Worst towing company I’ve ever experienced. Made me wait over 3hrs only to find out they weren’t going to show up. These people are very rude. Please do not do any service with these people. They will make you wait a long time just to not show up.

Had to get my car towed when I locked my keys out. The guy I worked with was super professional, called me when he got there, dropped the car off and was updating me along the way. Wasnt annoyed when I called for updates throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

Our insurance company arranged for our towing thru AOS Towing aa we were stranded on I-90. They were very prompt and professional with their response as the driver Marvin was immediately to our rescue! Marvin called to verify our location and stayed in touch until his timely arrival. Marvin was very professional and made us feel very comfortable with this stressful experience! A big thank you AOS and Marvin for providing such an awesome experience!

Really, really bad. I had a flat tire and they towed, replaced it and charged me $300. The new tire went flat and they now say the tire replacement part of their business has closed and they wont take care of the new tire they installed and is now flat. Lots of towing companies out there. Choose one that is reputable ... not these scammers.

I used the twin services in Friday, 10/16/2020 and the representative MARVIN arrived ontime. He was very professional, pleasant personable personality, made sure the vehicle was secured properly and upon arrival to the destination, he carefully removed and safely parked the vehicle. I give AOS Trucking service 5 stars.

Very friendly and took great care of my car

My tow was handled through State Farm roadside assistance. It was 24 hours after a blizzard and my car was not stranded or a traffic hazard so I understood it would take time to be attended. I hid the keys and went on my way after discussing this option with the dispatcher. The tow driver called when he was on his way. He called when he found my car in the parking lot. Then, he sent the attached photo when it was delivered. Im simply stunned by the 5⭐ service from a no doubt fatigued driver and dispatcher. Thank you AOS!

I want to give special recognition to Marvin who did a terrific job towing my older red PT Cruiser from my driveway 2 weeks ago. He was friendly, kind and very patient. He certainly tackled the job with ease and a smile. I highly recommend AOS Towing with a shout out to Marvin.

Requested a tow through progressive roadside assistance. Vehicle had no damage prior to the tow, was told I didn’t have to stay on site to wait for the driver so I didn’t. My mistake apparently. Upon picking my vehicle up from the mechanic I immediately had significant front bumper damage brought to my attention that is clearly consistent with damage from a tow due to the direction the break is facing because it faces outwards. I filed a claim through agero, who represents AOS, and it became clear to me that the employees are lying and covering for eachother and didn’t accept responsibility. Will be sure to never approve AOS coming again since they obviously don’t know how to release a vehicle off of a flatbed or how to be honest and accept responsibility.

Call twice left voice mail to request estimated amount to release vehicle. Nobody returned call, despite attemptsI Had to personally go and pay to get the vehicle releasedAlso, when picking up vehicle, the tow driver was checking to see if I was doing something to other vehicles..Not really sure why...Disappointing that there are no other tow services nearby.

I saw a tow truck driver late last night driving like a bat out of hell on 290 and 53. As I was entering ramp he was so close that his lights blinded me. I had to speed up to 70mph on a ramp to distance him. I gladly got out of the way once we merged. Looking ahead he was driving at 85-90 mph, switching lanes rapidly, and driving very close behind other vehicles in the 3rd lane to get them out of the way. Very unsafe.

These guys are always there when you need them. Very professional and accurate with their times. Keep up the good work!

Roadside Tow service never showed up. Waited for almost 2hrs at 2am. Progressive Insurance also could no longer get a hold of tow company.
