My husband and I are very loyal clients. When we find someone or a company that is great, we stick with their business. Over the long New Years weekend, we decided to clean our dryer vent in our condominium. As we were finishing up, the brush broke off and became lodged in the vent. We had no idea who to call for a job like this. I had never used Angie’s list and figured I’d give it shot. I put in all my information and within about 30 minutes, I received a call from Monster Dryer Vent Services to follow up on our inquiry. My husband explained to Armando, the owner, what had happened and he set an appointment with us for next day at 9am. Armando was prompt and got straight to the issue. Not only was the brush stuck, but he found that a large birds nest was lodged in the hole blocking the air out. He removed the birds nest, remaining dust and the brush!!! I live in Hinsdale and we have a large family. That means I do a lot of laundry. Between all of us, I feel like the dryer is constantly running. I thought I was going to have to replace my dryer, even though it is not all that old. A neighbor told me about Dryer Vent Cleaning Monster and I was blown away by the amount of lint that the tech removed. It was insane! Superb customer service from dryer vent cleaning monster! The man that came to my home in Lake Forest was so nice and funny! I appreciated that they were following Covid-19 precautions without having to say anything or ask. They had full gear on and were very conscientious. They explained the whole process and even talked to me about how lint catches fire really easily. He even helped me find a way to “recycle” my lint and use it to start my fireplace. I love that my lint wont set my house on fire but can have a useful purpose! 10/10!

I live in Glenview Illinois and think that Dryer vent cleaning monster has great service & price for cleaning my dryer vent. They communicated everything ahead of time and even offered to bump my appointment to an earlier date because of a cancellation. The tech that came to my house were very professional and courteous and cleaned up well after himself. He sent me this gross photo of my dryer’s vent full of lint. I would highly recommend them.

My wife had been complaining for a while that it took over 90 minutes to dry our clothes. I figured we needed a new dryer so I went out and got one to surprise her. My Stepmother lives in Highland Park and recently we had a scary situation where she was smelling a burning odor coming from her dryer. She was very worried and since I do not live nearby I was trying to help her find a reputable company to come check out her clothes dryer. Bobby from Dryer Vent Cleaning monster came out quickly and was able to take care of the lint clogging up my stepmothers dryer vent.
