Kept calling for 2 days in a row to make an appointment for a facial, straight to voicemail. Even tried to book online and got an automated message saying theyll get back to me in 24 hours, still havent heard back. Wouldnt bother with this place, theyre clearly not serious about their business.

DO NOT GO HERE! I should’ve read the reviews on this place before hand. The manager/owner gave me a facial that resulted in an infection on my face and she actually gave me a hard time and even denied that it was her fault even though I have a dermatologist note saying it was from this place. What makes me upset about the situation is that she has screamed at me and try to justify her actions multiple times, she even hung up on me when we were discussing when I could come in to get my refund. I feel really betrayed because I put my trust into professionals that I trust something as delicate as my face with and she took advantage of me because I’m young. DO NOT GO HERE!

I ended up paying double for the treatment I purchased. Once for the groupon and then the full price for the service. I’m not sure how I was talked into it and feel like I was completely taken advantage of. I saw no results from the treatment

WONDERFUL PLACE where we can get lot of services in one place. This is the place where i get back my Eye Brow Shape after long travel into many other Saloons. This place is also offering PERMANENT LASER HAIR REMOVAL SERVICES for a very low prices.I found that this is the only place that we can get all the services efficiently for a very low prices throughout the D.C Metro Area.

I finally decided to try laser hair removal a second time after a bad experience I had in New York last year. My brother in law and my sister are regular customers at New Look, they have been trying to get me to go there for almost 6 months now but I did not want to take the chance . I had a very bad skin reaction from the process and was afraid to repeat it. I decided to give it a try, I met the staff and Madvhavi the owner who was very nice and understanding of my concerns . They help me to relax and prep me very well. In the end I was very pleased with the result, almost no pain and the cost was also surprisingly reasonable. Im pleased and would recommend this place to any one who has concerns about laser hair removal.

The only reason Im giving you a star, to let everyone else know so stay away... very rude, unprofessional lady took care of me. Was speeding through the whole process, it was filthy I was stepping on dirt and dust.... I hope they read this and make some changes. I wish I never wasted a purchase on Groupon with this place.... my armpits were green and the top of my breasts was green. She missed a bunch of spots on my legs I have white streaks..... she didnt care to listen to me when I try to get more information on the results.... please dont go to this place, because you will be wasting your money. They cant even afford to put a hook up for your purse or clothing when you get undressed... no mirror to look at yourself and make sure youre satisfied with it... just very disappointing. I wish I could post a pic 😡😠 I cant believe you guys call yourself a business.... I would recommend sweeping every morning putting some kind of nice rug down for your clients who change on with a couple books in front of them with a mirror and take your time they deserve it there using their hard-earned money... to do something for themselves that they dont get to do every day and youre taking advantage of it.

Excellent experience using Groupon at this location! Friendly staff, very helpful. I had an issue making an appointment time and they were able to resolve it over the phone and were really accommodating. Service was exeptional! Def going here again

IF YOU WANT RELAXING, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!I got a groupon for a microdermabrasion as gift for Mothers day. When I got there the receptionist greeted me and told me if I can wait a few minutes..Which ended up being 30 minutes. Finally she took me back to the room, which looked cluttered and unsanitary. She asked me to wrap a towel around my chest and shed return because she had to do a threading very quick. Turns out she was the only one in the so called salon. The room was extremely cold and the outside noise from the salons next door were extremely loud. After 10 minutes she returned and began the service but she didnt even remove my eye makeup or ask any questions about my skin. She seemed in a hurry. Overall it took about 25 min with no relaxation AT ALL. My face did not even feel clean, and the products she used had a fragrance that was so strong at times I felt like I could barely breathe!! She also was constantly coming in and out of the room, since she was the only person there. After it was finally over and I began to change back into my top, I realized the towel that was wrapped around my chest was FILTHY!! Like its just reused and never washed! disgusting I do not recommend ANYONE go there!

