I love getting my nails done by John, he takes his time & make sure your nails come out looking good or even better! These our my nails that he have done on me.

Terrible place. I only went there cause my manicurist was not available at a different salon. Several customers were complaining that they had fungus. I week later my nail had fungus. I noticed that they do not serialize their instruments which they should be fined for. Beware!

I’ve been coming here for the passed 3 years and they’re amazing. They’ve recently renovated the entire salon, making it more appealing and comfortable. Toni, the owner always takes his time.Highly recommended !

Claim they close at 7:30, it’s 6:28 & they refused service saying it’s closed & the salons pretty empty. Garbage garbage, will never be coming back after all these years .

I always do my nails here and get very good service . Martha and Virginia are excellent . My one complaint is the AC is not cold enough. It’s always hot, and I like doing my nails to relax. It’s hard to relax in the heat. Please turn up the AC .

I can write for hours why this salon is my favorite and has been my favorite for 6 years. They work amazing, take their time, remove all of my cuticles, never cut me. Bilingual and great prices. I will forever keep on coming here. Lee is amazing and all of her staff is hard working and super sweet!! Keep up the good work Lee I will forever keep recommending your salon to all of my friends/coworkers/family. Also Lee does the best eyebrows!! I get at least one compliment a day on my eyebrows!!

The reason for my 3 stars is that #1 its usually hot in there. #2 I noticed they dont have their tools in disinfectant. Things just keep getting used and I think thats disgusting. The place can definitely be a lot cleaner overall. #3 The wait is always long. However theyre very kind, talented and have good pricing. I know this place is getting remodeled so I will be back in hopes of great changes and I will update my review.

Li did nice brows but the new owners do really nice nails. They shape them beautifully & as always the Cuban ladies give a great pedicure, now they do a luxurious pedicure with hot towels & massage your legs. Love how now there’s over 500 different colors to choose from including powder colors! 😍

I miss Lee :( New people are super rude. The older man started laughing at my nails. The old owners were always so nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in, now the new owners are completely and utterly rude. Also, the new owners told me a certain price in the beginning and when I went to pay it was more, which I don’t understand if I specifically asked for something and they said that it would be a certain price. They also charge an extra dollar if you pay with card. They won’t be seeing me back there unless the old owners come back.

The man in the front desk at the entrance has a horrible attitude and has bad service. Everyone else does an amazing job at their work.

My wife came to get her nails done. New owners are some what nice. But mostly when you want request or ask for something. They get very agitated.

My nails were done by John and they were nice. However the reason I’m giving it a 1 star which if I could I would give it 0 stars is bc, I asked John if after he finished my nails he could do my daughter’s nails and said yes. Some Prude a** lady walks in and said she wanted a refill and was told to wait, some guy named Tony, I’m guessing the owner tells John to take the lady next, John tells him my daughter is next and he said no take the refill first. It’s a shame that I won’t ever step foot there again bc I liked the way John did my nails but what that guy did you just don’t do. I explained to him that I couldn’t wait for him to do the refill and then take my daughter and he still didn’t care. I’m not spending my money at a place where they don’t care. I’m speaking on my own experience there just now.

I want the old people back. I miss lee. This place now sucks they’re very rude and need better management. They make you get a specific shape in nail. They charge you extra ! I don’t get it.

I visited this salon this afternoon along with my Daughter. I got a Gel Mani/Pedi. My Daughter got powered dipped nails. My nail tech which I didnt catch her name (Asian lady) was nice, quiet but talked at times was very gentle cutting my hand cuticles. She didnt leave any polish on my skin and cleaned the edges. I had another Cuban lady do my pedi. She was very nice, talkative and also did a good job with my cuticles and cleaned the edges. My Daughter got her dipped nails with a male tech. He was fast and did a fenominal job.Her dipped nails were $50The only issue I had and the reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because my mani pedi was too expensive $50 when Ive got them done at Berticas in Hisleah for $25 and the job was fantastic.Overall pleasant experience, would highly recommend for dipped nails, go elsewhere cheaper for reg.mani pedi

I wish Li and her crew would come back. The new owners are so rude... the owner that did my nails was clearly sick with a bad cough and she coughed all over my arms until she put her mask back on. I’ve never felt so grossed out. I was there last week and she literally did my hands in 20 minutes... the gel on my nails are already chipping. This place sucks now that Li is gone but I really like the Cuban ladies that work there.

The. lady that seat in the first table she does notcknow how to treat the costumers. they charged an extra dollar for using the credit cards machine😤she start it to explain to me how much the service of credit card cost her and I told her that the was not my problem that the was her business. she kept going and going talking about the same thing. never coming back here again or any of my friends

I went on for a full set of acrylics, a man helped me out. Didnt have to wait which was a plus. As the man cuts my nails I noticed that he was cutting them as I would. I requested he let me re cut my nails. He started to place on the tips and I realized that he didnt clean my cuticles. I mentioned this to him and he stated that if I wanted the full set that wasnt included. I wore acrylics for 15 yrs and I use to get the full work for the price of the full set. I dont know if this changed over time. The owner (female Lyn?) Stated that she could remove the acrylics and I could go where they cut my cutticles. I was shocked, Im looking to resolve my problem not add to it. I told her she was being sarcastic and she offer a quick solution. GO. Apparently they dont need my business. The lack of professionalism was incredible. I wonder if it it lacks of education or cultural. The man continue and did a great job. It is a petty this woman lacks tack and professional skills. Will I come back know to this place, Definitely No.Would I recommend it, no unless you dont care for being treated with manners . Too many places charge the same out.

Came in for the first time to remove my acrylics and get a gel manicure with a polish change on my toes. The place is very small, has no music, and was a bit warm. While i was here, i had two people take care of me. The first was a man named john. He was very quiet and very rough while taking the acrylics off. Ive had acrylics for a while so when they didnt come off easily he got frustrated and yelled in Vietnamese. Right after he had me switch chairs and a woman named Ly(Lee) to care of me. She was very friendly and when i got frustrated because i hadnt seen my nails so short before she knew exactly how to help. She is very attentive and gives a wonderful gel manicure. If it wasnt for her, i wouldnt come back and i wouldnt have given three stars.

This place is very unprofessional I was outside first one in and was the last to get taken care of ... the tech that first told me she was going to do my nails sat me than told me no my appointment is come in, her appointment never came in and I was still sitting down after 1 hour of being wait ... if u are not one of these tech favorite don’t even go there

Honestly. First time there and terrible experience. Being charged extra for shape is ridiculous, and then charging a dollar extra for using card 🙄🙄. I feel offended from them constantly asking if i want to wax my upper lip when i don’t even have hair there. It’s terrible. Never again
