Owner and staff were great! Never went before the new management but knew her before she went out on her own and just had to support her! My nails lasted 7 weeks during the quarantine that she had done. Definitely give them a try!

If your looking for a more natural I did it myself or a more my child is an aspiring nail tech look then go here. Heads up this so called nail spa doesnt provide refunds. And the price of this left handed child painted manicure accompanied by a pedicure will cost you $50.00 but if you so happen not to like it after your card has been swiped. Welp you are out of luck because they dont do refunds! Case and point DONT GO HERE!

This is the first time I’ve come here, everyone was extremely nice, fantastic pedicure and Jenny the manager gave fantastic customer service. I highly recommend v nails, she even was so nice she gave us all super cute masks too. God bless her. Thank you I’ll definitely be back over and over

Absolutely amazing. Owner has a beautiful personality. They don’t rush my pedicure was about an hour long definitely the best place I’ve ever went to. Don’t plan on going nowhere else💅🏻😚

I came here because I needed my nails done and couldnt get to my regular place that day. would have preferred one of the ladies. A male did mine and he just wasnt personable. One of my fingernails was messed up cuz it looked like some black lint or fuzz got in it, and he had the lady fix it. My nails were mint green so the black lint thing was noticeable. I feel one of the ladies would have done better. My nails look fine but are lackluster to me. My nails feel like it lacks that no chip shine after theyre done. If I go back Id try one of the ladies or go to my other place.

Under New Management now called Elegance. Is a great modern nail salon. They offer great deals. And are very passionate in making there clients happy. Definitely my new favorite nail spot.

Went here for the first time on 7/6/2020 under the new management. Had a wonderful experience. Ny, my nail tech/manager, is awesome. She’s doing a great job renovating and making the place look more updated. Looking forward to my next dip manicure!

I had to do quick mani so i waked info this salon because it was on my way, i had great job done from one of the girls there, its been a week and my manicure still look awesome, i did french non chip. Unfortunately i didn’t have tome to do my pedi but i will definitely go back soon, the salon is under new management and they are very talented

Bad customer service i made an appointment for manicure & pedicure . It was a guy he is name kelvin, he did for me the manicure and when i been waiting for my turn to do a pedicure he said come back tomorrow for it, and almost 4 customers came after me he said welcome to them for pedicure its not acceptable and not professional it was my first time & its gonna be last time 👎👎👎

Had my nails done with acrylics and no chip beforeVacation. My nails were exposed to sun, sand, salt water and I had no issues. The no chip polish is stillShiny with no chip and the acrylics are still strong and solid after 2 weeks. I’m very satisfied. Going back for fill-ins.

I really loved this place Jim was so nice to me I didn’t ask her name but she had a piercing she did my nails SO PERFECTLY!!!! I LOVE THEM! Went back today, same lady did my nails. She literally rushed through it and left nail polish all over my skin. They’re always so good here I don’t know what happened to them but never going back. Very, VERY upset about the set of nails I came home with today 😭 I was so excited too cause I haven’t gotten a nice nail set in a long time, very disappointed and do not go here

The people who work here are very nice, but how the nails are done not so much. I’ve gotten multiple full acrylic sets from V’s and the shape of the nails were always rigid, and uneven. I would tell the worker & they would say they would fix it & they never did. I always left unsatisfied with the paint job as well, as it was done sloppy, I got air bubbles in my paint, and paint was smeared on my cuticle. Not to mention that the nails themselves break faster compared to other places I’ve gotten sets from. They usually don’t have many people working so it’s only 1-2 people in the store and the wait can be long. As I was getting one of my old sets off my new nail tech even commented on my nails and said they were shaped poorly. When the nail techs at V’s did my nails I could jus tell that it was done without care and in an almost lazy manner. Otherwise the place is not so bad, it can look a little unsanitary from time to time compared to other locations. But I give it two stars since they supply drinks such as coke, water, etc. But if you think these people do a good job, you have clearly never been to a good nail tech.

Very clean. Comfortable massaging pedicure chairs. I get my pedicures here about 6 to 8 times a year. They do a great job on the massage and the polish really lasts. All the cosmetologists are very friendly.Try the Tropical Pedicure!The hours are wrong on Google. They are open every day except major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Independence Day, etc.

Id give no stars if i could... I got acrylic nails done last week... The nails were super thick and theyre already popping off... I would have better luck with press on nails than with what I spent $30 on...

Always a warm welcome and a positive professional experience. They have a nice variety of pedicures. They also do waxing. What I like most is that they listen to my requests.

I will never go back here again!! Staff really bad just hanging out in the pedicure chairs no shoes on, just on phone and one worker flat out refused to give other woman specific treatment. (One of the more expensive treatments) which typically means better tips. For my manicure I was told to pick my color. The polish they use is the 99 cent colors from Walgreens. Including top coat. I do a much better job myself but thought I would treat myself. Horrible lazy staff. And color started chipping next day, filing was also really bad. Obviously I would never recommend this salon.

