Dr. Li, the Hygienist and Dental Assistant are all very professional and friendly. I have been a patient for about 3 years now and have recently scheduled an appointment to get my teeth whitened. Her price is very very reasonable, just one other thing I love about Precision Dental!!

I’m new to the Hilliard area and just started going here. The first impression was so great I recommended her to my sister (also in Columbus). I prefer small practices over a chain and everyone is so friendly. I ended up having to get 6 fillings and I found them to be reasonably priced. No pain afterwards or really during. I’ve only been in one room, but it had a tv in it with Netflix so you could watch something during your checkup/procedure. Very happy with the place so far!

Im the type of person that doesnt feel comfortable in a dentists chair, but they were very through and explain every step of the process. I ended up having a extraction done and implant put in. Dr. Li is my husband and my sons dentist. My husband s teeth were very bad, he only went a couple of times to see two different dentists in the past 15 years and he did not have good experiences with them.He started to see Dr. Li two years ago and every time he went to Dr. Lis office he was very happy! Dr. Li is really great. She is sincere and caring. Her team, Nicole and Megan, are excellent too. I enjoy my experience with them. I have an underbite issue, and I was planning Invisalign for a long time. However, most friends told me it would take around 2 years to finish it. I constantly move around, so I did not start the Invisalign until last July. During a pandemic, moving had to stop. Dr. Li sent my first impression to Invisalign, and turn out I only need 7 months to finish the trial. I am delighted with the result—my smile change. If you are considering Invisalign but have some concerns, I recommend you make an appointment with Dr. Li. I hope I did it earlier.

I had a great experience with Dr. Li! I hadnt been to the dentist in nearly 5 years, and was looking for a new dentist. I was recommended to go to this dentist by a friend and it has proven to be a great decision. Dr. Li and stuff are amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and less embarrassed that it had been so long! I need some extensive dental work, and they explained everything step by step. The front desk was also very helpful in sorting out the financial aspect of it. I definitely recommend Dr Li and her team if youre in need of a new dentist!

This place is very clean, equipments are new and staff are very friendly. Dr. Lina Li is very experienced and considerate. My mom had her Implant and denture done in China before she immigrated to the US. The denture broke after a year. Because of the different materials and procedures between China and US, to fix it here would cost me up to 10 thousand dollars, since she doesnt have dental insurance. Dr. Li listened to our challenges and creatively find an alternative solution. After a few days, she had it FIXED. Now my mom can chew again. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Li was very patient and caring. My mom was happily surprised that the denture was completely fixed without multiple trips for fitting. She had to go through multiple adjustments with her previous dentist before the denture can fit without causing any pain. Dr. Li is certainly skillful, experienced and super nice, plus she saved me thousands of dollars. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Best oral cleaning experience I’ve ever had. Very nice staff.

I hadnt been to the dentist for a couple of year and this was close to my job so i looked at the reviews on google and decided to give this place a try. after the initial clean she told me i had 6-7 cavities that needed filled. I took her word for it and then came back to get them filled. after the initial filling were done on one side of my mouth, the next day i had to come back in because my teeth were hurting so bad and the fillings needed shaved down in between my teeth. After that i was kind of scared off from going to any dentist at all so i didnt return to get the other teeth filled. Fast forward a couple of years (4) and i decided to bite the bullet and go to the dentist again. This time i went to a dentist that was closer to me since i moved into Dublin. After the initial teeth cleaning and xrays the new dentist told me i had nothing wrong, not cavities or anything and from what he could tell the teeth that i had previously filled didnt need to be filled. To be honest i was a little upset with the fact that i feel like i was lied to so i would spend more money. At this facility i was never shown my xrays and never warned about the 3 inch long needle that was about to go into my mouth. the Staff was very nice but i wont be going back.

