Just went in for my first appointment. Dr. Patel herself checked me in and did the cleaning. Everything was done in an hour, including the usual new patient formalities, which wasnt much since everything was done online before my appointment through their digital forms (very simple and quick to fill out). Dr. Patel has a great bedside manner and was very sweet; she made sure I was comfortable, and took my pregnancy into account during the exam (no x-rays or fluoride). Im so happy I found her and am excited to refer her to friends and family.

I hate the dentist. There...I said it. Who hasnt. I had to be forced in for a visit by my amazing wife after she raved about how great this office is. Check in was seamless and the receptionist was very friendly. I admit I was rather quiet for the first half hour because of nerves and even though getting x-rays I wasnt convinced I was going to have a good experience.Eventually the hygienist told me what I was expecting....that I needed some extra attention because of how long it had been since I had been at any dentist. I had a feeling I would be getting stuck in the gum with a needle the size of a broomstick, but Johanna was awesome. She could tell I was tense and gave me all the topical anesthesia I could want. I couldve taken a punch from tyson in the jaw and I wouldnt have felt a thing.She was very reassuring and the procedure wasnt as bad as I was expecting. Dr. Patel came in multiple times to check the progress and also reassure me that everything would be fine. The billing and after care was thoroughly went over and I left not even worrying about the fact that in two days I would have to be back for the same procedure on the other side of my mouth.This is a great practice and we plan on bringing our little guy in as well.

I took my almost 3 year old to Park Dental for his first visit and it could not have been a better experience! Janet and Dr. Patel were so kind and patient with my son. He had a blast!

I decided to find a new dental practice during a pandemic - and it was the best decision!I’ve never had a significantly negative or positive feeling about the dentist, but I think I’m leaning more towards positive after my visit yesterday. I felt more than safe, was so comfortable, and was impressed at how Dr. Patel shared so much about what I was doing well, places I could work on, I truly felt educated, in the best way! It’s evident that Park Dental goes out of their way. From easygoing, friendly phone conversations with secretaries to a personalized experience with Dr. Patel, everything was great! Best dental experience ever!

I had a teeth cleaning and fillings done by Dr. Patel. I was initially nervous, but she and her staff were able to ease my concerns. She was sure to check with me throughout performing the entire procedure to ensure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Park Dental was by far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The office was new, immaculate, and full of awesome technological features that made the experience quick, painless, and comprehensive.As a side note: I had to bring my newborn along, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and considerate throughout my cleaning. They also gave out handwritten thank you notes to myself and my husband on the way out!

I was extremely impressed with my first visit to Park Dental. Since Im new to the area I was in search of a new dentist and luckily I found them through my insurance providers portal. The ease of scheduling an appointment online, to filling out my paperwork via an email I promptly received from Park Dental, made the beginning of this process so smooth.Upon arriving I was greeted with friendly smiles from behind the desk and I was given a tour of their facility too! Dr. Patel is so warm and friendly, she really takes her time to explain and educate your options for dental care. Ive worked with Courtney, Janet, and Dr Patel and everyone here has made coming back to the dentist as easy as possible. I genuinely enjoy being there and talking with them (you know as much as you can talk when someone is working on your teeth!) They were super understanding of and worked around one of my molars that was oversensitive to the spray/suction; always giving breaks when needed and checking in even if I wasnt vocal.If youre looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Park Dental.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 2-3 years and was a little worried to go in. Park dental was the nicest dentist I’ve ever been too and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I don’t think I’ll ever dread going to the dentist again. Everyone was super friendly, patient, and Dr. Patel went over everything with me and made sure I understood what needed to be done on my teeth. I feel much better moving forward that I am in good hands.

Best practice & dentist I have ever been to. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable (they offer water/coffee, cable tv & your choice of channel while youre in the chair, and also dont mind an interruption if youve got to check your phone). Theres even cool tech like a handheld x-ray device, and, most importantly they are gentle with your teeth.

Dr. Patel and staff are wonderful. Ive had bad experiences in the past with other dentist but they have impressed me. They always make sure there is the littlest amount of pain possible. There are distraction like TVs with Netflix and you can listen to music. Staff is always friendly and generally care about how youre doing. Text notifications help to keep me on track of when appointments are. I would and have recommended Park Dental.

Dr Siddhi Patel is very nice and friendly. This is my first time doing tooth cleaning and its really an awesome feeling.My son 6 years old like this place and he also did his first x Ray and cleaning.

Dr.Patel is precise, punctual and professional. Both myself and my 93 yr. old grandmother are patients at Park Dental and after leaving our most recent appt my teeth feel brand new and look a million times better. I feel like I have a much healthier mouth and will be consistently visiting every 6 months for cleanings so I don’t mess up her amazing work. I was not in pain or uncomfortable at all. Dr.Patel is very kind, gentle, friendly and made the time go by so fast! Hands down the best dental visit I have had in probably 20 years!

Dr Patel exhibits true care and compassion for her patients. My husband came in for a cleaning a few days prior to mine and let them know about my anxiety and fear related to dentist visits. Not only did she give me a call before hand to check in on what drives my fear, but she was so helpful throughout the whole visit making sure I understood her next steps and was comfortable.
