Do not waste your time or money. This business does not exist at this address. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived, they didn’t have a salon at Worldgate. I tried calling the business’s phone number multiple times and no answer.

Located in the Salon Plaza in Herndon, Valencia Aesthetics is the second door on your right upon entering the office space. Susan, the owner of Valencia is always prompt and efficient. The work space is always kept in pristine and hygienic conditions for each customer that walks in. I see Susan regularly for Brazilian and underarm waxes. She takes a situation that may be uncomfortable and a bit awkward, and makes it seem like youre catching up with a friend (who happens to wax you). She takes the time to get to know her clients and ALWAYS works with your schedule to book future appointments. On top of that she offers discounts for pre-booking your next appointment. Youll be in and out in 15 minutes, with a competitive price and phenomenal customer service. I live near a hand full of other waxing locations but I continue to make the 25 minute drive to see her, because it is more than worth it.

I purchased a Groupon, and tried to make an appt. via text, as suggested by owner. Nothing in the groupon’s fine print suggested that I couldn’t repurchase the Groupon. The owner responded back rudely, saying I was rude for purchasing the Groupon — she was unprofessional. Would not recommend her whatsoever.

Susan is very friendly! She works with your schedule and will let you know in advance if she can not see you. She is pretty popular and in demand. Her brazilian wax can be deemed virtually painless to the most you feel a slight discomfort. I used a Groupon the first time I came in but shes definitely worth the full price and I have tried getting back into see her but she stays booked for the times I can come.Susan, is well worth your time and dime!

I was very excited and nervous to get my first Brazilian wax. I thought it was going to be awkward and very painful, i did some research on how to prepare myself for it and read the reviews for this place. Based on the reviews i felt comfortable. So i get to the shopping center and i just cant find this place, i called Susan and she didnt pick up im walking around this plaza until she picked up and stated it is inside the salon plaza like why was that not listed in the address. When i got there it turned out that is just in a small room, as i walked inside she told me to take everything off waist down i did. She started the wax immediately it was painful but not too much for me since i took some pain killers 30 mins prior the appointment as i read online. Well it seemed like she was rushing through the wax, after a few mins she said done so i put in my clothes didnt check how it looked. Then she asked how much i paid for the wax though Groupon i told her i didnt remember b/c i didnt. I brought it a couple weeks back. I gave her $17 of tip b/c i thought she did a good job but after i go home and checked she didnt. She left a lot of hairs in the front and back and side of my legs. She could of tweeze the front ones and in the back she basically didnt do a wax. Im not going back to her again. Yes shes nice, but if its your fist time and if you are looking for a profesional Brazilian wax i dont recommend you this place. Never going back here.

This lady was on the phone talking during my whole brazilian!! Why! There was times where the wax was getting too hard and it was so painful but really didnt seem phased by it. For a costumer u dont want to feel that way when you have your legs spread open on a table