I got a groupon for 3 IPL laser sessions. I went for the first one no results at all! Know that I have had MANY done at many different spas before. I called Groupon and told them of the issue, they said I could not have my money back bc I had already used one of the sessions. So I went back and told her I was very unhappy she said she would do hair removal instead. I have also have this done MANY TIMES. I had my bikini done. She did the treatment and it did not wk AT ALL!! I couldn’t believe it!! I had to come back for the third and final session to discuss what to do now. She gave me the complete run around about how she was doing her best and how my body was somehow just rejecting. This is complete BS. I have dark hair andfair skin, always respond to laser. Her laser is not working properly. She would not do anymore treatments or refund. All I can do is warn everyone from going there!! If I could give negative stars I would!!

One good frend referred me and I visited at last... to my surprise good services educating me on laser treatments is good... keep it up...

Best threading in Herndon!Ive tried other threading salons and had my brows butchered to the point they needed to pencil in gaps. Been going to New Look for nearly 7 years and never had a bad experience.

1. It was hard to reach them over the phone to make an appointment. Only after 2 or 3 times of calling that somebody picked up the phone to answer. They were not friendly or welcoming either.2. They lied about minutes spent for microderm..the lady told me 30-35 minutes over the phone. When I got there in person, she said 20-25. There was no consistency.3. Actual service: the place was COLD, dingy, un-inviting as the lady said hi then turned around to continue whatever she was doing. Not welcoming or friendly at all. Then the table was like medical examining room with a paper cover on it instead of warm sheets and blankets. I saw cheap products around the room such as baby lotion alcohol swabs that you could purchase from $1 store. She did not give me a towel to cover my self. It was cold as i was laying down. She washed my face, did the suction then applied some cheap derm and walked away for 15 minutes then came back to wash my face then done. Also, she used some dirty towel rag on my face as well as toilet tissue to wipe dry my face!!! I did not see her wash her hands between another customer and me.Overall, I DO NOT Recommend this place for anyone. I thought i’d try it out from groupon but dont waste your money!! They should shut this place down. There is a reason for why it’s on groupon.

I wanted to purchase a deal on Groupon to try it out but I needed it that day. The lady told me not to worry about it that she will take care of me upfront. She ended up charging me full price for the mini diamond microdermabrasion ($60, $39 on Groupon) after she finished so I obviously had to pay it. She rushed it and didnt even do a good job. She took 30 mins on me tops! Never again and highly recommend going elsewhere.

Beware of spa services here.Bought a 60 minute Dermalogica facial which was only 40 min - that that includes 15 minutes where the tech leaves the room. There was no consultation - the language barrier is a real issue here - before just slapping on products with no explanation.When I questioned why it was done well short of the 60 minutes, she (a lady who never introduced herself by name) said she did everything she was supposed to do.The water used to rinse off the product was ice cold and when I questioned that she instead just used tissues to wipe it off. I looked at the products used after she left the room and most really are standard drug store products.This was a waste of money - even with the Groupon deal. Steer clear!

DONT BUY THIS! I purchased this groupon weeks ago and I cant even make an appointment. Ive called 5 times, left 3 voicemails, sent two emails and am currently on hold for the past 10 minutes. Most of the time when I call no one is there. So how am I even supposed to make an appointment? The two words this woman has said to me so far has been unintelligible.

I purchased a Groupon for five spray tans for $69, and went in to redeem my voucher in mid November 2016. The lady told me that I would have to use all five spray tans by the end of the 2016, but this clause was not listed in the fine print or anywhere on the Groupon voucher. If I knew that, I wouldnt have bought this voucher so late in the year. Very disappointed. I didnt even bother to redeem it, so I cannot rate the actual tanning experience, but I hope its better than their customer service.

