Chip and his guys really helped me out when other pool companies were not responding or not willing to take on a messy job. I really appreciate them and highly recommend Poseidon Pools. They were very good about working around my project schedule and got the job done.

These people were working for our shady home warranty company, not for us. We had multiple opinions after their repair left us with a bigger nightmare than our initial problem. Every single subsequent professional assessment we sought indicated the repair should have actually been a replacement, but again they were cutting corners to save our home warranty company some money. We are still digging out of the mess they caused us...one year later. Would not recommend. Also, I was worried about having to render CPR to the gentleman they sent out. He was so morbidly obese that he broke part of our privacy fence surrounding the pump and such, just by bumping into it. I was genuinely afraid he was going to have a catastrophic health event while working on our pool equipment. I actually asked him if he was okay several times. Would never use these people again. What a nightmare.

We have used Poseidon for 7 years to manage the pool in the neighborhood. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are great and very responsive! They do a great job keeping the pool in working order and the prices are way better than other pool companies in town.

Amazing service! Example: I had an issue with my pool on Friday evening, with a 7th birthday party scheduled for my son the next day. I left a message around 6pm on Friday night thinking I’d hear from them on Monday morning. At 10am on Saturday morning, Silas and Jack showed up at my house and saved the day! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Everyone is wonderful, from the women in the front office to the guys who come out work on my pool, they’re so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong!

I used them to build an inground pool in 2011. Did a great job. Chip (owner) was great in making sure everything was perfect. I have recommended them to my friends in powel.

We had a terrible and highly unprofessional experince wtih Poseidon Pools with the opening of our pool this year. We scheduled our opening date for the week before Memorial weekend when we closed our pool with them last October of 2015. I confirmed this date again this spring with Jackie a couple months before opening and was assured I would receive a call the week before for a day we were to get open. When I did not receive a call that week I called on the Monday, May 23rd at 2PM and spoke with Jackie. I was told they COULD NOT open my pool this week and couldnt open it for another 3 weeks!!! She said weather was an issue and I asked why I was not notified long before this date as I had no other options to get my pool open. She said she had 25-30 other customers to call that day also to tell them the bad news. This is VERY Unprofessional. I asked of Chip, the owner, to call me that day and he has not called to this day, which is June 5th! i will NEVER use this company again and highly recommend them as a bad choice with the poor service and horrible communication!My husband and I stand by all the statements above and have reported them to the Better Busienss Bureau!!!

Customer Service is horrible. I have been waiting on a call back for 2 weeks. got repairs done elsewhere.
