Staff is very friendly but they do mediocre work,especially for what they charge ($70 full set). They don’t do well with shaping. These photos were taken less than 2 weeks apart (I don’t do hard labor by any means.)

Went to Nail Garden to try a fiber glass full set.Hostess was very nice and helpful. Started with service and 10 mins in another nail tech started recording me getting my nails done. No one asked me was this okay, 4 more nail techs just stood around to watch. I felt that this was so Rude and highly unprofessional. I asked the tech Victor to stop and I needed to speak to a manager, he told me he was the manager. Really and you felt this was okay?!?! He apologies and offers a discount but was still very irritated by it al. After I calmed down we continued, Also I expressed to him my nail was straight and not shaped as the rest, he told me once he got closer to finishing he would straighten out. I had to say it two more times that my nail was still not straight. So I did not enjoy this experience what so ever. With I’m a week one of the nails broke, I could understand if I was being rough with the nails and they broke but the most I did that week was typing. Not happy with salon or experience.

Sam is the best! The shape always comes out perfect whenever I go to him. I haven’t found another nail tech that does nails like him. (I get long nails btw)

Love nail technicians Kim and Quincy! They are the best! I have been coming to the Nail Garden in Hermosa Beach for a few years now and wouldnt go anywhere else!

Only chose this place because it was close to my hotel and I could walk. Tech did a terrible job on my acrylic fill. My nails are bumpy and shorter than I wanted only because she tried fixing her mistakes and couldnt, so they got shorter and shorter. My 10 year old daughter got a mani and pedi. By the end of the night her nail polish had chipped off. I went in the next morning and requested a refund. Waste of money on this salon!

Its very spacious and I stand early get a very good mani and or Petty. They also have good chairs :-)

Like it there. Very clean. Wish they would turn on the jets for your feet though.

Hi, I have called them to talk to a manager and they just hang up on their clients even when you are nice. My daughter showed up to get her nail fixed and the person at the reception desk was SO RUDE TO HER!!! and they screwed up her nails. She had one pealing nail so they told her not their fault and made her wait for hours. This place is horrible! DO NOT USE THESE PEOLE RUDE RUDE AND dont care about customer service