CAUTION CONSUMER BEWARE!! This place needs some regulatory oversight and FAST for poor sanitary practices. Got a Groupon for Brazilian Wax and had a HORRIFIC experience for the following reasons: 1) first and foremost, when getting the service in spite of her waxing the same area multiple times, I felt her using the same strip over and over in various places, also she uses the SAME APPLICATOR STICK for my entire service. When she drew blood she decided to stop and that was when I noticed what was going on and questioned if she had changed out the applicator. I was told by the tech (Renny I think her name is)that she does NOT use new applicators for each swipe because it will be too many used for one person. I tried my best to explain to her about communicable diseases and cross contamination. Her response was the heat from the warmer will kill bacteria. The warmer cannot get warm enough nor will it kill viruses such as something like Herpes. Im sorry folks but from a public health perspective there is NOTHING KOSHER about the practices used here for their waxing. This establishment needs some fundamental education. 2) She left hair in various places and I asked her about it and she said I can shave those areas.

Horrible experience! Do not go here!I also purchased a Groupon but for the mani/pedi option. I called to make an appointment for my mom and I, but they could not take two people at the same time during the week. Come to find out, they only have one technician working. (Ive never been to a spa or nail salon that only has one technician working). I tried a couple weeks later to call in and try again to make an appointment....I called 7 times throughout 3 days and was never able to get anyone on the phone. I decided to just go there and to a walk-in. When I arrive the place was empty. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment, and since I didnt they could not take me. I offered to wait, but they still could not take me. Since I was there and couldnt be seen (on a Thursday at 4:30) I thought Id try and make an appointment (since I couldnt get anyone on the phone). She said she didnt have any availabilities prior to the Groupon expiration so she didnt know what I wanted her to do. Unbelievable!!! Since when does an empty spa turn business away. I have purchased Groupons before and have never had an issue not being able to use them. Their customer service was terrible.

I had a horrible, horrible experience with this location. I wish there was a way to give no stars. I actually purchased two groupons for this location. The first was the shallac mani and the pedi. Like the reviewer below me it took multiple calls to finally make an appointment, I called on different days and on different hours. Even when I left messages to make an appointment they were NEVER returned and have still never been returned.I also had a facial done at this location, the facial was okay, it was probably one of the worst facials I have ever had, my face actually didnt feel that clean when finished as most do. However the one fair comments I do have to say is that the staff was friendly for the first two hours while I was at this location.The same person who did my facial ended up doing my pedicure, and another woman painted my toes and did my shellac mani. This was the WORST nail work I have ever seen. She applied shellac so the paint stayed, and the workman ship looked like my boyfriend or an 8 year old child had painted it. It was a light pink color so great care must be taken to get this color to apprea correctly. I had actually asked for a french and offered to pay the additional 7 dollar but she kept asking if I wanted a color so her uncertaininty about the french made me instantly want one solid color. Normally nail salons are pushing for the upsell. Not here. Another thing was that I was in a skirt and in the pedicure chair they didnt even offer a towel to cover my lap.I have reason to believe that the way this shop opperated they may not be licensed. As I was waiting for my nails to dry I noticed that the woman who painted my toes and hands (poorly at that) started putting my shoe back on. I had asked her to wait and she insisted that my toes were dry. Upon getting home and taking my shoes off my toes were ruined and my nails were a joke I was almost in tears at how horrible it all turned out especially since I had a wedding coming up. Thankfully I was able to get everything redone before the wedding which was two days after my horrible experience.I highly highly reccoment to not get you nails done here. There is not attention place on shaping the toe nails, I had to ask multiple time for her to shape them. Also, When I was getting my nails done I did notice there was someone who was on the phone the entire time I was getting my nails done, maybe thats why the no one ever answers...My experience again only speaks on the facial and manicure and pedicure. Please save your money and do not come to this location. I wish someone would have told me. I did purchase a groupon so I have since my experience emailed both the company and groupon about my experience. I did hear back from groupon however I never heard back from the copany even two weeks later... typical.

