Very unprofessional. Eyebrow threading was mediocre. It was just a quick clean up so it’s hard to mess that up. Except the girl missed a few spots, not sure how you manage that. So I’ll be plucking at home since it’s very apparent, coming to this shop was pointless.Upon paying, the girl kept asking for my credit card and swiping it multiple times. I was charged THREE times. I asked for a receipt and she said she was unable to give me one/any. I checked my credit card statement on the spot and it showed 3 charges. I then asked her to refund my money and she said she did not know how to.…guess I’ll be disputing with my credit card company

I went in to get a lash lift. It was my first time, so I had no idea what I was getting myself into. It took about 1 hour from beginning to finish. During the process, my eyelids and eyelid line were stinging horribly, and when I told a worker, all they did was say I was going to be fine and left. When they showed me the mirror, my eyelids were red and swollen, and my eyelashes were incredibly crooked and sticking straight up. It is the next day and my eyes are still red and inflamed as well as my crooked eyelashes. Not to mention the pain I have had in my eyes recently after the procedure was done. DO NOT come here for a lash lift, they will only destroy your lashes.

WORST experience ever . . When I entered the salon to get my threading done there was only one lady who had another client waiting inside. She quickly wanted to finish my eyebrows forehead and up lip in just 2 mins. She left so many cuts on my forehead and it started burning when I walked out . . It’s been 2 months and the mark has still not gone . They don’t treat their clients with care .

The owner of the salon messed my eyebrows up. DO NOT GO HERE. The lady that was in the shop was the owner of the salon. Me and her had on protective equipment and we both properly sanitized. SHE STILL MESSED MY EYEBROWS UP. I will not be going back here. I let my eyebrows grow out for 4 months and now I have to start all over again. If your going to be scared to properly serve your guest you just don’t need to be open.

Best place to do eyelashes -facial & threading. Now I became their regular customer. Before I was bit scared coz it’s all about my face and I was confuse should I give this place a chance or I should go to my regular place. Thankful myself I visited this place.. this place is clean - nice with very good customer service. Oh I should mention their menu. Their menu is very reasonable for all skin care service. This place is great! I have been going here for over a year now. I am very picky with who touches my eyebrows. I have very thick and coarse eyebrows. It is very difficult to find someone that will not mess them up. Pujan does an amazing job and will never go to anyone else.

They provide quick and neat threading service and the place is pretty clean. However the reason for 3 star is because I was charged for an extra full service when all I had asked was to remove a single hair from below my chin. I did get 3 other full services done. This has never happened to me in any other parlor before so I was kinda disappointed.

You get what you pay for.I came out of this place not realizing how much the threading had cut my skin. The lady who’s name I don’t know was like a butcher going at my face with her threading. I thought I had too much hair on my face but later saw the scabs around my eyes and forehead that she had grabbed with the thread. I am a 53 year old woman who gets threading most of my life. This is not acceptable they should test people’s skills before hiring them at this store!!!If I could I would give 0.

Pujan is very friendly and experienced! She has been doing this for years. She knows a great deal about hair treatment and the service her salon offers is very effective. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for any kind of makeovers. She can also suggest and let you know what would look good on you if you are confused. I have been going this place since couple of month to get my eyelash extensions and eyebrows threaded and tinted here. My eyelashes looks very natural and lasts longer than the extensions Ive gotten done in other places. This place is clean and staffs are very friendly and nice.

This place is my favorite place now. Today I did my MICROBLADING of my eyebrow, it went so well. I can’t stop myself to post the pics. I am their regular customer for eyelashes extension though.

I usually go to moms supermarket market for my lunch. just walking around the plazza, found new beauty spa and done my eyebrow thread and upper lips wax with chocolate. just love the place, clean, nice and affordable price.

I went in there for eyelash extensions and it was a very upsetting experience. I called ahead and mentioned I wanted to use a Groupon. She asked if I had bought it yet. I told her not yet but they had a promo code that would give me 20% off the groupon. She told me she would honor the price and to pay her and not get the groupon. She was upset all throughout about the code and then rushed me. She was rude and short at first because of the code. Then she spent most of the time on one eye and did a horrible job on the other. It looks very sparse on one eye and full on the other. I had to ask her for tips on maintenance and Only then did she give me instructions. Within half an hour of leaving I had to sneeze and chunks of lashes came out! I did t rub my eyes or anything I just sneezed! So one eye looks sparse and the other eye looks good! And as the day went on lashes just kept falling off!
