Made the right choice when I found Harty Realty. Just bought my first house this year! The road was long, my job location changed a few times during my search which meant so did the areas I was looking in.. We searched all over from Lockport to Crystal Lake. In the end it was around 2 years I worked back and forth with Rich to find the right house for a newbie like me.Rich was patient and professional the entire time and although we had seen our share of disasters together he was always willing to jump and run to show me a house last minute.As a buyers agent I really felt Rich had my back. On a number of occasions I was ready to settle and just be done but he saved me from making some bad decisions in our quest to find the right one.At no point I ever felt pressured to buy and despite our long journey I never felt anything less than him wanting to see me in a good house thats right for me.In the end we found a house in Joliet that was in my budget that needed virtually no work done and for size, age, and price was comparably better than anything weve seen in the 2 years we worked together.. couldnt be happier.Thanks Rich for everything!
