Oil change was fine, but they didnt ask about checking tire pressure and let air out of the tires without asking. Now I need to go fix the pressure myself since the tires were hot when they let the air out!I understand its a complimentary service, but if I JUST want an oil change, please only do an oil change!

I just showed up at 6:45p.m. and they close at 7p.m. but they refused to see me because its too late.. Im so upset wasting gas to drive 20 mins just to get denied.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees.Even when it was a little busy the service was quick and of fine quality.I give it 4 out of 5 stars.Minus 1 star for somewhat high prices but other than that.. A much better, cheaper, solution than the dealership.The employees were kind and very helpful.

Bring all our vehicles, good service, fair priced for the services and time. My only complaint is leaving my cross member and undercarriage covered in oil. Happens way to often a feasible attempt is made to wipe off oil but always end up having to crawl under and clean it off. Ends up dripping on my driveway and all our vehicles are new. Stop the mess

My first time here and a super experience. Very little wait. Just the best time I ever had getting an oil change. Highly recommended. Pricing is fair but a little more than other service centers. Well worth the up charge for 20 minutes and never stepping out of my car. My compliments to the staff

As my first time going there the experience was great! All the personnel was very polite, they checked a few basic things in my car while waiting in line and gave me feedback of all they checked. When doing the oil change they checked other things too and where keeping me informed of every step. I just loved their service!

It would’ve been 5 stars but not to be mean but ever since they started hiring girls here the wait has been veryyyyyyyyyyyy long . It’s definitely not a 15 min wait anytime you come now …expect to wait 2 hours atleast

Been in line for over 2 hours to get a oil change and once you’re in line you can’t get out of it !! Found out they are doing tire rotation and radiator flushes as well as oil changes. Will never come back here ..

Expect to wait hours take over 30 minutes just for oil change and other jobs they do 2hours long sat in line over 2 hours and line didnt move, they were on that same car for over 2 hours the car after half an hour and did get a head start on the 2 hour job. then no line moving they come out and move every to be a foot apart dont know why line aint moving maybe to make more people coming in think they are moving fast. And used bathroom at car wash.

Customer service and interaction is impeccable. Operating hours are great...theyre open on Sundays. Theyre very thorough and you can tell associates work together as a team. Excellent!!

Mechanic over torqued plastic cap/plug on oil pan on last oil change. Took it to dealership for CHEAPER oil change but had to replace cap/plug. Spoke too manager here and he actually claimed that the length of time between services, mileage and heat were to blame and not the mechanic! Needless to say, he took no responsibility and wouldnt help with the $725 repair bill they created! Ill be discouraging everyone I know from doing business here!

Had oil done there few times, last time I had to take my truck back because they didnt tighten the drain plug properly & was leaking in my driveway. Didnt get any compensation or anything, they just stated that they tighten to manufacture specs . My trucks only 1 year old so I know its not worn out or anything

I have gone here twice now and it has been great both times. The line can get long but I sit in my car which is nice with COVID! So it’s about the perfect place to get an oil change. Everyone has been nice so far and helped answer some of my questions.

Let you sit in line for 40+ minutes and then till you they dont have your filter.

They did well. Theyre very thorough and check everything from your headlights to tail lights to blinkers and, of course, your fluids and filters. They tell you what theyre doing every step of the way and they clearly explain what they recommend as far as which type of oil and filters. We didnt feel pressured to purchase anything extra. Their prices were a little high, but I think you pay for their friendliness, professionalism, and their thoroughness.

Called in to get prices. The woman that answered Was super helpful. She was also very friendly. She gave me accurate pricing and a coupon that she text to my phone. Upon arrival, everyone was so friendly and amazing. We were refreshingly shot that there were a lot of women working. It just put a smile on our faces. We went for a oil change and it was done super quick. The line was a little long so we did wait about 30 minutes. The good thing is is that you’re waiting from the comfort of your vehicle where you can listen to your own tunes with the air condition. 😊. Something else that we noticed while we were there as the entire team communicates with each other and they’re consistent with the information that they provide. They did give us recommendations for our vehicle but we did not feel pressured at all. We needed our filter change and they didn’t have the one for our vehicle so that was a bummer however we were entirely satisfied with our service and visit.

The worst business on Bear Valley they never changed her oil they left our car without any oil after i paid 135$ for the oil change, they took us n them abandoned us at the mechanic shop.they owe us a repair but wont take responsibility. i have all my My receipts and video of them bulling us after we paid our money

I recommend this oil change place to the fullest. When you go they literally check everything in your car. They gave me air in my tires and checked every light in my car. The oil change station is like a drive-thru so youre in and out literally so fast. The staff is super friendly as well, I really love this place!

4 cars and it took me over 2 hours to get out of there. I always go to valvoline for oil changes because it’s fast which is why I don’t mind paying $120 every time but when it takes this long might as well make an appointment at the dealer and save some money. I won’t be going back to this location

It was a Sunday, so it did take 1 hour all together for the wait+ the oil change + the trans fluid flush. But definitely an organized way they set up the (drive through style) and get an oil change as fast as possible. Just avoid weekend crowds.

