Mariola helped sell my house that was on the market for months. She gave useful advice on how to display my house and worked constantly with showings and open houses for my house. I felt assured to leave my house with her and she went above and beyond to take care of certain things for me since I do not live close by anymore. She responded promptly to any questions I had through the way. It was great working with her!

I just want to say that Mariola is awesome!!!I bumped into her about a year ago when visiting an open house she was hosting. We spoke for a while and shew provided me with her information. While I was looking for a home, I was working with an agent whom I thought was best for me at the time. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I ran into Mariola at another open house! We were buying a brand new construction home in Chicago and moving from Michigan. We heard about Mariola from a family friend who had worked with her previously and had great success in buying a home. Their situation was different as they were a local couple and we were moving from Michigan so we had no knowledge of the area or what to look for in a home in Chicago. We completely relied on our agents expertise and trusted her judgement to help us find the right home for us.Mariola went above and beyond Facetiming us from different homes, sending us videos from homes that she would go to by herself!Ultimately she narrowed down the choices to 3 homes and we came to town to view them with her. She understood our needs, and based on what she showed us, we made an offer on our favorite one and she negotiated us a great price.Before we moved to town she arranged everything with Utility companies, hired a cleaning service to get the home ready for us.There are few agents that go so far above and beyond what Mariola does, so we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone!

Contacted Mariola regarding 734 Barberry Rd in Highland Park. Fanny May had the listing, but Mariola was listed as the agent. Was told by Mariola that the listing is not yet ready, but the house will be priced at around $270k - 290k. The house came on the market a few months later at $337,200 (MLS Listing 08907957). Mariola was very pushy on trying to convince me that the house is priced perfectly and we wont be able to find another one for the same price. She was partially right since there was not much on the market at the time, but I feel her goal is to sell the house for highest price since thats what her commission is based on. If you are looking for a house, I would suggest dealing through your agent and not with Mariola directly. Btw, that house sold for $293,500 five months after sitting on the market.

This is by far the worst customer service. I have been looking for an investment property and called the agent at Red Zone Realty. The person who responded was rude and she acted as if she was doing me a favour. I will never call them again and I advise you to stay away from those agents

Their phone line is not working and Mariola has not responded to my email requesting a showing, therefore, I was not able to show the property to my client. Thank you
