I bought a car at the auction and took it to Shattucks Automotive to have it checked out. They did a front to back inspection and changed oil, filter, air filter, etc. They told me the check engine light was my transmission and recommended a shop that he uses. Very happy with their service and will bring back my car if I need anything else.

Shattucks, is a place where you can take your car or truck to with confidence. All work is done right the first time. No half way on anything. They treat their customers with decency and respect. They are honest and stand behind the work they provide for their customers. My family and I, have been taking our vehicles to shattucks automotive for about two years and we have never been disappointed. Thanks shattucks.

I was battling with my truck for days, trying to fix it, and finely I threw in the towel..I called around, being new to the HD. and I knew this was the right place just by talking to the mechanic (Bob). Took care of my problem cracked manifold. Didnt try to sell me a bunch of extra services. Checked what I asked about and was honest enough to tell me my rear brakes were still good.

I have taken by vehicles to Shattucks on multiple occasions and they have always done a great job. A trustworthy company that has been servicing my vehicle needs for more than 10 years. I highly recommend Shattucks to my family and friends.

I told an elderly 85-year-old woman she needed struts and an oil change on her aging Oldsmobile. Typically this would cost $600-$700. She went out the door paying Scottys Automotive nearly $3,000,about twice as much as the 1996 Oldsmobile was worth. They charged her $12.95 for an oil filter that cost $3.50 at Wal-Mart. They changed engine mounts, a pulley tensioner, you name it. The right thing to do would have been to give an estimate and recommend she replace her car. I would recommend Shattucks instead. A woman working there was a little feisty, but hes very honest.

Great service and prices

We spent over $1500 at Victor Valleys smog because of a check engine light. While they smogged it for me, the check engine light stayed on. I heard good things about shattucks so I gave them a try. Only $350 and one hour later my car was smogged and the check engine light fixed for good. Shattucks professionals are honest, top notch experts.