HORRIBLE. I came here for a full set. I left with glue on my fingers, nail polish on my fingers, uneven nails, patchy polish, acrylic sticking from out my nails. I asked to have the extra skin around my cuticles cut, and the guy doing my nails said we only do that for manicures, so I then said well ya how much extra would it be for you to do it like 5 dollars or so and he than says I think........he did not cut the skin around the cuticles even though I offered to pay extra. I then was put in a different chair with a lady manicurist to do the acrylic and file down my nails. She cut my nails down even more without asking me. They were so rushed and filing my nails away...when I spoke and told her my nails were filed uneven she gave me the your nails are crooked....all my nails are not crooked. Also there was the powdered gel sticking from my nails because she did not shave it down nor file properly. The edges of my nails were sharp, she did not file it even when I had told her. I had polish on my fingers and above my cuticles and she did not bother removing it. I went to dry my nails and a customer who was sitting next to me also drying her nails said she usually does not come there and did not like the service. I showed her my nails and she had said that I should not even pay full price for a job done so nasty and poorly, she had said to me I could tell how upset you were and heard you offer to pay more and he still did not do what you asked for....it was literally that obvious. The prices are not even up nor listed in the store. I left really upset, so unsatisfied and even more mad I paid for a service that was done terribly. Horrible service!!. After the guy did my nails, I politely told him they were uneven, lumpy and too thick. I pointed out which ones I would like fixed he told me he did not see anything wrong. The other technician had to fix them for me, however they still look horrible! I have never been so disappointed before with my nails. I also got a pedicure, which looks terrible as well.. She did not massage my legs and my pants are soaked..How did that happen🤔..Guys go somewhere else!

Nails are horrible! Spent $35 for a whole new acrylic gel set that are uneven and plain messy! The paint looks like a 5 year old did it (Seriously) and I asked for diamonds. They try to charge $8 each for a whole name of them but then they took it to $10 for both and the technician did them all over the place, no organization! Im really a nail girl and Im so irritated with my nails! They are sweet people tho!!

Terrible ServiceWent here for the deal. 30 dollars for Manicure & Pedicure. This deal is nothing new. Many places have it. Pedi was not complete. I got no lotion or foot massage. My feet did not have time to soak so I bled on both my ankles. My feet were as dry looking as they were when I got there.I go obviously to sit relax and have someone else pamper you. My nails were done Very unprofessional. Polish was all over my skin. I went into the sun I wanted to cry. I went back in to have them done right.I said excuse me sir can you look at these? He said not my problem. Your problem with her and pointed. Then I said I spent 37 dollars this needs to be fixed. A really short ladycame over. She said I have to wait until that women who did mine was done doing a pedi she just started or have her give this lady the 7.00 tip I gave!! WOW So I made that happen.New lady did my nails. No one said sorry. They said these are my normal nails they will NEVER turn out perfect. Not True.Its not right as well. You have to pay before complete so your nails do not ruin. So your paying blind. You dont know something will happen like this. Trust me. The worst nail salon Ive ever been to. Never again. My normal salon will see me again. A couple more mile drive is worth it.There is so much more negative I can say. Not worth the money.Zero relaxation. Just a headache. Should have never went there.

I was very hesitant to go to V Nails, due the reviews. However it was a good experience I cant complain. My mom and I went and we had a great experience. The areas were clean and service was good. I heard Jim is great, I had shawn and he was great!( he is a character a lil too much, but good) my mom had an older lady and a younger woman w piercing and she was very pleased. The pricing is ok, I got a mani no chip 30$ and pedi 25$ my mom got french tips 35$ and pedi 25$

Horrific. My nails were cut with scissors and then completely cracked, bleeding and dry at the end. Shape was awful. Yikes. The girl didn’t care I was telling her the shape was uneven. Ridiculous. Do not come here.

My feet hurt after having a pedicure here. I have open wounds on my feet from the metal tool they used on my feet. They didn’t stop when I said it hurt. She filed my nail so close to the skin it burned when I put it in the water. My nails are uneven and the paint is already coming off after 2 days.

Ive been going to them since I moved in the area back in 2014. Since earlier this year, their customer service has gone all the way down, whereas they dont seem to care about certain people and are all about their money. 🤷🏾‍♀️

They dont deserve a star went for waxing and they let it drop on my clothes and try to removed it with oil. The ladies back and forth try to get my eyebrows waxed and the excuses my hair was to short and needed to be tweeze they couldnt even do that left w an irritated face and no waxing and still had to pay $16

Absolutely horrible ! I couldve done my nails myself better then this . I did acrylic and she did them so fast and they were very rude . They werent even that busy ! One person waiting ! She had no conversation with me and my nails are uneven ! I do not recommend this place ! My best friend did her nails too and they painted them so bad !!!like a child would paint them ! We decided to try a new nail salon and lesson learned ! Rather wait an hour then have this nail salon do them !