I made the mistake of getting this on groupon for the 3 facials or mini diamond dermabrasions for $99.So this is review 1 of 3I called to make my initial appointment. A lady picked up and I told her that I bought a groupon and asked to make an appointment and she said ok. I asked her what type of facials do they offer and if they customized it to the persons skin. She said yes. We set the date but she didnt even ask for any information from me, she just went silent. I said, hello...helllloooo?.... Then she responded with, yeah, what do you want? I was so shocked but kept my cool. I asked her if that was it and she said yes, you have your appointment already Then we hung up. It was a horrible first impression.I walked in and the place was huge but incredibly empty. The reception desk in right in front of the door and to the left there were at least 6 salon chairs and mani/pedi stations. To the right were shelves of products and a hallway of maybe 8 rooms. There were 2 ladies getting their eyebrows threaded and those were the only other customers I saw and only 3 employees. The boy at the reception desk looked like he was one of the other employees son: he was playing a computer game. They didnt take any information from me at all: no name, phone number, medical info, etc.One of the ladies took me into a room that looked like your typical spa room. She said I could leave on my clothes or change into their towel. So I changed because I didnt want to get stuff on my top. I got onto the table and covered myself with the rough blanket they provided. She came back and washed my face and removed my makeup and told me that my esthetician would be right in. Another lady walks in an asks me if I ever had a diamond dermabrasion before. I said no. She said that she would use this diamond encrusted tip attached to a vacuum and it would take off the top layer of my skin to reveal new skin. I asked her how long the facial was and she said 30 minutes. So we got started...The lady did it incredibly fast, like she was in a rush. She did my face in what seemed like 5 minutes. I had never had one done before so I dont really know what to compare it to. She tugged my skin and quickly rubbed the tip in one swift motion. She did that all over my face. Once she was done, she put a gel on my face and two wet cotton pads over my eyes. She said that the mask needed to stay on for 10-15 minutes and that she would be right back. So she left the room. Well, I fell asleep and woke up when she came into the room. She cleaned my face and then put a lotion on and said she was all finished. I got dressed and looked at my phone...it was over an hour later! Holy cow this lady forgot about me!I walked to the front desk and saw that the two ladies were threading more eyebrows. The boy just kinda starred at me. I asked to make another appointment because I had bought 3. So he looked at his calendar and asked when I would like to come in. So we scheduled for a month later. I asked the lady if we could do a facial and she said yes, what ever you want to do So the boy put in the calendar peel next to my appointment.Just a note that when I called to make an appointment, this place never said their company or their individual names. Same goes for when I went in. I was never told anyones name. No introductions at all. The experience wasnt personable.

I bought a groupon at the beginning of the summer for a shelac mani and pedi. I finally got around to getting the service done. When I walked in the place was really quiet and empty expect for the receptionist. I told her I had made an appt for a mani/pedi and she took me back to the massage chairs. I had to wait 5 minutes for another employee to come and very slowly but meticulously clean, file and paint my toe nails. The employee barely said 2 words the whole thing. Finished the pedi and was silently escorted to the mani side. The employee realized I had shelac on, walked away to get the receptionist to tell me there was a $10 fee to take off the shelac I already had on and was not covered by the groupon. I reluctantly agree. The receptionist then grabs a bowl, put alcohol in it, directed me to place my fingers in said 10 minutes them walked away! I qas left for more then 10 minutes in the empty spa waiting for someone to finish my nails. The receptionist walks back and continues the mani. I ask for a french shelac. She agrees and begins the process. After she completes the meticulous process of evenly lining the white tips she messes them when she moves to the next finger. When she goes to apply the last layer I mention that the white tips look rippled ans pealing. She brushes the comment off and says the next layer will fix it! By this time Im pretty frustrated. Needless to say I would not recommend this spa if you want your nails done. Go somewhere else.

I got the Groupon for $49 for Shellac meni-pedi which was worth $100. They had mentioned shellac for for both meni and pedi. When I go there they said they would do shellac for only manicure and not for my feet as the paints last longer on feet. I wasted my money there.

I went there for Microderma, I hated it hated it hated it. Worse service. I tried their massage it was worse experience to my lifetime. They dont have any customer service, their product sucks and they dont have experieced people to do the service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I bought a Groupon for a service with this center. I have called them to book an appointment. The person who picked the call was being rude and she is like please call the groupon and take your money back. I had worst experience with this center.
