At the end of lockdown I went to the haircut place near my work (here). I had Becca take me and she did such an excellent job that the next time I came by I requested her. She has been cutting my hair every 3-4 weeks since then and she never disappoints. This employee is nothing less than an artist. She truly gives me the confidence I need for almost any occasion. Ive gone to her before my best friends wedding, dates, and one funeral. This last Friday I came and I was so grateful she took me 5 minutes before they closed just so I could look well going to an event my friend invited me to. Once again she worked her magic. Im forever grateful to have found this person and their skills and I will come back always till the day she stops working there.

Made an appointment online for my son. Was in and out within 30 minutes. She did an amazing job.

I have had my hair cut at plenty of places and this location is top notch. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of getting Becca as my stylist on my first visit and haven’t looked back since. Becca is very friendly and genuinely shows interest while conversing. She is very professional, listens to exactly what you are looking for and has always made sure I am leaving happy with services rendered. I can’t speak highly enough about this location and Becca. I highly recommend!

Checked in online and was able to track my estimated wait, so was able to run errands instead of sitting around. Once I arrived, I liked being able to watch the NCAA tournament, both while waiting to be called back and while getting my haircut. As for the haircut, the stylist (Becca) was very good. She gave me a great haircut and massage at the end for the MVP.

I want to say that this place is very tidy and clean, and they are very efficient with your time, so that is a recommendation from me. The STAR OF THE SHOW goes to Becca though. She is meticulous with her work, and very easy with explaining things and hearing what the customer wants. I have had many people cut my hair in the past, but without a doubt she is one of, if not, the best.

Been going to Sports Clips for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and well trained. I like to change up my hairstyles and they are always adaptable to that. Highly recommend the MVP. Its relaxing to have a steamed towel, a wash and scalp and shoulder massage.

I have gotten my hair cut by angle and she did a better job than I thought I felt good about her services and a lady named z, Janelle and Alexis and Becca provide good pro tips for me Im looking forward to be getting a designer hair cut to stand out more I loved it and it was tight no problem here.

I remember why I stopped coming here 3 years ago, poor customer service and it still isn’t any better. Check in online and then you drop off and there’s only 2 stylers working and one is disinterested in cutting hair after a customer leaves. Thanks for the disingenuous “have a great day” on the way out the door as well, I will since I’m not waiting to get my haircut any longer here.

The lady wearing glasses who was at the front desk was very snippy with me. She was too much of a snowflake and became very dismissive. I should of left the place before going. It’s not worth wasting your money when you’re treated like an animal for no reason.

I got in and immediately the lady was short with me and tough to deal with when telling her how I wanted it done. I never leave reviews this is my first one. But the lady took about 5 minutes total to cut my hair. I asked her to cut my sideburns to halfway up my ear and she cut them to where i pretty much have no sideburns. I had 5 inches on the top and asked her to cut off 1. It’s about 2 inches now. I asked her to cut the side of my hair at a 4 and you can see my whole scalp about. The whole time she was also more consumed telling the other barber how to do her job rather than focus on me the person paying her. Oh and she didn’t give me my change and kept a 15 dollar tip for a 5 minute haircut. Pathetic

Use this location. Other highlands ranch location is very inexperienced and I don’t know how they have their license to do what they do. This is the only good sports clips . Go to this one

Not good at all!! The lady missed an entire batch on my head and didnt do my beard like i asked. And smelled like she just smoked a cigarette before she cut my hair. Im super disappointed

BLUF: I dont recommend this location; the staff arent experienced.The haircut I received was very disappointing. The barber used the clippers too high in the back and chopped off hair that took about seven weeks to grow out. Now the hair that combs across the top suddenly stops; theres no transition. And in case you are wondering, I have a full head of hair. Now my hair looks like a DIY COVID haircut. Ive had the same haircut for a handful of years and know when a barber doesnt know what they are doing. The impression I get from this team is that they dont have any experience. Sports Clips is apparently for guys who want simple buzz cuts while zoned-out watching sports. Their moto is Its Great To Be A Guy. Well not when your hair looks awful after paying $24 base (and Sports Clips has the audacity to suggest $5 as the minimum tip at checkout). I have a feeling this has to do with this location; I used to frequent a Sports Clips when I lived in a different state and the team there did a great job, regardless of who cut my hair. I went to this location to try it out and now the verdict is in.

Cut my sons neck and did not even apologize. He’s crying in the chair and all she did was tell him to sit still. So rude and unprofessional. Actually asked me if she was good with kids??? Uhhhhh... no you’re not! I will never go back to that location again.

This is the best Sport Clips location I have had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at. I have been using this location for going on a year or so now and they have all the standard sports items and TVs which is great. However, the stylists are what make this location the best. Becca has done a great job with my hair every time I come in and is always looking to make sure I get a consistent cut each time. Everyone seems to be engaging with customers and it is just an all around great experience. I love the newer sign in online feature which really helps with planning the best time to drop in. Stop in here, you wont regret it.

Becca did an awesome job with my hair. Ive been getting my haircut by her for the last two years. She even did my wedding haircut. With COVID-19, Becca did an awesome with keeping everything cleaned! I would strongly recommend!

I Checked-in on-line and I showed up a few minutes early as I was asked to do. The woman said they would be with be with me in a moment when I announced I was there.My appt was for 9:30am, I received a text saying they would be ready for me at 9:35.20 minutes later, I received another text that said.. Batter up! You are On Deck and next in line for your haircut. Please be in store and ready for your haircut experience, or risk losing your spot in line.So I went inside and said my name again, The woman said we will be with you in a moment. She was watching another woman cutting somebodys hair. I just walked out and left ..