Recently visited Dr. Li after not seeing a dentist for some time.After taking multiple x rays and diagnostic exam, dr Li found a couple of cavities on my back tooth (expected much worse). She went over the xrays and explained the procedure and most importantly was so patient with my anxiety and questions.One of the cavities was all the way back on the last tooth on bottom right. Dr. Li told me ahead of time what to expect due to its location.I felt comfortable the entire time. It was difficult but all went well, the music and netflix was great and helped my anxiety the day of the procedure. Even though I thought it would take the full appointment time, Dr and staff worked amazing and I didnt even realized I had been there for 1 and half hours!Will recommend to my friend and family

I have never dealt with any dentist who would be more caring than Dr. Li.I have been with Dr. Li for my dental visits for the last couple of years.I was in terrible pain over this weekend for one of my teeth. I called this weekend on Saturday, which I knew her clinic often operates every other Saturday but not sure about this Saturday. She happened to answer the phone and the clinic actually closed on this Saturday. I explained to her that I was in terrible pain and she let me visit her clinic on the emergency notice. She examined my tooth and prescribed me antibiotics and explained what the next plan of treatment. The next day, the pain subsided.I greatly appreciate her utmost care for her patient. She is very skillful and understands clearly what is happening with her patients situation. Highly recommend her if you live in this area! She is just simply awesome! Thank you Dr. Li

First, Dr. Li is very proficient in her job and gives very candid opinion. If you dont need something to be done, she will tell so. Talking to her is like talking to a family member. Very personable. My entire family likes to visit her clinic. She is indeed a family dentist. Her candidness and affectionate attitude does not stop to herself. I was looking for a new dentist and found one. Dr.Li and her associates are friendly, professional and do great work. There also open on some Saturdays which was nice for me.

I had a troublesome tooth filing by my previous dentist. I was told the tooth has to be extracted. I came to Dr. Lina Li for a second opinion. She examined my tooth and discussed all possible treatment plans with me. Even though my tooth can not be saved, I was well educated from the appointment and felt confident to start the treatment with her. Dr. Li is very skillful. In the following treatment, I didn’t feel any pain throughtout the entire process, and the recovery is smooth and speedy. I live 20 miles away from the office. Its a worthwile drive for me. The crew are friendly. They treat you like a family. It is not easy to find a good dentist. I am happy I finally found one.

Took my daughter to get some teeth extracted and the whole process went really great. All the staff members were friendly and Dr. Xiao (sorry if I misspelled) was very patient and gentle with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable and didnt feel any pain at all which was a big plus since I had a traumatic experience with a dentist when I was very young. Our family has a lot of dental issues. Dr Li and her staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the first time Ive ever had an actual dentist clean my teeth. Usually you see a dental hygienist. She is very gentle. They make sure that the patient is feeling none to minimal pain during her procedures. This is coming from someone that had to have a root canal and crown and kids that had multiple fillings. She will make recommendations to save your teeth without costing your family too much money. She worked with us on a payment plan when all of our family had to come in the same year for multiple procedures and our insurance didnt cover the full cost. We are very happy we made the switch to Dr Li.

She has provided excellent service for my regular teeth cleaning, dental crown, tooth extraction, and root canal treatments. Last month one of the two supporting teeth of my dental bridge broke. After examination, Dr. Li made a good treatment plan for me: cutting off the dental bridge, removing the broken supporting tooth, trimming and polishing the remaining crown on the good supporting tooth, and placing two dental implants at the position of the broken tooth and the position of the missing tooth. Dr. Li said I could have the bridge cutting, tooth extraction, and crown trimming done in her clinic and have the implants done in a specialist office, or I could have all those procedures done in one visit to her clinic. After talking with my husband and friends I decided to trust Dr. Li and get all those treatments done in her office. I then made an appointment with Dr. Li’s office for the treatment and I was told the procedure would last 2 hours. But due to Dr. Li’s great skills the whole procedure has been done in one and a half hours. The broken tooth was removed quickly painlessly. The remaining crown on that good tooth was trimmed and polished so that re-crown is not necessary. The X-ray showed that the two implants were properly placed. The bleeding was stopped in 2-3 hours and minor pain also disappeared in 2-3 days. Dr. Li did an excellent and amazing job! I would like to recommend her to all my family members and friends.

Doctor Li is extremely professional and patient, she would explain procedures and cost to you in details at the same time find a cost efficient way for you to have you teeth taken care. I do not feel much pain in the whole proceed even I have nine teeth that need to be filled. Meanwhile, her staff in the clinic are very warm and nice too, they make you feel at home. And they are also very flexible in scheduling your appointment. I have been with at least three dentals before and Dr. Li and her dental clinic is truly the best!
