Do not send anything by air shipment to Venezuela. It may take 2+ months to reach the destination. There will be multiple excuses for the delays, such as Colombian customs withholding cargo. After many inquiries, eventually they stop responding. My latest shipment is likely to be lost.

I wish I could give less than a star to this place because my short experience with this company was bad. I send an email requesting a quote to send a TV to DR.BEFORE me even buying the TV I send an email (reference attached) to them inquiring about their services. On the email I included the dimensions, weight and even put in parenthesis it was a 43 TV. Someone from the company answered me via email and gave me a price, which to me seems cheap, but it was really the first time I was sending anything like that, so I had no reference....I drove from Kendall to Hialeah to drop the TV and as soon as I got there I was told that they didnt make this type of shipments because financially made no sense (which is fine, but this was an information that shouldve being given to me when I wrote inquiring about their service 6 days before). When I explained that someone from their company gave me the estimated when I was very clear on what I was trying to send. Their excuse was this person was new to the company, thats no excuse.I think its unprofessional and disrespectful to have someone who doesnt know the basics of your business misinforming potential customers. I wouldnt even attempt to get in business with this company ever again.

I bought some vitamins worth US23 on Amazon. The vitamins arrived at Xoom Cargo more than a month ago, after a lot of asking until today I received an email with a payment settlement for US50, I repeat US50 for a shipment of 2 pounds. I have used this company more than 4 times to ship my packages to Panama and every time has been a struggle. My packages have arrived to their warehouse without being noticed to me. I had to call and text 100 times to get the confirmation from them. I have had packages in their warehouse for two weeks without sending them out to Panama just because the communication with them is almorzó impossible. If its not me reaching out to them the packages will still be there.Too bad communication is terrible. Packages arrive at the locker and customers are not notified of their arrival, which makes the shipping process lengthy. My last experience was with an urgent package that arrived at the warehouse two weeks ago and if it wasnt for me calling and texting the shipment would not have been made yet. After two weeks it was sent and although I confirm the air shipment due to the urgency of the package, Mrs. Vilma, who is the one with whom I contact, sent it by sea without my authorization, which means that the package will take another 3 weeks to arrive. I have sent more than 4 packages and all the processes have been tedious and the process has sometimes taken up to a month to finish. It is a disorganized company with a lack of control and LOGISTICS which is essential in a shipping company.

I recommend it 100%, I have been using its services (about 30 shipments) since early 2016 and I have NEVER missed anything. The delivery period ranges from 3-6 days and depends a lot on the holidays and what it takes to pay and send the receipt. You also have to keep in mind that they are counted on business days, so if you ask for a Friday or Thursday the next week will come, I do my best to ask for Mondays or Tuesdays and sometimes they have arrived in 2 days! The Xoom Cargo service is one of the worst. 1-The box was received and after 3 weeks was when made the shipment apparently the box was not identified despite having sent an email the same day of the purchase with the information and follow up for 2 weeks with Vilma giving the same answer always had to wait for billing. 2.- When I requested a quote, they could pay for cargo insurance. On the day of billing, they told me that for power plants they did not offer the insurance service (When with other companies they do). 3 .- It has been 4 weeks since the load was allegedly shipped and the delivery has not been made, according to the answer is that the plants take a little longer than what another product could be taken. My shipment went to Venezuela. Nathalia pays good attention but I was not looking for just good attention I wanted good service. It is worth noting that they are not the cheapest either. A friend sent the same product to another company and in addition to receiving it this week she paid almost half of what I paid including insurance. I do not recommend this provider or use it again.

I used them only once and the complete merchandise did not arrive. They say a delivery date for the merchandise and do not meet the date. I never expected such a disastrous experience. More than 3 weeks waiting for something in which send 10 emails where I did not receive an answer, until calling me they told me that my order was passed, I had to open boxes until I found it. They deliver a super bad service deliveries for a date and it is not so I sent to Panama on November 28 they told me and they assured me that it would arrive in 2 weeks and today is January 7 and even my family does not.
