I had came in to fix the horror that a previous nail salon had done to me, the workers were extremely kind and patient. Covid precautions were taken :) Maria did my nails and she very much took her time I am so happy with how my nails came out, she asked what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Very worth the cost I will be coming back!! Thank you for giving me hope that there are still very good nail salons out there

Julie and Janette are the best nail tech in the business !!! My whole family has been going to them for years. They are kind, professional, and talented beyond belief. They take care of you during your entire stay, and give the best service! I can’t wait to see them again!

Horrible horrible horrible unprofessional business. i went in to get an acrylic set of nails done, and immediately was greeted with rudeness. the website showed a cheap price and i was told $85 on the spot, i laughed and said that’s ridiculous for a plain set, especially because the site said i believe it was $45.. they all started getting mad at me for showing them their own website then tried saying it wasn’t theres, i then showed them their own logo and address on the site.... they then tried to say it was an old website they haven’t updated... i scrolled down to the bottom and showed them the 2021 copyright... the manager brushed me off and began a phone call while i was trying to understand better and give them the benefit of the doubt... extremely rude... lost your employees a lot of money that day.... only went because i was gifted a gift certificate... i’ll never use it.

Clean and calm salon with friendly staff. They did a fantastic mani pedi and pampered me.

Great customer service. A bit overpriced and skill of my daughters dip nails was not great.I purchased Deluxe Mani/Pedi with gel polish on my toes. My daughter wanted dip nails with natural ombre and two nails with marble design.My service s fine, it took about an hour. My daughters was almost an hourand forty five minutes. Her nails were too thick even after I mentioned it multiple times.Im totally fine with up selling but after my initial decline, please respect that.My total was over $200 and I dont think the services rendered were equal to that value.

Me and my boyfriend stopped in here for a pedicure after a long day of walking the beach. We asked for the same pedicure.... but his was WAY better. Tiffany did an excellent job, Marias was mediocre at best. I barely got any massage on my feet, didnt get half the things he did.... roller massage, hand foot rub scrub, callus removal.... I got none. I got talked in to a $62 pedi and my feet are still rough and sore.He was really happy with his and I agree it looked amazing. Mine not so much.

Outstanding. Called ahead, availability same-day with very short wait (standard mani/pedi, regular polish), wonderful professionalism, fast but very attentive and safe, very reasonable prices. Building is bright, well+organized, very professional. I will definitely come back here next time!

Clean, no wait, polite staff, able to accommodate a lot of guests. Quite an enterprise. $$ Unfortunately, the polish was peeling by the next day. :-/.

Ive been coming here for 4-5 years and the service has always been great. The place is clean, the ladies are fast and nice to talk to. I wish they used their outside space in these covid times.

Superb & safety conscious!! My manicurist repeatedly and sweetly calmed my anxiety- it had been 7 months - made me feel safe AND used lots of protection to keep us both safe. I am out of town and picked the first salon near Hermosa beach that came up. The parking lot is a little small and could be tricky in traffic.The atmosphere, ladies and everything was absolutely perfect. They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable and happy with them. Hellen did my pedicure and it was absolutely perfect!!!!

Got a full set of acrylics and I never go anywhere else anymore. The people are always friendly and take their time to make the end result just to your liking. I’ve paid anywhere from $15 to over $180 in my search for the best nail place and by far the best for what you pay has been coco, any location.

Such a cute salon in a beautiful little house with amazing landscape, needed to get a quick manicure before a biz meeting and these girls were so helpful and fast !!

This is my go-to nail salon. The staff is very skilled and the location is large enough that you seldom have to wait. The spa is clean and nicely decorated. I always feel relaxed while there.

I love it here!! Everyone is wonderful. I feel like I am treated like a queen. Kathy does the best job on my mani/pedi and has become a beautiful friend. I highly recommend this salon.

I am from Texas and came out here on vacation and needed my nails done. I googled nail salons that are close to me and several came up including this one so I read reviews and decided to go. I loved the whole experience and luckily I got a lady named Tina because she was amazing. Its crazy to say but she is so good almost better than my regular ladies at the place I go to back home! She gave me an arm massage and if it wasnt for lunch reservations and the fact that she had a customer waiting with an appointment I would have gotten a massage service too!!! Great place!

130 bucks for gel mani and spa pedi. Horrendous! Did not and would not clean up cuticles no matter how many times you asked. Gel polish started peeling on day 3. Pedi was deluxe meant to soften feat. Again did not clean cuticles or hard skin. I basically paid for them to file nails slap on polish. A complete rip off. Do not waste your money here. A home job is 1000% better even if I did it with one hand tied behind my back with a blindfold on. Pity I can’t give negative star rating. As it stands, 1 star is 3 too many

My Mani/Pedi, was rush job. They are over priced, my polish came off the next day.

It was just ok. Have been there before, and will probably go again, but just because I can always get in without appt.

Coco Nail Spa revived my hands today, gave me a nice chrome gel mani. They are on the expensive side. Overall happy with my mani and pedi

I hated it. The nail people rushed me, told me to get off my phone, jerked my hands around, cut the bottom of my thumb with the cuticle pulling thingy, and pushed me into my chair to start. I did not like it at all. The hostess person was super nice though.

This place was absolutely horrible!!! Id give no stars if I could. The worst and one of the most expensive mani/pedis Ive ever had. You are just one ticket of business for the day. After camping for nearly two weeks,I came in & I asked for a mani/pedi, $40; they sat me quick, which was impressive because they were pretty busy. However, I got at best, a partial polish change. My nails were very dirty, and neither cleaned under my nails to remove dirt, buffed my nails or cleaned up any dirty edges. They literally stuck my fingers and toes in water, filed, and out on new polish. Oh and a pedicure goes from $25 to $42 for a callus removal...its not a callus removal that did any better if a job than any other callus removal Ive had. I dont understand how so many women rave about this place.

Hellen took me with open arms. She showed me the powder to compare.There are many places doing nails but few get the quality products and then most nail tecs are in a rush, so they pick and peel your nails when changing the set, hence, destroying the nail bed. Hellen was patient and caring The only thing I was disappointed with is, I had called ahead and asked if they had Duck Feet and the sweet girl at the reception desk said; come in we can do it! Well she didnt know what she was talking about ans I ended up settling for regular because I had no more time to shop around but itll work out great. Helen will have the wide tips next time and Zula was sorry she didnt know.
