentist, that is until I discovered Smile Hilliard. They just get everything right; quick check-ins, experienced dentists, and they even give you an option to watch Netflix or Hulu while your teeth are being worked on! I have to say the best part though is the staff. I have never encountered a more friendly and caring set of employees in ANY dentist (or company) I’ve visited. They make sure you always know what’s going on, they value your time, and make your feel comfortable. After visiting Smile Hilliard I can confidently say I will not to anywhere else for my dental needs. 5/5 stars.

Had a problem with molar and was seen in morning soon after calling the office. Dr. Sanyk quickly found issue with tooth and referred me to dental surgeon. I give Dr. Sanyk and her staff high marks for helping with a tight schedule for prep work needed before seeing surgeon. Well done, Smile Hilliard.

Hello. Im going to start this off by saying, TEETH, again. I really enjoyed my time spend there at Smile Hilliard! Brooke was with me the whole time and she was wonderful in every way imaginable. And then Dr. Sanyk came in and killed the dental game, for sure. She knew exactly what was wrong with my messed up teeth in a matter of seconds. I was blown away! And I wasnt scared at all! Like I said, Super Duper! 10/10 will go back again.. On Friday.. To get two cavities filled... But then Ill for sure be going back in 6 months for another cleaning! Thanks!!!

I have seen Dr. Sanyk for years, but it is even better now that she is on her own. She really makes you feel at home in the office, pays attention to your needs as a whole, and truly cares about your care. She has always demonstrated the up-most professionalism and skill, and is not afraid to refer out if need be, which in my opinion is also a great trademark of any type of health care professional. I have switched the whole family and plan to come to her for as long as she will have us!
