I called Jones air duct to have someone come out for an estimate and they sent someone from a completely different company and I was not informed until the very end of his visit. That company has terrible reviews. I called Jones bc they had excellent renters. It was a complete bait and switch and I’m very upset about it.

Jones Air Duct Cleaning is great! They provided a time window for the appointment and called me during the window to let me know exactly when to expect them at my home. Mike was courteous and extremely helpful and thorough. He cleaned out our dryer vent and made some helpful suggestions regarding improving the seals on the existing connections of our duct work.
