I got my nails done here for the first time today for homecoming and I’m floored. This place is amazing! They are so nice and their prices are reasonable especially for what they do. I paid $68 for these and I believe full set acrylics with gel polish starts at $48. I absolutely love this place. When you book an appointment get Ny. She did amazing as you can see! I highly, highly recommend!

I did a walk in and was recommended to go with ny but unfortunately she was booked. I understand that my nails are short but my cuticles were not done all the way and the nail polish is all over my skin and the edges look very messy. Everyone was very nice but I am very unhappy with my nails.

Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere at this salon is very welcoming an friendly! Also has an amazing staff an is very clean an well decorated!& Ny is by far the best!! She is very professional and will take her time to make sure you are satisfied with your nails! I’ve been getting my nails done by Ny for well over a year an she never disappoints!!

If i could give them 100 stars i would they dud a great service Im a very very picky person when comrs to my nails OMG Jenny and her boyfriend and the guy who did my services were excellent very impressed. My nails arent lumpy or unevenly shaped it was very excellent service Ill be coning from now instead of driving 40 minutes to get my services they are 5 minutes from my home

When the new management took over, I was beyond excited to see a complete turn around of this place. Jennys store has so many color options for dip powder manicures. The place is clean, prices are reasonable, and they even accept quick pay which makes things incredibly convenient. My first few manicures were done by Jenny, and she really is an artist. Not only that, but she takes her time to ask you about your day, and makes you feel right at home. I felt super happy to have found my new forever nail place.However, my last two manicures were really disappointing. For the first, a female nail tech (not Jenny) gave me a service, and there was a bit of a language barrier. I asked for a cut down with an alternate nail shape. Im not sure she understood me. The only thing she did was round out my nails, and they were left extremely long. Also, I asked for a glitter ombre accent nail, and even though Jenny was able to do it for me the previous visit. When I asked the nail tech directly, Jenny spoke up and responded for her, we dont recommend that for dip powder manicures. But I figured, hey, Megan you didnt speak up, your bad. When you come in next time, be more assertive. Ill take the blame this time.But this weeks visit was by far what sent me over the edge. I had an older male tech who clearly hasnt been doing nails for very long (and also didnt communicate very well). After he took off my polish, he didnt ask how short I wanted my nails; he just grabbed the clippers and went to cut. It wasnt until I pulled my hand away that he asked. When I said yes, he cut them all off. I was so upset. I went from having extremely long nails to having short nails. But I wanted somewhat of a cut down anyway, so I was like hey, at least Ill be able to type now.However, He didnt cut my cuticles or push them back or buff out my nails at all. I asked for a square/oval shape (which he did on my pinky finger) but the rest of my nails turned out incredibly square, and my thumbs now look like two big toes (look at the image and tell me they dont). Ive been getting manicures for many years and Ive NEVER met a nail tech who couldnt file nails. He literally filed them down straight across and theyre not even even on each hand. Also, the dip powder is uneven, chunky, and missing in some places at the cuticles (see images).At the end of my visit, I thought at least maybe he could fix my nail shape. So I spoke up and tried to have him file them; and even though he tried, he clearly didnt have enough experience to fix it correctly. Something notable to mention: both owners were in the shop that day and they saw the interaction. Ive been coming back in regularly for the last 5 months, and they said nothing, You think they wouldve asked, Is everything alright? Did he fix it? Nope. Nothing. So much for the personal service I had been given before.Long story short: if you go here, make sure you only get Jenny. If they tell you to sit anywhere else, I would definitely not expect great service, and itll be a toss up if your nails turn out how you want them.

I love this salon! The vibe at this salon is very friendly and I am always greeted right when I walk in! The salon itself is very clean and is decorated nicely. I have been coming to Ny for my nails for a few years now and she always does exactly what I ask for !! She keeps up with what nails trends and designs are popular and will take her time to make sure you love your nails! They didn’t have the exact color I was looking for so she mixed 2 colors for me and made the perfect shade. She always goes out of her way to make sure your experience is perfect!!

Elegance is wonderful! Everyone is very friendly. I’ve never had any issue with the nail techs being on time with appointments. Ny has been doing my nails for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I had a pedicure by another nail tech and was very happy with that too! Definitely give them a chance!

Ny was absolutely 💯 the best nail tech Ive ever had. I usually get my nails done every few years and have yet to be wowed until Ny. Thank you for making my nails look spectacular. Will definitely be recommending Elegance!! Keep up the good work.

Great service! Kind staff! I got my first manicure and pedicure here with my sister and I was kinda nervous at first but they made me feel really comfortable. I Especially loved how they respected that you had if you had an appointment over walk ins after a bad experience I had with another nail salon that I was trying to get my mani and pedi done at. Jenny was AMAZING! First time coming by referral from my sister and I LOVED it! This was the first time I got dip powder and just coming with a specific design I wanted and was able to get exactly what I wanted! My first visit at Elegance Nails and Spa under new the ownership. They were thorough with the hand sanitizing when I walked in. My nails were perfectly shaped and the color was exactly what I asked for! I received great service and the staff is professional. I will definitely be back!

I usually go Every 4 weeks! Never had a problem with my Nails popping off! Technician Kelly did my Nails on July 20th and 5 of my Nails Came off! Im going back August 31st and I will only let Technician Jen do my Nails!

I am so impressed with the quality of work at Elegance Nails, now that there is new ownership they remodeled and made it look so pretty inside! Ny is the only nail tech I’ve been to for years and I will continue to only give her my business. I have received pedicures as well from a few different employees and they were all great! I started coming here this summer, right after the new ownership happened. I never saw it before. Location is so convenient. Service...awesome! I am always so happy walking out. They do fabulous work, i love looking at everyones nails as they leave for ideas. Today I wanted to try the ombre French manicure, the pictures dont do it any justice at all. Its perfect for an event I have coming up and not nearly as harsh as a regular French mani. I havent and wont go anywhere else.