We had a very great experience at this Valvoline. They were very on top of taking care of our every need while still being kind and having a conversation with us. They were not trying to sell us items down our throat like a lot of companies do. They were simply just helping us with our car needs and informing us on what is needed and not needed to be taken care of at the moment. The energy and environment between their co-workers was very enjoyable and kind with each other and I appreciated that as a customer.

The good reviews are on point. This location was a pleasure. I waited about 25 min in my air conditioned car. The guys and gals there are all in great spirits and make their job look fun. They were courteous and patient when I realized I had bought the wrong Groupon for my car’s oil and waited for me to contact Groupon for an exchange. Definitely get the Groupon for an oil change it’ll save you nearly 50%. Best experience changing oil so far.

When I got my oil change the employees were really nice. I called before hand to get the prices and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful. She even sent me a coupon for the oil change. Definitely a good experience over the phone and in person.

Employee inadvertently broke the dipstick off in the car in November 2019. They said they would order a new dipstick and contact me when it arrived. I never received a call so I went back a few months later and they looked up my vehicle and realize the issue has not been remedied. Manager was at lunch and I was assured I would receive a call as soon as the manager was back on the clock. It is now July 2020 and I still have no dipstick nor have I heard anything from any employee. I can’t even check my oil level. Very frustrating.

Even though the internet and the hours of operation sign on the front door both say they dont close till 7 when I arrived at 5:30 p.m. the door was locked and the lady inside refused to come to the door she just tried to motion that they were closed. I was relying on getting my oil changed on my car before having to drive down the hill to get home which is more than an hour away and now I get to do so while worrying about the well-being of my vehicle which is flashing at me to change the oil how rude. Im very frustrated right now

$122.00 is a little steep for an oil change but they do check your tires, wipers, & lights. You sit inside of your car during the change. Its handy.

I literally waited a whole hour and a half for them to tell me that they don’t have my type of oil nor did I get greeted once I pulled in. Plus they did not offered any type of inconvenience deal I am very disappointed.

Went in for a simple oil change for my Mercedes, they suggested a few more things need to be done, got them done. Woke up to go to work now my car is acting weird and revving engine on its own. My car has never done this and I get my car maintenance on the regular. I should have just went to my regular maintenance guy, now I may have to pay more money to fix whatever these guys messed up. I will never be going to valvoline again.

Came in for an oil change & now my hood light indicator wont turn off. Spoke to the supervisor and she wasnt much of a help told me to go to a mechanic to go get it checked out when my car was perfectly fine to begin with. I wont be returning here at all.

Ive been to this location twice for my 2014 Mustang and will continue to go back. The staff are attentive and courteous. They explain everything as they go. They double and triple check their work to ensure everything is completed perfect before you leave. The staff also ensures that they use manufacturer recommended parts and supplies! I recommend them highly!

I was asked by someone to get my oil changed there. So I brought my own. (Ripped off in the past) What an awesome experience. Communication was second to none. Really nice girls and hustling to do the job, my only issue was i called in to get pricing they tell me one thing they even send you a coupon for an additional discount just to get you into the store.... i was supposed to get an oil change for no more then 40 dollars with the discount but ended up paying 70! I usually use the valvoline on hesperia rd, i figured it would be just as good but here its not the same. They dont really give you much options on oils which im assuming is why my oil change was so expensive they went with the higher end oil with out informing me, not a big deal i just wont be using them anymore. For that price i could have done oil changes on 2 of my cars or could have gone to an actual ford dealer if i had wanted to spend the 70 dollars!!!!

This was actually the best oil change Ive ever had I was in and on the road + 15 - 18 minutes flat. They werent pushy selling me products I didnt need and were extremely knowledgeable. Best of all they work fast fast fast, wish all oil places were dedicated like this.

Terrible service! They broke my dipstick, leaving the broken piece inside. They couldnt get it out so they couldnt perform the service. They gave some B.S. excuse that it was brittle, even though it wasnt, I had checked it myself that same day. They didnt know what they were doing and pulled it out sideways. After all that, the only compensation was a measly coupon for next time! Not only did I NOT get my oil changed after wasting the time, but I incurred the inconvenience AND COST of replacing my dipstick! So rude and clueless as to how to service customers, I wouldnt be so mad if they had acknowledged their mistake and offered reasonable compensation, but they refused to do anything more for me. (Mind you the cost to replace the dipstick was 4xs the discount coupon they offered). I would never go back & would never recommend.

Came here to get my oil change everyone was very nice and professional EXCEPT the guy who was at the computer. Although he had decent customer service I guess my $7 coupon bothered him. I was looking at him put the synthetic oil in my car when I realized he put like a third of the bottle. I didnt say anything because I didnt think someone could be such an ass! But I looked it up and yeah the whole 5qt bottle is supposed to go in my car. Kinda petty dude and youre a thief too. It was the 40 something yr. old chubby white guy with a beard. Ur a jerk.
