We moved into a house with an old pool that was in need of major repairs (old corroded, under concrete pipes). Because Pacific Pools was so busy, I met with 3 other pool contractors while we waited for Pacific to get time on their schedule for our project. I realized after meeting with the other contractors that I couldn’t really trust anyone else to do the job.Jeff and Jimmy are both very professional, skilled, and honest. We felt that things were properly communicated to us, and that we were taken care of. Kelly, who spoke to us on the phone numerous times, is honest and up front.I highly recommend Pacific Pools. They are busy for a reason!

Theyve taken excellent care of our pool. Between the day when we arrange for opening in the spring, and when they close the pool in the fall, everything is on automatic pilot, and they do good work.

I dont even want to give them 1 star because Kelly was the rudest person I have EVER spoken with in customer service. I recommend going with someone else if you can :(
