We contacted Omni pools using their online contact form on their website. We immediately received an email asking about our project and they requested us to send the plot plan and several pictures of our yard. A few days later we sent all of the requested information and they responded immediately to let us know we would hear from an Outdoor Living Specialist within 1-3 weeks. At 4 weeks, we sent a polite email reminding them it had now been more than 3 weeks and asked for an update. No response even though we replied directly to the email chain wed been going back and forth with all along. A few days later, we sent a 2nd email again asking for an update. Nothing. We are now at 6 emails and 2 voicemails with absolutely no response and we are flabbergasted that a so-called professional company would behave in such rude and unprofessional behavior. We told them in several emails that we were fine if we needed to wait longer. All we wanted was an update. We even said that if they no longer wanted to do our project, that was fine but they at least owed us the decency of responding and letting us know.I dont care how busy they are (assuming that will be their excuse for such rude conduct) - a one sentence email with an update is not asking or expecting too much. To treat any potential customer with this kind of complete and utter disrespect is inexcusable and they have no business being in business if this is how they conduct themselves. Dont waste your time with this company like we did...now after 2 months were having to start the process all over again.

Jason and his team did a great job putting in our pool and patio. From design to permitting and construction they stayed on top of everything we could not be happier with our pool

We decided to hire Omni Pools in the Summer of 2019. We were told they would install our pool in the fall of 2019. They are just now attempting to pass a final inspection with my city today June 21st 2021. The design process was great. They gave us a design that was very nice and exactly what we wanted. The sales team really makes you feel like your hiring professionals. Everything went downhill after that. They started the installation process in the worst possible month February of 2020. The very 1st day they came with the intention of digging the pool and installing the pool walls in one day. The crews were not interested in preparing my yard and no surveying was ever done. In the design the pool and new surrounding patio was completely level with my current covered patio. In reality they built the pool much higher than my original patio and we had to alter our design to have a step up to the pool area. No thought was put into preparing the patio at all untill after they already backfilled the footer. They did not dig the deep end properly on day one and spent weeks trying to hand dig it before having to bring an excavator back. Our project supervisor was a 20 something kid who we came to find had no experience and ours was his 1st pool. Our lead installer we came to find was a paver patio guy and it was his first pool as well. From the salesman, installers, customer service, to supervisor none of them are still with the company. Despite our great inspectors repeated warnings that the lines needed to be pressure tested before backfilling they told the inspector they had already done pressure tests on the plumbing and proceeded to pour the footer and backfill around the pool. They then hurried to pour the concrete before even having the pool dug correctly. The patio that they poured was so bad you could not even put a chair on it without wobbling. They buried the fire pit that we added almost completely in the concrete so that only the top row of stones still showed. They would have been fine leaving it that way but after a ton of complaining they did tear part of it out and re pour. Its still not fantastic. no where near the quality of our other patio. Now we get to the plumbing issues. They finished the pool in May of 2020. They patched the brand new liner on installation but still we noticed water loss. Finally at the end of the summer of 2020 after many failed pressure tests with the city of Grove City they admitted the leak. They promised to do the repairs 1st thing in the Spring. I watched as they installed another pool in my neighborhood instead of repairing my problems. The only reason they actually came to do the repairs is because the City threatened to no longer allow them permits in our city and I threatened to draw on the bond and hire another company. So finally they are back digging up my yard again and repairing what they think is the problem.....still dont pass the pressure test. They tell me the drains are the problem so they drain the pool.....its not the drains so they drained and exposed the drains for no reason, put the liner back on and fill the pool all the while knowing that the way they plumbed the drains is not up to pool code. They then dug out the skimmer lines and repaired them which seems to have fixed our leak. The inspector comes back and does agree that the pressure test seemed to have gone fine but notices that they did not plumb the drains correctly. We then wait for almost another month while they are supposedly researching this issue. In the end the inspector will not pass the drains so they have to drain the pool, pull the liner....again, dig out and repair the drains, and re-fill the pool. We had many other issues, all of which will not fit into this review. In the end Jason (the owner) does attempt to rectify the problems his crew continues to find. I will give him credit for that. Beware of Omni Pools and if you must hire them watch everything they do and do not let them pour concrete.

They do not pay their contractors and have communication skills.

Too difficult to schedule appointments. It seems that they are randomly available because the price is increasing next week. Choosing to go in a different direction with out the threat of a price increase.

We did a very extensive pool and back yard renovation. They knocked it out of the ballpark. Very responsive to any issues that arose and made sure we were happy with the finished product. They created a resort like feel in the back yard and with the lack of travel because of Covid, the timing could not have been better. We are thrilled. Could not be happier or give a more glowing recommendation!

My husband and I now have a beautiful pool and patio in our backyard thanks to Omni Pools. When we started the process, Scott came out and gave us very good advice about what to choose and also was very forthcoming about the mess we would temporarily have in our backyard. The crew that did the actual digging and installation of our pool worked so hard, and Mike always was sure to communicate with us so that we got things how we wanted. The grass is now almost grown back in and we are enjoying our new space immensely. The Omni Pools team came out on completion and looked over the project to make sure all was in good order and to see if we had any concerns. We are very happy with our pool and patio.

These guys are just awesome from beginning to end. They kept us well informed of what was going on, cleaned up after themselves daily, played with our dogs and actually felt like family throughout the process. We just love our pool and so do our dogs! We had a sun deck put in just for them. Big shout outs to Scott, Jason, Doug, Chip, Pablo and Santiago. You guys ROCK!! I would definitely recommend them to build your pool. They sit down with you and explain everything, from the design of your pool area, make suggestions where needed and help to maintain your budget & HOA restrictions. The steps, decking, liner, everything is just beautiful. I wish we had more room for a bigger pool as they are so creative. It was a wonderful experience & I hope we can do more business with them in the future.

I would recommend Omni Pools for your pool plans. They worked efficiently and tirelessly to install my pool. Several times during the pool installation they went above and beyond what was stated in the contract. (Specifically Chip with the replacement of the stone walkway and placement of rocks dug up during excavation, and re-seeding and levelling of dirt in the backyard.) Correspondence and responses (via text and email) from the company were not always timely, hence the 4/5 rating from me. Nonetheless, we are quite happy with the final completed pool project, and again, would endorse them for your project. ML

We interviewed several pool companies before deciding to go with Omniscapes. What set them apart was that they didn’t start the process by asking us what kind of pool we wanted. They asked us what our dream for our backyard space was, how we wanted to use it, what was important to us. By doing that, they knew that they needed to approach our project with solutions to keep the pool in close proximity to the house while maximizing the size. In the end, they were the only company to propose exactly what we had hoped to achieve with our space. The 3D renderings were a great touch as we could truly visualize the completed space. From the practical perspective, the teams that executed the work were highly skilled, very hard working and as non-intrusive as possible and respectful regarding our neighbors. Our project wrapped up with time and cost projections met. Working with Omniscapes was a very good experience and we are beyond thrilled with the beautiful pool and patio oasis they created for our family.

As with any large construction project, there are adversities to overcome. What separates Omniscapes is their ability to finish strong and ultimately give the customer what they envisioned.
