My wife and me we send boxes for a long time in this company last time we send 4 boxes 📦 and for the first time boxes coming without items some person opened before putting the seal because the boxes arrive in sto dgo with the seal thats means some MF opened here in miami before putting the seal be carefull buyers some ratts working over there 👉

First and last time I use this company. The service in the Miami office is very good ..... Until after they pick up the load.Of 9 boxes collected at the same time and to be sent to 3 destinations close to each other in Santo Domingo, 2 destinations went in a container and another, 3 weeks later.When calling in Santo Domingo they dont know anything about it, they say its the Miami office.And getting information about the distribution / delivery is impossible to know in advance when they will deliver, they only know the route of the next day. They take a very long time to deliver.I have used several companies but this has been my worst experience in terms of time and responses.I will never use it again.

The company is very efficient in terms of service from Miami and it is rare to be late. In my case, there was a small delay because a strong storm had passed in the days that had just arrived. I think the service can improve a bit in terms of the equipment that it directly delivers (here in Santo Domingo), but in general the Santo Domingo office is very diligent.
