As a Loan Officer, I have never sat at a table so long. Had a mobile notary come because they did not properly staff for a closing thats been scheduled for 3 weeks. Mobile notary was 20 minutes late. Then signed docs and sent them to funder for review. My funder sent funding authorization 3 times and we were left sitting at the table for 40 minutes wondering what was going on. My company had funded the loan within minutes, and to be left at the table with no update from Land Title staff was embarrasing.