Checked in online with particular stylist. Got text saying 15 minutes, when I arrived 5 minutes early they sat someone else and told me another 25 minutes. I set this time on my lunch break so now I have to schedule another day at lunch or take time off work. Completely unprofessional!!

This shop has a great vibe. By that I mean people are upbeat and friendly and yet there is just a calm feel about the place. As much as I do not enjoy haircuts in general, I enjoy being here. My stylist is Becca and she knows my hair well and does a great job every time! She keeps notes an remembers the nuances of my hair. I also appreciate that many of the stylists stay there for some time and I can build a good relationship.

Really took the time to find out what was important to me in getting a haircut, the style I wanted, very professional and courteous.Its about 20 minutes from my home and I just happened to be in the area however, Becca is now my favorite stylist and I will travel out of my way to visit this location.

Just had a hair cut with the new manager, Zshael, and boy does she know her stuff! She is so warm and friendly and fun to talk to! I normally go to Floyds for my hair cuts, but I may be making the switch! The old management was a major issue but Z is really turning things around! If you havent been to this location in a while or ever for a cut, facial massage, and shoulder massage, give it try and watch how they have drastically improved! 5 Stars all around! Thanks Z!-Sean

Had to wait a little bit, each of the stylists just started with other clients but the wait was shorter than estimated. There were TVs on to watch sports while waiting which made it feel quicker. Becca was very thorough and followed my request and was patient and courteous when I asked for a bit more to be taken off the top. I usually get a MVP, but passed this time to get on with my day; kind of missed the shampoo, hot towel, and shoulder massage. Overall a good experience.

I got a real bad haircut here this morning. Ive gotten 1 good cut here out of 3 visits. The girl this morning told me all about how she drank too much and stayed up too late and couldnt wait for her pizza to come because she was so hungry. Didnt ask if I wanted product in my hair. She just wanted me out of the chair. And the haircut I received and paid way too much for reflects that. Oh, and a minor gripe is that March Madness is going on, but SPORTS clips didnt have it on at all. Time to find a barber.

I bring my son here for a haircut every four weeks. Janelle is an amazing stylist, very professional, and always listens and delivers on what he needs done. My husband also gets his hair cut by Janelle, she sure does keep my boys in tip top shape. I recommend this Sport clips and Janelle! You wont be disappointed.

I got my hair cut here by Nikki yesterday. This is, by far, the worst haircut Ive ever received. One side is visibly longer than the other. She completely cut off half of my bangs. There are bumps and dents all over my head because there are random patches of hair that are much shorter than the rest. There is no consistent length whatsoever. There are random long hairs all around. She cut my hair with scissors, but it looks like she used clippers. Its really bad.I called today and asked to speak to a manager to see if they were willing to fix my hair, and I was put on the phone with Nikki. Apparently shes the manager. Needless to say, I have absolutely no intention of ever letting her come anywhere near my hair again, and the fact that shes the manager of this location raises a giant red flag for me. Its a shame, too, because this store is close to work, and Ive gotten good haircuts from other stylists here before.Ive gotten bad haircuts from other places in the past, but theyve been easily fixed. This time, its so bad that Im probably going to have to get my whole head buzzed down to a 1 or 2. Nikki should be embarrassed to have allowed a final product this bad to walk out of her store.

Becca always takes care of me! Great hair cuts and very personable. I can show her a picture of the hair style I want and she gives it to me exactly. She remembers whats going on in my life and always asks me how things are.

Time after Time this place has been a disappointment. They get you in and out in a timely manner at the cost of a decent hair cut. After explaining my concern I received an Auto generated message giving me $5 off my next cut. No thanks. Ill take my business to a place that actually cares about quality and good customer service.

Outstanding job by Beca and her team! Last time I went my wife said best hair cut in years! Went back and requested Beca for the same. Worth the drive past other hair cutters to go hear. Rather would have a quality hair cut than rocking music playing, though I prefer rocking music to sports.

Avoid this place. They were totally overwhelmed with temperature checks, there was 6 kids with no masks running around the lobby, and the girl at the desk looked like she was about to cry. They arent prepared to do business during covid and should be shut down.

Started coming here when I moved to HR. Use to be a good place to go for a haircut but now that the staff has changed the quality has gone down. They either hire people who dont listen, have an attitude, have a heavy accent and you cant understand them, or they make awkward conversations during the haircut. Add that to not so great haircuts.... Im out going elsewhere. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the hot towel.

Worst haircut of my life! Stylist completed overlooked the entire left side of my head. Sideburns completely uneven. Stacie was my stylist and was more preoccupied with her kids doing her work so they could get out by 6:00.Going back to demand a refund so I can pay someone else to fix it.Never will return!

Put my name in their system at the front desk, like they asked me to do. I checked a box saying to text me when my turn came up. I went outside and waited. After 45 minutes I went back in to see what was taking so long. My name had been moved to the bottom of the list. They said we skipped you a few times. Not happy, I had to leave for a meeting and they were closed the next day for a holiday. 1st time there, last time there.

Came in for a fade, Nikki the manager did not know how to do that for me she was very very rude and was rough with my head while cutting when she got irritated with me when I told her that I did not like the way she cut my hair. She was very disrespectful, unprofessional and she half assed my haircut because she was mad she had to actually work.

I usually go to the older one, but today I was in a hurry so I went to this one, and not only was it a long wait, but the lady I had didnt listen to what I asked her to do. For example I asked for a trimming on the top, and she didnt trim it, she left it the same length.
